Imagine every thought you’ve ever had, every choice you’ve made, and every path you could have taken existing within a powerful energetic field.
And no, this isn’t science fiction.
So, what are the Akashic Records? They are a field of infinite possibility that holds the experiences, thoughts, words, and actions of every soul from the moment it comes into existence.
Think of it as an energetic Google database for the soul, and it is so incredibly cool to have access to it!
Everyone and everything has an Akashic Record.
You have one, I have one, and so do your house, your apartment, Earth, Mars, distant galaxies, plants, and animals.
But why would we want to explore them?
Because the Akashic Records hold the potential of everything your soul has experienced, everything it wants to experience, and everything it is experiencing now.
Within this magnificent energetic space, we can connect with the Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones, also known as the Guardians of the Records, to receive love, guidance, and support in every area of our lives.
You might be thinking, “But Amy, doesn’t that sound like a psychic reading?”
Let me tell you right now that when it comes to psychic readings vs Akashic Records, they are not the same.
First, the Akashic Records are not about fortune-telling.
Second, what are the Akashic Records about? They are about potential.
We all have potential, and when we enter the Akashic Records, we aren’t simply looking at one moment in space and time within the astral plane.
A psychic reading may focus on a particular moment or situation, whereas the Akashic Records go beyond that to explore the broader energetic field of everything that has existed and everything that holds the potential to exist.
When we enter the Akashic Records, the Guardians take our entire soul into consideration, and this is incredibly important.
If we only look at the astral plane, we may focus on our current human experience without considering everything our soul has experienced throughout its existence.
The Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones also take into consideration the ancestral lineage we are experiencing in this lifetime, along with our soul lineage.
These are two very important lineages that influence our experiences and the lessons we explore.
Our soul lineage, which is what past life regression explores, encompasses the experiences, lessons, and potentialities associated with our soul across different lifetimes.

These two lineages can share some similarities, but they can also have completely different beliefs and values.
Sometimes, the differences can be profound.
Perhaps past life regression shows that your soul has experienced many lifetimes immersed in tribal cultures, yet in this lifetime, you find yourself questioning certain aspects of tribalism.
Maybe your soul has experienced extremely religious environments in previous lifetimes, and you choose a different experience in this lifetime to explore those beliefs and create change within your ancestral lineage.
Or perhaps your soul has experienced great wealth in many lifetimes, and in this lifetime, you want to explore a different relationship with money so you can learn lessons that go beyond financial abundance.
Maybe you are learning empathy, developing resilience, or discovering how to overcome challenging circumstances.
Our souls are fascinated by our own essence, and the reasons we come here to experience this human life are incredibly intriguing.
Sometimes, you simply don’t know what you don’t know.
That is one of the reasons I love the Akashic Records so much.
What are the Akashic Records good for? They allow us to explore our experiences with greater understanding rather than feeling like victims of our circumstances.
When we understand the deeper patterns behind what we are experiencing, we can begin to see new possibilities and discover ways to move forward.
One of the most incredible ways to use the Akashic Records is to explore the past and better understand how previous experiences may be influencing your current life.
We can explore past-life experiences, ask why we are struggling with something in the present, and receive insight into how we might begin to heal and move forward.
Sometimes, the answers relate to experiences from our current lifetime.
Other times, exploring past lives may point toward experiences from previous lifetimes that we believe are still influencing us today.
For example, when I was pregnant with my daughter, I had an incredibly difficult pregnancy.
I’ll link that episode in the show notes and description if you want to hear the full story, but there is one part of that experience I want to share with you here.
During my pregnancy, I had agreed with myself that I was going to clear a lot of soul trauma associated with dying during childbirth, losing a baby at birth, or both of us dying during childbirth in previous lifetimes.
I experienced a great deal of fear during that pregnancy, particularly around the possibility of hemorrhaging.
I kept receiving what I understood as intuitive downloads about these experiences, and those insights encouraged me to advocate for myself, trust my intuition, and become as informed as possible.
As I explored the information coming through, I understood it as pointing toward many, many lifetimes in which these experiences had occurred.
I came into this lifetime with an opportunity to approach things differently, advocate for myself, trust my intuition, and have a different experience.
Today, my daughter and I are both healthy.
We come into these lifetimes with different experiences and lessons to explore, and this is just one example of how I use the Akashic Records as a tool for understanding my soul’s journey.
But that is only one way to work with this powerful field of infinite possibilities.
If you are still unsure what are the Akashic Records, think of them as a Google database for your soul.
You can explore the past through past life regression, gain insight into the present, and consider the possibilities available to you in the future.
And you can ask questions about everyday life, too!
What should I cook for dinner?
What should I wear today?
How can I have a better conversation with my partner?
What would be the best way to build my business?
You name it, you can ask.
Of course, there are spiritual boundaries to consider.
One important principle I teach is that we do not access another person’s Akashic Records to ask questions about them without their permission.
They have free will, just as you do, and respecting that boundary is essential.
With that in mind, there are many different methods for accessing the Akashic Records, and finding the right method and teacher for you is important.
I often say that when the student is ready to ask what are the Akashic Records, the Records will begin speaking to them.
If you’re watching this, perhaps the Records are already calling you.
Maybe you’ve been exploring them for a while, or perhaps you’re just beginning to feel curious about what they have to offer.
Whatever stage you’re at, it’s important to find a teacher whose method resonates with you and helps you access the information you’re seeking.
Not every method provides the same experience of past life regression, and learning how to approach the Records with clarity and intention can make a meaningful difference.
The Akashic Records can sometimes feel like a corn maze, with so many different paths and possibilities to explore.
What we want is a clear, direct way to access the information our souls are seeking and that we, as humans, want to understand.
Inside Sacred Awakening, I answer what are the Akashic Records by teaching my students how to open their Akashic Records using crystalline energy and the Sacred Awakening method.
My goal is to help them access the information they are looking for with greater clarity and confidence.
Different people also use the Records in different ways.
Some focus primarily on past life regression, while others use them to ask yes-or-no questions.
The way I teach my students is about going beyond those limitations.
I want you to feel empowered to seek answers when you need them and receive guidance and insight about the past, present, and future.
I want you to use this tool to make informed decisions, understand yourself more deeply, and create a life that feels aligned with who you are becoming.
If we focus on healing, healing, and more healing all day long, the process can eventually feel overwhelming and exhausting.
I believe the Akashic Records can be so much more than a tool for past life healing that we turn to only when something is wrong.
I want to use them when I’m having a good day and when I’m having a difficult one.
I want to use them to grow, expand, understand myself better, and explore the possibilities available to me.
For me, they are an incredible life tool, and I want my students to feel empowered to use them in all areas of their lives.
It’s also important to consider whether a teacher’s method is right for you.
You want to learn from someone who has developed a meaningful understanding of the Records and can guide you through the process with care and clarity.
After all, you don’t know what you don’t know, and having the right guidance can help you navigate your journey.
Whenever we talk about what are the Akashic Records, there are many misconceptions about what they look like, and I want to put particular emphasis on the word look.
The truth is that the Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones communicate in ways that make sense to each individual.
For some of my students, the Records look like a beautiful library.
For others, they appear as a peaceful place in nature or a crystalline space.
And for some, there is no visual imagery at all.
They may experience complete darkness while simply knowing they are in the Akashic Records.
Everyone’s experience is different, and there is no single right or wrong way to perceive them in past life regression or anywhere else.
For me, my clairvoyance, or ability to see, tends to take a back seat when I access the Records.
Instead, I experience a strong sense of knowing, which is known as claircognizance.
The way I perceive the Akashic Records, and the way the Guardians have guided me to explain them in my teachings, is as an energetic, cosmic field where everything is recorded.
Within that field are spaces within spaces within spaces, each holding and containing information about everything that has existed.
If you ask me what are the Akashic Records, it’s a vast, interconnected field of infinite possibility.
And because everyone’s experiences and ways of receiving information are unique, there is no need to compare your experience with someone else’s.
The way the Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones communicate with you may also change over time.
They might use certain images, symbols, or analogies today that look completely different two or three years from now as your knowledge and understanding grow.
Your experience is allowed to evolve as you do.

Imagine every thought you ever had. Every choice and path you could ever potentially take or have taken is recorded in a powerful, energetic field. And no, this is not science fiction. What that energetic field is the Akashic records. The Akashic Records are a field of infinite possibility. From the moment your soul comes into existence, which is so exciting, every word, every deed, every thought of your soul is recorded in this energetic Google database that we call the Akashic Record. And it is so freaking cool to have access to them. Everyone and everything has an Akashic Record. So you have an Akashic Record? I have an Akashic record. Your house, your apartment, your condo. Earth. Mars. Galactic galaxies. Plants. Animals. They all have an Akashic record. Now, why would we even want to explore them? Because they have every potentiality in them. And it is often referred to as the light. So this particular energetic space is magnificent to explore because it has everything your soul has ever experienced. Everything your soul wants to experience, everything your soul is currently. And we can go inside of the Akash and speak to the masters, teachers and loved ones. Also known as the Guardians of the record to receive love, guidance and support in any and all areas of our life. And you might be going, but Amy, that sounds like a psychic reading. It is not. I will tell you that right now because one is not fortune telling. Two, it is a potential. All of us have potential. And when we go into the Akash, we are not looking at just one moment in space and time in the astral plane. If a psychic goes in to look at something, they’re looking at that specific phase in time work. And it’s in the astral plane where the Akasha is goes beyond that, and it holds everything that’s ever been and ever will exist. And so it’s all of potential in its energetic field. And we can go in and the Guardians will take into consideration everything about your soul. And this is really important because if we’re just going into the astral plane, you’re only taking into consideration about your current human experience, not everything your soul has ever experienced. And not only that. The master’s teachers and loved ones, also known as the Guardians. Take into consideration your ancestral lineage that you’re currently experiencing, because we have two very, very important lineages that are soul is always exploring and connecting to, depending on where it’s at in a moment in time. While you’re in your human experience, your current ancestral lineage is going to impact you, your soul lineage. So anything your soul has ever done before and things your soul wants to experience in this lifetime and potentially in different lifetimes comes into consideration as well. And so you have two lineages that can have completely different belief systems, completely different values. You can have some beliefs, some values, but there’s always going to be something that’s a little different in your soul lineage versus your ancestral lineage. And sometimes it can be extremely Different. Maybe your soul participated in a lot of tribalism, in a lot of tribalism. Culture and your soul in this lifetime cannot stand something. Maybe you came from an extremely religious background in previous lifetimes, and you chose a lifetime in this lifetime with extreme religion, so that you could overcome some of the beliefs and values and change that particular family ancestral lineage. Maybe you’ve had many lifetimes where you were extremely rich in this lifetime. Your soul wants to experience a different level of income so that you can achieve other things besides a ton of money. And sometimes that could be that you’re just learning how to have more empathy, sometimes that you’re learning how what grit is and how to overcome certain circumstances. Our souls are so fascinated by our essence, and why we come here is so extremely intriguing. And you don’t know unless you know. And that’s why I like the records, because you can explore things, and instead of being a victim to your circumstances, you can have a better understanding of why you might be experiencing something and how to overcome it. I think the Akashic Records is one of the most amazing life tool you can use it for the past. We can do past life regression and having a hard time in my current lifetime. Why is that? And they can tell you something that happened to you in the past from this lifetime, and how to overcome it and how to heal it. Or you might be looking at something from previous lifetimes that are currently impacting you in this lifetime. So, for example, when I was pregnant with my daughter, I had an awful pregnancy. I will link that episode in the show. Notes and show description if you want to check it out. I’m not going to go into full detail here, but with that pregnancy, I had an agreement with myself that I was going to clear out a lot of soul trauma from dying, either while giving birth or the baby dying at birth, or both of us dying at birth. In previous lifetimes and in this lifetime, I had a horrible pregnancy. I have massive fear of hemorrhaging out. That possibility was confirmed because I kept getting that download, getting that download, and I advocated for myself. And what I was hearing during my pregnancy was many, many, many, many, many, many lifetimes where this occurred. And I came into this lifetime and have a different experience to advocate for myself, to trust my intuition, to be well informed and to have a different experience. And my daughter and I are both healthy. We come into these lifetimes for certain things. And now, with that being said, that is one way to use this powerful field of infinite possibilities. The Akashic Records are like a Google database of your soul, and we can go in and we can get answers to the simplest questions from what to cook for dinner, what to wear today? How can I have a better conversation with my partner? What would be the best route to build my business? You name it, you can ask. As long as you’re not breaking any spiritual laws and you might be going, Amy, what’s the spiritual law that I would be breaking? We don’t ask questions about other people in the record without their permission, period. We don’t have their permission. They have free will. I have free will. But you do not break spiritual law. With that also being said, every method out there for the Akashic Record, because there’s many ways to access the record, is important for the student. And so typically when the student is ready, the Akashic Records will start speaking to them. If you’re watching this. The records are speaking to you. Maybe you’ve been practicing them for a while. Maybe you’re just starting to think about it. You want to find the right teacher because you don’t know what you don’t know, and you want to make sure you have the right method in order to go into the record. Because not every method create clean, direct access to the information inside of the Akashic Records. The Akashic Records can feel like a corn maze. And because of that, we want direct access to getting the information that your soul is seeking that you as a human, are seeking. And so with the method I teach inside of Sacred Awakening, I teach my students how to open their Akashic Records using crystalline energy, using the Sacred Awakening method, so that the method is clean and direct on getting the information. Not all method use them as a life tool. Some people only use them as past life regression. Some people use them. Only to ask yes or no question. The way I teach my students is I want you to be able to get answers on demand, and I also want you to be able to receive guidance and insight on the past, the present and the future, and feel like you are empowered to make decisions so that you can create the life that you want. I think if we’re only focusing on healing, healing, healing, healing, healing, healing, healing all day long, that’s going to get really boring and it’s going to get really tough wanting you to use that tool for only in that way. For me, I want to use the records when I’m having a good day. When I’m having a bad day, I want to use the record to grow and to expand. I want to use the records to understand myself better, and they are just an amazing life tool. And so when it comes to them speaking to you, you have to also know is that method that that teacher is teaching. The right one for me because you want to find someone that understands them. You don’t want to be working with someone that’s only been accessing them for three months, because you don’t know what you don’t know, and that’s just as simple as that. That also being said, there is a lot of misconception around what the Akashic Records look like, and I’m gonna put that in quotation. Look like the records the master’s teachers and loved ones will always teach you in a way that it makes sense to you. So for some of my students, the record looks like a beautiful library. For other students, it looks like a beautiful place in nature. For other students, it looks crystalline. For other students, it doesn’t look like anything. It’s completely black. They just know. They know that they’re in the Akasha. My clairvoyance when it comes to seeing the records kind of gets cancelled out. It becomes a knowing versus a thing. So my Claire cognizant is very strong. And for me, the way that I know that they are and the way that I tap into them and the way that the Guardians always have me explain it because that’s that’s what I teach, is I just see a field. It’s like an energetic, cosmic field that everything is recorded. And within that field, there are spaces within spaces, within spaces, within spaces with spaces, with spaces that hold and contain everything that’s ever existed. And so there is no right or wrong on how someone sees the Akashic records, because everyone is different in the way that the master’s teachers and loved ones speak to you is completely unique to you and to the moment in time, because they might use analogies today that they might shift and change out of 2 or 3 years from now, because you have.
