In this deeply personal episode, I share the emotional experience of learning that my childhood elementary school was destroyed in a devastating 5-alarm fire. What surprised me most wasn’t just the loss of the building, but the buried grief, trauma, and memories that...
What if the very thing you fear is the thing that will ultimately set you free?
Fear has a way of keeping us stuck.
It keeps us small, hesitant, and afraid to walk through the very doorway meant for us.
But on the other side of fear is expansion.
On the other side of fear is freedom, alignment, and the life you have been trying to manifest.
So today, we are going to talk about the five ways you can work through fear so you can move beyond the threshold, walk through that doorway, and experience a true overcoming of fear.
😨 Name the Fear
The first way to work through your fears is to actually name the fear.
Instead of just being afraid of the thing, name it.
What are you actually scared of?
Are you scared of being judged?
Are you scared of being seen?
Are you scared of failing?
What is the real fear underneath it all?
Because the moment you name it, you can begin to work through it instead of letting it quietly control you in the background.
This self-awareness is the baseline for your overcoming of fear.
⚖️ Is the Fear Protecting You or Limiting You?
The second thing to ask yourself is this: Is the fear protecting you, or is it limiting you?
This question changes everything.
It helps you recognize whether the fear is truly keeping you safe or simply keeping you stuck inside your comfort zone.
Sometimes fear is asking you to expand.
Sometimes it is asking you to feel worthy enough to be seen.
Sometimes it is asking you to trust yourself enough to take the next step.
When you look closely at these defense mechanisms, you often find a layer of deep-seated self limiting beliefs hiding underneath them.
For me, one of my biggest fears was not making enough money if I started my own business.
That fear felt very real.
But I also realized my happiness mattered more than staying stuck in something that no longer aligned.
So I had to work on comfort zone expansion before I could fully move forward.
🧘♀️ Calm the Nervous System First
The third way to work through fear is to regulate your nervous system before making a decision.
A calm nervous system creates clarity.
It allows you to receive guidance more clearly through your intuition, your clairs, and your inner knowing.
When your body is regulated, you stop making decisions from constriction, panic, or survival mode.
You become more open.
More receptive.
More connected to yourself.
When you master this level of inner peace, you uncover the true secret of how to overcome fear spiritually.
And when the heart is open, the heart can lead the way instead of the mind trying to control everything.
That is such an important shift for the overcoming of fear.
Because the mind often lives in the past.
The emotional body can stay trapped in old experiences.
The ego can replay old fears over and over again.
The goal is not to banish these parts of yourself.
The goal is to lovingly move through them.
We want the bridge between our inner world and outer world to become a beacon that guides us toward the path we are truly meant to walk.
👣 Take the Baby Steps
The fourth way to work through fear is to take one small brave step at a time.
Courage is built through movement.
Every small action creates momentum.
And if you wait for the fear to completely disappear before taking action, you may wait forever.
The mind is powerful.
It will always try to pull you back toward the familiar, using your self limiting beliefs to keep you stationary.
That is why baby steps matter so much.
When I first wanted to start my business, I was terrified.
I did not even fully know what I wanted to do yet.
So I started with what felt aligned.
I studied spirituality because I genuinely loved it.
At the time, I never intended to turn it into a business.
It simply felt like the next energetic step for me.
I kept taking courses.
I kept following what lit me up.
And each small step opened another doorway.
I did not have the words for it back then, but I was building momentum.
Every tiny action was bringing me closer to the life I actually wanted.
You cannot manifest from a place of standing still.
Momentum creates movement in the energy field.
And once you begin moving, the universe starts meeting you halfway.
The steps do not have to be massive.
They just have to be consistent.
Eventually, I knew I was truly building toward my own business.
I gave myself a timeline.
After about six months, I realized I needed support, so I hired someone to help me create the next phase.
Within a few months, I started getting clients because I had already spent so much time practicing and learning my craft.
And suddenly it became real.
I realized I was actually doing it.
I was building the business I once felt terrified to start, allowing a complete overcoming of fear in my professional life.
It did not happen overnight.
And that is okay.
You are allowed to take your time.
Because every small step creates more confidence, more momentum, and more trust in yourself.
✨ Focus on the Freedom Waiting for You
The fifth way to work through fear is to focus on the freedom waiting for you on the other side of it.
When you create a vision of freedom, your mind starts believing that it is possible.
You begin emotionally connecting with the life you truly want.
For me, this started with a mantra.
At first, it was simply:
“Money flows to me easily and effortlessly.”
Then one day I added:
“I have created the perfect business for myself.”
I repeated it constantly.
On the way to work.
In the car.
Out loud whenever I could.
Because every time I said it, I connected to the energy of freedom.
And eventually, that freedom became real.
The freedom to create my own schedule.
The freedom to work from home.
The freedom to connect with people around the world.
The freedom to rest.
The freedom to take weekends off.
The freedom to stop grinding myself into exhaustion.
That vision eventually became stronger than the fear.
So ask yourself:
What freedom is waiting for you on the other side of this fear?
What does freedom actually look like for you?
Because once you define it, you can begin moving toward it.
And those tiny, brave steps can completely change your life.
So the question I want to leave you with is this:
What fear are you currently working through?
Are you willing to define it so you can finally move through it?
And which of these steps resonated with you the most?
With love and blessings,

What if the very thing you feared is the thing that will set you free?
When we have fears, they hold us back. And so today what I’m going to talk about is the 5 ways you can work through fears so that you can move through that threshold, through that doorway, and start manifesting beyond your wildest imagination. The first way to work through your fears is to actually name the fear. Instead of just being afraid of the thing, name it. What are you actually scared of?
Are you scared of being judged? Are you scared of being seen? Are you scared of failing? What are you actually scared of? Because by naming it, you can then work through that next piece of the fear itself.
Number 2, ask yourself, is the fear protecting you or limiting you? By asking this question, you’ll understand, are you scared to do it because you’re in your comfort zone and you’re not wanting to work through that, or you’re scared to work through it, or is the fear actually protecting you from something? If you have a fear of being judged, that is you needing to work through your comfort zone of feeling worthy, feeling the ability to be seen, feeling the ability to step through something. I know for me, my biggest fear was that I wouldn’t make enough money if I went and started my own business. I had to make a decision to work through that because it was a valid concern and recognize that my happiness was more important to me than my possible paycheck.
So I had to work through my comfort zone on that itself before making any decision The third way through working through fears is to calm your nervous system down first before making a decision. A regulated nervous system will allow you to work through the fears, will allow you to be in a place of receptivity to receive through your guides, through your clairs, through your intuition, and have a better and clearer knowing or better and clearer vision of what is the best choice for you. And by regulating, you’re in a place of openness without constriction. And when we open our heart, we allow our heart to guide us versus the mind. And that’s a really key indication because we want the heart to be leading the way.
We want the bridge between our inner and outer world to act as a beacon to lead us to the path that we’re meant to be on our destiny path itself. The fourth way to clearing, uh, fear is to take one small brave step. The courage to take many steps each and every day towards your goal and working through the fear will allow you to start to build momentum. If you wait until the fear disappears, it’s never going to disappear because the mind is really powerful and the mind is stuck in the past. Also, your emotional body might be stuck in the past.
The ego might be stuck in the past. It’s not to banish any of these aspects of yourself, but to actually take baby steps towards your goal that allow you to work through the fear. So I had a massive fear of starting my business, and what I did was I studied. That was the first thing I studied, and I did anything that I found interesting because I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to do. And so how can I start a business if I’m not sure what I want to do and I need credentials And so I just studied spirituality.
I love spirituality. I found it to be really, really helpful. Actually never intended on starting a business with spirituality, but that felt like the first step in moving towards what I wanted in the future for myself. And I knew that taking little courses and following the energy that presented itself to me would open doorways. I never had the words to even articulate it that I wanted open.
Every small baby step you take through working through the fear will bring you closer to your manifestation because you can’t manifest from a place of non-momentum. Momentum allows you to get in the field of energy of that manifestation of the thing that you want, and then the universe starts helping you because you’re taking little baby steps. It doesn’t have to be big baby steps, be little baby steps. And then eventually, I knew I was going to start a business. I knew that I was working towards that, and I gave myself a year time.
And then after 6 months, I realized I needed more help, and so I hired someone to help me me set the next portion up to start my own business. And it was fantastic because within 3 months I was getting clients because I already had the training behind me. I was already really, really practicing my craft and working with different clients. But this was like, I’m actually doing this. I actually have a business.
I’m moving towards full-time and I’m going to leave my career because I’d made all those baby steps. And it’s not going to happen overnight, you will get the momentum you need. And time is okay. We can definitely take our time working through the baby steps because the more you get working through it, the quicker you’ll get that momentum. And so baby steps are key here.
And the fifth way through working through fears is to focus on the freedom that awaits you. When you have a sense sensation and a vision that allows you to wrap your mind around something. You can trick your mind into believing it. And so when you focus on the freedom, that allows you to have sensations, it allows you to create a vision, it allows you to feel like something is obtainable. And for me, what I would do is I would have a mantra that would allow me to get into that energy of Freedom.
It first started off as a money mantra. Money flows to me easily and effortlessly. And one day I started saying, and I’ve created the perfect business for myself. And I would say this mantra on the way to work all the time. I would say it, praise it, speak it out loud as much as I possibly could because it was creating the energy of freedom.
Like I did create the actual perfect business for myself. I am so grateful I actually had the courage back in the day to take those tiny little baby steps. The other thing with the freedom is you can ask yourself questions. What freedom do I get by working through this fear? What does freedom look like for me at the other end of this?
What freedom do I actually want? Because when you just find the freedom that you want, you can definitely be able to wrap your visions around it. And for me, I did not want to work. I did not want to work from 8 in the morning until midnight. I didn’t want to grind it out.
I didn’t want to work more than 50, 60 hours a week. Was just like too much for my body. I didn’t want to work on Saturdays. I did not want to work on Saturdays. And so freedom was taking the weekend off.
Freedom was determining my schedule. Freedom was having the flexibility to work from home. Freedom for me was being able to connect with people all around the world. And so when you define that freedom, you have the ability to work through it. And it’s such an amazing thing.
So the question I have for you is, what fear are you working through? Through? And are you willing to define the fear so that you can start working through it? And what was your favorite way to work through it? Comment below if you are watching on YouTube.
