What are you fearing right now?
Take a moment—really let yourself sit with that question.
Are you afraid of being seen?
Are you afraid of your own success?
Do you fear you’re not good enough or that you don’t belong?
Are you afraid you won’t make enough money or that love will never find you?
🔄 Fear or Faith?
The thing about fear is that it always shows us where our energy is going.
If fear is present, it’s a sign—there’s something asking for healing.
The truth is, it takes the same amount of energy to stay in fear as it does to stand in faith.
That’s the heart of choosing faith over fear.
So when fear shows up, ask yourself: What am I actually afraid of?
And then: What would it take for me to move into faith instead?
We hear people say, “Just change your thoughts,” but sometimes that’s easier said than done.
You can’t change a thought if you don’t know what to change it to.
And you can’t shift out of fear unless you’re willing to feel it first.
The key is to stop running from the fear and instead give yourself permission to name it and sit with it.
Even just 10 conscious breaths can open the door to release.
🌟 Moving Into Faith
Once you’ve acknowledged the fear, ask: What does faith feel like here?
If you fear being seen, faith might feel like being acknowledged, worthy, radiant, and abundant.
Even if you don’t fully believe it yet, speaking the new feelings helps shift the energy.
It’s about creating new patterns—new possibilities.
According to the psychology on fear, naming and reframing emotions help regulate the nervous system.
Give yourself permission to feel the old fear.
Then cancel it.
And from there, replace fear with faith through small, meaningful steps.
Step into new words, new feelings:
I am worthy of being seen.
I feel abundant.
I shine brightly.
Feel those new feelings fully, even for just a moment—that’s how you start to rewire both your energy and your mind.
Every time the old fear rises, return to your new script.
Then take one small action—even just 1% outside your comfort zone—that matches your new belief.
Maybe it’s posting something.
Maybe it’s recording a video just for yourself.
Maybe it’s researching your next step.
Small shifts tell the Universe you’re ready.
And we’re not striving for perfection—we’re striving for growth.
When fear feels overwhelming, return to the basics. Ask yourself: What is conscious breathing? Then simply breathe with intention to ground yourself.
🌊 The Power of Small Changes
Lasting change doesn’t come from giant leaps—it comes from small, steady actions.
Each small step helps rewire your energy, align your vibration, and call in what you truly desire.
If you stay in fear, you’ll keep repeating the same patterns.
To create something new, you have to choose differently.
💖 Choose Faith Over Fear
So here’s the question: Do you want to sit in fear or stand in faith?
Better yet—will you choose faith over fear?
Give yourself permission to lean into faith.
It really does take the same amount of energy.
You can’t hold both fear and faith at the same time.
Feel the fear, acknowledge it, release it—and then flip the script.
This is how you create the life you truly love.

Hey, Amy Robeson here. Thank you for joining me on this podcast where we talk about spirituality, the awakening process, mental health, and so much more. Join me weekly to get your weekly dose of spirituality and medicine. I look forward to seeing you on the inside. Hello, and welcome to today’s episode. I’m so excited you are here. What are you fearing? And we really want you to take a moment and think about that. Are you fearing being seen? Are you fearing of your success? Are you in fear that you are in imposter syndrome? Do you fear that you’re not good enough? Do you fear not making enough money? Do you fear not being in a loving relationship? The thing about fear is is it’s always an opportunity to let us know where our energy is going. If we’re in fear of something, that is telling you that there’s something there to work on. So it takes the same amount of energy to have faith versus fear. And so if you ever want to flip the switch and you want to start moving away from fear and into faith, ask yourself, What am I in fear of?
And then two, what would it take for me to have faith, to feel more worthy, to give myself permission to be seen, to acknowledge my accomplishments, to know that I deserve to have a loving relationship or deserve to have an abundant amount of money? I think sometimes you’ll hear people say, You need to change your thoughts. But Sometimes it’s hard to change the thought if you don’t actually know what to change the thought to. And it’s hard to change the thought unless you actually acknowledge the thought and your thoughts create your vibration. And so if you want to move out of fear, acknowledging the fear itself and then feeling the fear that’s attached to it, instead of pushing it away, instead of not pretending like it’s not there, you’re going to move into this full permission to go, I actually fear this. I’m no longer wanting to fear this. And I’m going to give myself permission to be uncomfortable with the feeling of the fear instead of hiding from it or instead of constantly allowing it to imprison me. And And once you give yourself permission to feel it, and it could be for 10 conscious breaths, it can be for a minute.
It does not have to be for five minutes. It does not have to be for 10 minutes. It literally can be 90 seconds at most. And once you feel it, you’re going to notice that you then give yourself permission to let it go. You get to cancel that fear. But before you cancel the fear, you want to actually acknowledge, what do you want to move into? What does What does that faith require? What does the actual statement that is opposite of the fear that actually makes you feel really good allows you to feel? So let me say that slightly different. So let’s say you have a fear of being seen, and that fear of being seen makes you feel like the walls are closing in on you. It makes you feel really small. It makes you feel like you’re not worthy enough. And so you have these feelings that are attached to it, and then you go, What would faith look like from that? And it would be, I feel very acknowledged. My presence feels wanted. I feel worthy. I feel sparkly. I feel abundant. And by saying these things, even if you don’t believe it yet, you’re acknowledging, Okay, these are the feelings that it requires me to have in order to move into being seen and giving myself permission to being seen.
And then you get to feel those feelings. So you’re going to feel all the feelings attached to not wanting to be seen. And you’re going to feel them. You’re going to acknowledge them. Then you’re going to cancel them. And then you’re going to allow the new fear. I am worthy to be seen. I feel abundant when I’m seen. My presence is known. I feel so good in my body. I shine so brightly. I feel abundant. I feel worthy. And then give yourself permission to feel those feelings. And what you’re doing is you’re rewiring your brain. And so next time, And anytime that actual fear comes up, you’re going to go back to, No, I feel abundant. And I’m going to give myself permission to be seen. Okay, this fear is coming up. I’m going to just feel it. I’m going to cancel it. I’m going to go back to the new script that I am rewriting. And then you can take it even a step further where you give yourself permission to do something, even if it’s 1% outside your comfort zone, but something outside your comfort zone that goes with these new feelings. So maybe it’s creating a post on social media, maybe it’s doing a voice text message, maybe Maybe it’s creating a video.
Maybe it’s putting yourself out there or applying for a new job or creating a YouTube channel, whatever it is. It could be something so small. It doesn’t have to be way out there. It could just be something so small. Maybe Maybe it’s just researching starting a YouTube channel. Maybe it’s researching cameras to buy or doing a test video, even if you don’t post it on your phone. These are all things that tells the universe, I’m taking this serious. I know that there’s going to be emotions that come up of how I felt when I did it. But here’s the thing. We are not striving for perfection. We are striving for change. And change happens when you take one % action. So it does not require 100 % action. It requires making tiny small changes throughout the day that helps you to rewire your brain for success, that helps you rewire your energy for frequency matches that you deserve to co-create with the universe and that you deserve to accomplish, you deserve to manifest. And if you stay in those fears, you’re just going to get the same result. So you got to do something different.
So the question is, do you want to have fear or do you want to have faith? And can you give yourself permission to lean fully into faith? Because it takes, I promise you, it takes the same amount of energy. And you can’t have both thoughts at the same time. You can have a negative thought, and then you can flip the script and change it to a positive thought and attach a feeling to it because you can’t have a positive feeling at the same time as having a negative one and vice versa. And so whenever you’re feeling that negativity or those feelings that don’t feel good in your body, give yourself permission to feel it. This is not spiritual bypassing when you’re actually feeling the negative feeling because it allows you to feel it, acknowledge it, and let it go. And then you’re flipping the script to something that you truly, truly want to embody, you truly want to experience, you truly want to bring forward out into the world. So have faith, my friend, and you deserve to have that rewiring so you can create the life you truly love and desire. So get out of fear, get into faith, and do this any time throughout the day when you’re noticing you’re in a space that doesn’t necessarily feel good.
And you’ll know that as if you’re feeling stressed out, you’re feeling on edge, you’re not feeling abundant. It’s the opposite way of how you’re wanting to feel.
