Womb transformation is about stepping into a new version of yourself.
It is about allowing suppression, oppression, and depression to melt away.
It is choosing, at this moment in your life, that those old energies are released for good.
This is not just a concept.
This is a full-body, soul-level transformation and a profound act of womb healing.
👩🍼 The Sacred Feminine & Being Mothered
When we talk about the womb, we are talking about something deeply sacred.
We all come from the womb.
We are all created within it.
And beyond our physical birth, we are continually held by the womb of Mother Earth.
There is a constant invitation to be nurtured, supported, and mothered.
The real question becomes, are you allowing yourself to receive that?
Are you giving yourself permission to be mothered?
And even deeper, are you willing to mother yourself?
Because this self-nurturing is at the heart of your divine feminine healing.
Because for many of us, that is where the real challenge begins.
🔥 Sacred Rage & Emotional Release
A powerful part of womb transformation and womb healing is sacred rage.
There is energy stored in the body—anger, frustration, resentment—that often goes unexpressed.
This energy can sit in the womb, the sacral space, and even the urinary system.
Many people are afraid of their rage.
Or they have only experienced rage in destructive ways.
But sacred rage is different.
Sacred rage is transformative.
It asks you to feel what has been suppressed without causing harm.
It invites you to acknowledge where you have been overgiving.
It highlights where resentment has built up—whether in relationships with others or with yourself.
The work is learning how to honor that energy and release it in a healthy way, which is a vital part of creating safety in the body.
Not by lashing out, but by listening inward.
🌿 Moving Energy & Creating Safety Within
Energy needs movement in order to transform.
When we stay stagnant, that energy builds and becomes heavy.
Movement does not have to be complicated or forced.
It can be as simple as walking, journaling, or gently moving your body.
It can look like bouncing, boxing, writing, or spending time in nature.
It is not about productivity.
It is about honoring your body and allowing energy to flow.
Safety is the foundation of all transformation.
When you feel safe, you allow yourself to express.
You allow emotions to surface without fear.
Without safety, the body holds on.
But when safety is present, expression becomes possible.
Even if the release is temporary, it creates space to recenter.
And in that space, you return to your true self, which is the ultimate goal of womb healing.
🎨 The Creative Center & Expression
The womb is also the creative center.
For those who do not resonate with the word “womb,” think of this as the sacral space.
This is where creation lives within you.
When you do not feel safe to create, you begin to suppress yourself.
Suppression turns into compression.
And over time, that compression becomes depression.
So the question is, when was the last time you created something just for the joy of it?
Creation does not have to be work.
It can be cooking, gardening, coloring, or building something simple.
It can be messy, imperfect, or chaotic.
What matters is that you allow yourself to create.
Even one small act of creation shifts your energy.
🌱 The Power of 1% & Rooting Into Earth
Transformation does not require massive leaps.
It requires small, consistent steps.
Just one percent each day is enough.
One percent more expression.
One percent more honesty.
One percent more creation.
One percent more womb healing.
Over time, that one percent builds into something powerful.
It becomes momentum.
Your root and sacral centers both require safety.
When you ground into the Earth, you begin to feel supported.
You remember that you are held.
The Earth nourishes you, sustains you, and provides for you daily.
When you allow yourself to receive that support, something shifts.
You begin to soften.
You begin to trust and lean into divine feminine healing.
💫 Returning to Self-Mothering
This journey is about permitting yourself.
Permission to feel.
Permission to express.
Permission to create.
Permission to be supported.
And most importantly, permission to mother yourself.
You no longer wait for someone else to give you what you need.
You become the source of your own nurturing.
You guide yourself back to wholeness.
So ask yourself, are you ready to create safety within?
Are you ready to honor your emotions?
Are you ready to create, even just one percent at a time?
Because that is where transformation begins.
This is where divine feminine healing takes root.

Dina, what are you fired up about?
Womb transformation.
Womb transformation.
Yeah, womb transformation. So I can step into the new me, especially now during this time of my life where the suppression, the oppression, and depression disappears. So we melt it away this time and it’s gone forever. Womb transport— transformation.
Yes.
Transportation. Transportation, right?
So guys, here’s what I’m gonna do. I’m gonna talk about womb transformation for this podcast episode, and I wanted to have my lovely friend Dena give us the topic. So we’re doing something a little off the cuff today. So womb transformation, when you are wanting to step into your sacred feminine, it doesn’t matter if you’re male or female, there is something really sacred about the womb. We all come from the womb. We are all created inside the womb. And then we are held not only in our mother’s wombs, but in our Mother Earth’s wombs, Gaia’s womb. And so we’re constantly needing to be mothered. So the question is, instead of transforming the womb, but it is to actually give yourself permission to have actual transformation and to be mothered. Are you giving yourself permission to be mothered? Are you mothering yourself? How hard is it for you to mother yourself?
Oh, difficult all the time. Every day I have to remind myself, you got this, you can do this. I’m giving myself pep talks all the time, and I try to go deep within, so I’m getting that mother plus the Earth energy to step into myself fully.
The next question is, is how do you allow sacred rage to come up? Because that is also a part of the womb transformation. We hold so much anger, being pissed off UTIs or anything like that. Doesn’t matter if you’re male or female, there is energy that’s held in the urethra. There’s energy that’s held within the womb that is sacred rage and that some women and some men are scared of their rage or they’ve been around rageful people that don’t know how to actually use their sacred rage to transform. When we are giving permission to give ourselves permission to let that rage come up, it’s really, really hard. And I know You and I were talking about, because there’s been a lot of fire in Aries, and we’re both Aries, and we’re both like, “I just wanna rip someone’s head off!” So there’s that sacred rage, but it’s like, how can you actually honor yourself and let that frustration go without ripping someone’s head off in the most inappropriate way? And this is where you learn how to actually step into your power and recognize there’s something actually within me that’s being held back. Like, I’m not I’m not giving myself permission to honor what is going on.
And that might be overgiving. So there’s this overgiving, and so this anger comes up because there’s resentment or contentment within a relationship. And that relationship can also be with yourself, where you’re doing too much or you’re giving too much or you’re not doing enough. I feel like there’s always too much happening and the opposite of taking care of oneself. And that’s where if you take care of yourself and you step in like, hey, I gotta go for a walk, I gotta get water, I gotta eat properly, I got to honor what cycle I’m in, and that is rest or movement. Are you getting the movement and are you giving yourself the rest? Because movement also allows energy to move. And not movement in, “I gotta do this and I gotta do that,” but it’s, “Let me go honor my body and move some of this energy out.” And that could be bouncing, that could be writing, that could be journaling, that could be boxing, that could be rebounding, that could be taking a walk in the park. We gotta move the energy out so that you can honor the womb itself. What part of anything that I just said is sticking out out to you that you want me to clarify on?
First and foremost, um, what came to my mind is knowing your deep connection, knowing your deep connection to yourself, your soul truths, your God. And with that connection, safety. You are safe to always— I always go to safety first, so then I do feel safe and know my true self so that whatever needs to come up comes up. And I know that I’m safe in the action of my movement. I’m safe when I journal. I’m safe when I’m speaking. Mm-hmm. Because it’s all those expressions that allow me to remember remove that energy, even if it’s temporary, just so I can recenter and come back to my true self.
And I, I love that Dina brought up safety, because when you do not feel safe, safe within your own expression, safe within your own voice, safe within your own movement, safe within your own body, this is where we hold trauma within the sacred creative center. So we started off talking about womb, but it’s really your creative center. It’s where creation happens. And for any of my men that are listening to this, we’re gonna just remove womb and we’re gonna talk about the sacral because we are all meant to be creating. And if you don’t feel safe to create, what you’re doing is you’re depressing yourself. You’re moving into an energy of compression, compression, compression, which creates depression. And so when was the last time you gave yourself permission to have a creative expression? And if If you don’t feel like you’re able to do that, why don’t you feel safe to do that? What is holding you back from doing that? Because the more that you actually go out there and create— and creation can be making dinner, creation can be journaling, creation can be going and putting flowers in the yard, creation can be putting something together like a puzzle and being proud of yourself that you took the time to do that.
There are so many creative expressions out there, and I think a lot of people think it goes back into work. No, this shouldn’t be work. This should be an opportunity for you to create something that you are just excited to create. It doesn’t matter what the outcome is, doesn’t matter how it looks, even if it’s sloppy, even if it’s thrown against the wall, even if you feel like it was chaotic and rushed. The question is, is did you give yourself at least 1% permission to create something? Because every day, if you give yourself 1% towards that goal of creating something, you’re going to get to it before you know it, because all it takes is 1%, 1% effort, 1% getting better every day, 1 per set.
Just to honor yourself and know that with your connection and knowing you’re safe, that’s with me, that’s what I do first, like I said before. However, when you do step into that action, keep that 1% going because it is that 1% that will transform whatever you want to transform.
Yeah. Yeah. When you concentrate on your lower two chakras, your sacral and your root, your root will energize your creativity. Your root and your sacral Both require safety. So root down into Mother Earth’s womb, root down into her, allow her to cradle you, allow her to love you, allow her to nurture you. She’s always nourishing your body. She feeds you every day. She provides you shelter. She provides you so many opportunities with even electricity, because without the resources from the earth, we wouldn’t have the things that we have. And so the more that you give yourself permission to allow and be in gratitude and be mothered by Mother Earth, then you can give yourself permission to be mothered by you. You do not have to wait for someone to mother you. You can mother yourself back to wholeness, and you deserve it, my friend. So I hope you enjoyed today’s episode. Thank you, Dina, for being my little special guest, and I hope you have a wonderful day. Take care. Remember to share, like, and comment on this video. I’d love to hear from you. Are you going to mother yourself? Are you going to create safety?
Are you going to go out there and create? See you later.
Bye.
