4 WAYS TO CREATE THE LIFE YOU LOVE
THE FOUR WAYS TO MANIFESTING
You can manifest anything you want in your life. The first step to doing so is believing that you can do it. But that’s only the first step.
There are four steps that you must take physically, emotionally, and spiritually toward creating the life of your dreams.
WAY #1: SACRED MOVEMENT
When we are processing all that life is throwing at us, we are also processing all the emotions that come with those experiences. And if those emotions get stuck, we can get sick, run down and lower our frequency.
Moving your body is an amazing spiritual practice to get all those emotions unstuck and empty that container of pent-up negative energy to make room for new, lighter, more positive energy.
However you want to move your body is great. Just do it!
WAY #2: UNCENSORED JOURNALING
I absolutely love journaling. Uncensored journaling is a key component in any manifestation of intentions.
Use the words you would never say out loud in public to fully express every thought, emotion, reaction, whatever you are having in a true, authentic release onto the pages. This is another great tool to empty out the lower frequencies to make room for the higher frequencies.
Let it all out on paper. Use whatever language feels good. Don’t sensor yourself.
WAY #3: MEDITATE
Meditation is one of the most important practices a person can use to manifest their desires. Mediation is the opportunity to listen and receive answers from the universe in such a clear and peaceful way.
It unlocks your subconscious similar to what happens in a dream state and you can actually start to rewire the neural networks in your brain. Do this at least once a day for however long feels good to you!
Meditation unlocks your subconscious and rewires the brain.
WAY #4: PRAY
I think of prayer, mantras, and intentions as the same thing. We are asking the universe, or God, or whatever sacred name you resonate with, for the things we want to come forward in our lives.
Prayer doesn’t have to be a formal practice to have a huge impact on our manifestations. It can be a conversation over coffee with your best friend. Just let it flow and listen as much as you speak.
When you pray, be very clear in your intentions. Speak as though your desires are already manifested and always express gratitude, not only for what you will receive but for what you have already received.
Your life is sacred
You are sacred.
You are in control of your life.
You deserve to live heaven on Earth.

You can manifest anything you want in your life. The first step to doing so is believing that you can do it. If you don’t believe in yourself, you don’t believe that it’s possible. It’s not going to happen. But there are other steps to take when it comes to creating the life you love.
And I’m going to share those steps with you today. And these steps are not the only steps. There are many steps to creating the life you truly love, but on an emotional level, a physical level, and a spiritual level, I’m going to talk about four ways to create the life you truly love.
And the very first way is to move your body. When we are processing emotions, when we’re processing experiences, when we are navigating life, we are constantly interacting with different experiences. And those experiences cause reactions within us. And those reactions cause emotions. And those emotions are either processed in a healthy way or they end up getting shoved down into our bodies, into our energy system, into our cells, where we are meant to either process them later or they can become toxic, where they cause illness or disease within the body. And so if you want to create the life you truly love, one of the things that you can do is start moving your body.
And this movement, you can look at it as a spiritual exercise. You can look at it as normal exercise. You can look at it as a spiritual practice. However, it is that you want to view movement is great.
Whatever title you give it, as long as it gets you moving your body. Moving your body allows you to move stuck energy. It allows you to start to process some of the things, some of the emotions, some of the experiences, and some of the feelings that were unprocessed before.
And when you process them, you have an opportunity to make space for something new in your life. You have the opportunity to set new intentions. You have the opportunity to have a clear container to work from.
If you think about your energy field, it is a container. And that container can only hold so much energy. It only is able to hold a certain amount of volume of energy. And when we move our bodies, we can bring more energy in.
And you can move your body in different ways. You can dance, you can go for a walk. You can exercise, you can lift weights. You can do yoga or pilates or any sort of movement that feels good to you.
For me, I personally like to go for a walk every single day. If I don’t go for a walk, I notice that my physical pain will increase. I feel like my brain gets a little foggy. I feel a little heavier in my energy and not heavier in a grounded way, heavier in the sense that I just feel like I’m being weighed down. Also, moving my body is giving me the opportunity to clear out other people’s energy from my energy field. And that’s really, really important when you’re wanting to manifest.
If you truly want to manifest the life of your dreams, you want to do it from a place of owning your own energy and not carrying around other people’s energy. We could pick up other people’s energy just by walking into the grocery store or scrolling on social media, listening to a debate, or seeing someone get upset about something. I know for me, as an empath and sensitive, I could pick up on other people’s energies really, really quickly. And so I want to make sure my container is sparkly and clean. And so moving your body is going to help do that.
Also, moving your body is going to help you clear out some of the thoughts that are preventing you from taking action. Or by moving your body, you’ll actually be able to gain clarity on what your next steps are.
Also, if you move your body outside in nature, nature will bless you. Nature will heal you. Nature will connect with you and the heavens and spirit, and you’ll be healed, and you’ll be connected in a completely different way. So if you also move your body or go outside at least once a day, that’s also beneficial as well.
The second way to manifest the life you truly love is journaling. Journaling is one of my favorite spiritual exercises. When I was going through a really dark place in my life, I was extremely depressed. And I’ve been depressed before, where I was suicidal. This depression was different.
I knew I didn’t want to get so depressed to the point where I didn’t want to be here anymore. And so I started looking into mediation and that’s the third way to improve your life. And we’ll talk about that in just a second. But I started looking into meditation. I wanted to learn how to interpret my dreams because my dreams were tormenting me, to say it lightly. My dreams were very scary.
And I would dream about people killing me. I would dream about all of these unprocessed childhood traumas that I experienced, and I would dream about these things as well. And I was getting super, super curious about meditation and dream interpretation. And what I discovered is that if I wanted to interpret my dreams, I would have to journal them. I also discovered that the only way to get my self deprecating thoughts about myself out of my mind and out of the cycle of repeating, repeating, repeating, and repeating itself was to journal my thoughts, and I would journal my thoughts and my worries and my stresses and what would make me angry and what would make me upset and what would inspire me as well.
I would journal this all down, and I would call it my mother [bleep] journal, and I would mother [bleep] everything in that. And the reason why I would call it that is because it gave me an outlet for the first time in my life where I didn’t have to censor what I was thinking or wanting to say. Would I ever say these things out loud to someone? Most likely not.
Did I censor my thoughts when putting it into my journal? Absolutely not. And I would do this with a lot of patience with myself. I would do this with a lot of non-judgment because sometimes I would say some pretty nasty things that I would never say out loud, but they were buried deep within me and they had to come out. And uncensored journaling is really powerful because it gives you an opportunity to untangle the emotions and the thoughts that are keeping you in a particular vibration.
Everything in life is energy. Your energy, your thoughts are energy, your experiences are energy, and they can be held like prisoners in your energy field. And we want to unlock those self-deprecating thoughts. We want to unlock those traumatic experiences. Now, traumatic experiences can be major traumatic experiences, or they can be small traumatic experiences. It really just depends on the person.
And trauma is trauma at the end of the day, and we want to look at trauma with lots of love and lots of compassion. And we don’t want to censor ourselves while we’re processing trauma, while we’re releasing some of these experiences. And you can do this by uncensored journaling.
Now, someone would say, I’ve had students in the past say this, when I am uncensored journaling, am I just bringing more of that into my life? And the answer is no. When you uncensored journal and when you give yourself permission to just let loose, knowing that no one else is going to read it, you’re not going to share this with anybody unless you want to share it with someone. You have a safe container to unleash your emotions, to unleash your thoughts, your fears, your stresses, your anxieties, and you can release it and let it go to make more space, to create what you truly, truly love and desire.
I also find that when I uncensored journal, I have the opportunity to discover things that stuck to my energy field or got sticky in my thoughts. And I didn’t even realize that I was upset or angry or it was influencing me in any way, shape, or form.
And I want to encourage you to do this on a consistent basis. If you can do it daily, for five minutes, that’s great. If you can do it every other day or at least once a week. I say at least once a week, minimum is great for me. When I started this exercise many, many years ago, I did it without the intention of knowing what I was doing.
I just started journaling and processing things and I just realized that when I would journal, I would start talking about things that would upset me. And as a child, I was not allowed to express these things out loud. And so this was a safe place for me to learn how to express myself, how to speak up for myself, and not worry about hurting someone else’s feelings or being politically incorrect. And so do this. Do this. Do this. Do this.
This is going to be so powerful when you do it. And when you do it, you can rip your journal entries out and shred them or burn them. Remember to practice fire safety if you are worried about someone reading your journal or getting into it. Also, I like to pull journal entries out and burn them when it feels really important to do so because the fire element doesn’t destroy, it transforms. And so whatever was on those pieces of paper will transform into love and light and whatever other intention you put into it to transform it into, which is really cool.
The next way to transform your life into a life you truly love is to meditate. And I personally love meditation. I believe it’s to be practiced daily. It is an opportunity to listen for and receive answers to your prayers from the Universe, God, whatever sacred title you give that energy. And if you sit down to meditate, your subconscious will start to unlock as well. And it will start to share things with you similar to the dream world when you go to sleep.
Some of you may remember your dreams, some of you may not remember your dreams, but we are dreaming and our subconscious is unlocking things in the dream state. And when you meditate, your subconscious starts to unlock. Also, the cool thing about meditation is you start to rewire the neural networks in your brain. And when I started meditating, I was in a really like I said, I was in a really dark place.
I was depressed and I didn’t want to get to the point where I didn’t want to be here anymore. And I knew I needed to do something different than what I’ve done in the past. And meditation was the answer. And you can meditate for five minutes a day, three minutes a day, 1 minute a day, 20 minutes a day, 30 minutes a day. You can meditate twice a day if you want.
The main thing is that you’re consciously taking a break to go inward and you can listen to guided visualizations. And if you are interested, you can head over to my website or it will be in the show notes we have. It’s called Sacred Gifts where I have over 20 plus free healings /meditations. I call them healings. They are guided visualizations, but when you listen to them, they can heal your body, mind, and soul. And so if you want to receive that, sign up for it. You can check that out in the show notes.
You can listen to guided visualizations. You can do mantras. I love mantras. Mantras are like prayers. They send the signal out into the universe and start creating that for your life. It also rewires the energy system as well. And so taking a conscious break to just take ten breaths and say a mantra that feels really good to you, you can do that. The mantra could be “I am safe.”
Or let’s say you’re wanting to manifest a new house. You can say, “I am in love with my new house. I relax with ease and joy as I sip my coffee in my new kitchen.” It could be super long like that, or it could be just simple, like simple I am statements, “I am love. I am light.”
I know I’ve had many different mantras in my life, and some of them are very long and complicated, and some of them are really short and sweet, like “love, peace, harmony, love, peace, harmony.” And I’ll just repeat it to myself throughout the day. And when you repeat a prayer or a mantra to yourself throughout the day, it reminds the universe that you’re serious about it. It also reminds you that you’re serious about it.
It helps to clear out some of the noise in the brain as well. So practice your mantras with your meditations, or you can have it just solely as a meditation practice. Also, for meditation, you can sit in silence, you can stand, you can do a walking meditation and moving meditation. This could also be a part of your moving your body as well. The main thing is to make a conscious effort to meditate daily.
You can meditate in the morning, you meditate at night, you can meditate any time of day. As long as you’re doing it, it’s the only way you’re going to get the benefits right? So make sure you’re meditating and let’s move to the next way, which is the fourth way. And that is prayer. We just talked about mantras, and I’m a big believer that the universe will only gift you things that you are very clear on what you want.
Let me say that slightly different. Your thoughts send signals out into the universe, so it doesn’t matter if they’re negative, positive, or neutral. Your thoughts will constantly send signals out into the universe. And those signals go, okay, this is what this soul wants. We’re going to send them more of those experiences.
And so it’s really important to pay attention to your thoughts because the universe doesn’t know the difference between positive and negative. The universe wants to gift you with what it is that you’re sending out into the universe. So we have to be very, very mindful. And I’m a big believer that when you set intentions, prayers, and mantras throughout the day or at the beginning of the day and the end of the day, you are resetting your energy.
You’re also helping to transmute some of the lower vibrating thoughts that don’t support your desired intention. I’m also a big believer that prayers coincide with meditation. And so the more that you pray and the more that you go to sit down to listen to the answers to the prayer, it creates a beautiful math equation in the universe. So prayer meditation is like math. So if you add these two together, they’re going to equal a particular sum. And that sum plays into your energy bank.
And the more positive things that you can put into your energy bank, the more that that’s going to influence your ability to create what it is that you’re desiring to create in your life. And so it’s very intentional things that you’re doing with prayer. It can be anything.
And I like to say prayer, intentions, and mantras because, for me, I did not grow up in church. I didn’t know how to pray. I would pray when I was little, but I didn’t know that it was that word. As hard as that might sound, as silly as that might sound. But growing up, I would sit in front of my bookshelf, which was my little altar, and I had all these little angels, and I would say prayers to God.
And my prayers were not formal prayers. I would just tell him things that I wanted and how I wanted things to go, and I would ask for protection. And nobody taught me this. It was just something that I had a desire to do. But at the time, I didn’t know that I was supposed to be meditating.
And I wish someone would have taught me how to meditate when I was little because it would have been so neat to see where that would go. But I learned it as an adult, which is awesome, too.
But regardless, so I didn’t really know how to pray. And so as an adult, I thought prayer had to be this very formal thing. And it just didn’t sit right with me. Like I didn’t really know how to do it. And so for me, talking to the universe, talking to God, I have it as a very casual conversation. Like I’m having coffee with my best friend.
And when I’m talking to the universe, I’m sharing things that I want, I desire. And then I also say mantras. So I get out of my head and not be so wordy, and I get straight to the point. And so prayer, mantra, and intention can be interchangeable. And however it is that you want to say it, you can say it.
The key with prayer, though, is to say it as if it’s already done. So let’s say you are wanting to manifest more money into your life. I would say, Heavenly Father, Earthly Mother, thank you for blessing me with an abundant amount of prosperity and money. I am so grateful for the overflow. I’m able to pay my bills, I’m able to give back, and I’m able to save. And I am just so, so, so, so grateful for the money that you continue to send my way. Thank you so much. You can say a prayer similar to that.
Or for me, there’s a money mantra that I would say. And the mantra would be “Money flows to me easily and effortlessly. And I’ve created the perfect business for myself.” So this particular mantra I started saying over and over and over again because I wanted to attract more money. I wanted to have the courage to leave my career and start my own business. And so this particular mantra, I would say, this particular prayer, I would say, and it helped. And it totally worked too.
So however it is that you want to say your prayers are totally up to you. And that’s the cool thing about navigating life, navigating this human experience. We can customize practices. We can reword things in a way that inspires us to take action.
If you’re not inspired or if a word or a phrase or title triggers you in any way, you’re most likely not to take action on that very thing. So if you want to call prayer a mantra, call it that. If you wouldn’t want to call it a prayer or something else, call it that. Whatever it is, whatever exercise you’re doing, call it and give it the title that feels good to you and feels sacred to you as well. Because that’s key.
Your life is sacred. You are sacred. And it’s so important that you start recognizing that and just the smallest things that you do because those small actions accumulate in your energy bank and they start to transform your life. And these four simple ways that you can start transforming your life today are very simple. They’re very easy to take action on.
And that is moving your body. It’s journaling, it’s meditating, and it’s prayer. And if you just start with at least one of these, you’ll start seeing changes. Now, remember, change takes time. It does.
So if you are saying a prayer and you say it once, don’t expect it to change overnight. Please take time with this. Stick with it. I know for me, the money mantra that I would say over and over again, I said that thing for years, and it wasn’t that I didn’t think it was working. It takes some time for me to get my stuff in order.
It took time for me to have the courage to leave my job. It took time for me to step out and do the things that I wanted to do and that’s okay. You’re working on divine time so remember that as well. I hope you’ve enjoyed this episode. Remember you are in control of your life. You are in control of your destiny and in your power in a humble way. Do these practices do them daily, if you can. If not, start with one small practice at a time and work your way up.
Change is inevitable so be in charge of that change. You are magnificent and you are a miracle, my friend. So go out and proclaim this and take charge of your life because you deserve to live heaven on Earth in this lifetime. I look forward to seeing you at the next show. Bye.
