In this deeply personal episode, I share the emotional experience of learning that my childhood elementary school was destroyed in a devastating 5-alarm fire. What surprised me most wasn’t just the loss of the building, but the buried grief, trauma, and memories that...
Taking the time to decide what main character you want to play in 2026 is powerful.
Do you want to show up more adventurous, more decisive, or more worthy this year?
As we step into a new cycle, it’s also important to notice the energetic debris from 2025 that may still be lingering in your field.
Imagine the water purifying your energy, cleansing your auric space, and wiping the slate clean for 2026.
There is often a percolation of emotion that rises when you hear yourself speaking positively about what you desire, what you are creating, and what you have already accomplished.
Those intentions begin to infuse into the cells of your body and being.
They awaken your DNA.
They awaken you.
They shift your frequency as you consciously step into a new year.
With a new year on the horizon, there are fun and meaningful new year’s rituals you can use to release the past and intentionally call in what’s next.
I thought it would be fun to share five simple rituals you can do on New Year’s Day or anytime during the first week of the year, whenever you feel called.
✨ Stepping Into 2026 With Intention
We are about to embark on 2026, and I honestly can’t believe it.
There is something so exciting about standing at the edge of a brand-new year.
With a new year on the horizon, we also get the gift of fresh new year’s rituals that help us both release the past and consciously call in what’s next.
Today, I wanted to share five fun and powerful rituals you can do on New Year’s Day or anytime during the first week of the year.
There is no right or wrong timing here.
Whenever you feel called, these rituals meet you exactly where you are.
🚿 Ritual One: The New Years Cleanse Shower
The first ritual is taking a shower first thing on New Year’s Day.
You might be thinking, why a shower?
This ritual is all about cleaning the slate.
As you step into the water, imagine all the energetic debris from 2025 surrounding you.
It’s in your field.
It’s in your auric space.
As the water flows over you, set the intention that it is purifying your entire being.
This is a beautiful way to begin an intention setting ritual of release.
See it washing away old stories, lingering emotions, and anything you’re ready to release.
This shower becomes a symbolic reset, wiping the slate clean and opening you fully to 2026.
✍️ Ritual Two: A Letter From Your Future Self
The second ritual is to write a future letter to yourself.
This letter is written by you on December 31st, 2026.
Your future self shares everything you accomplished during the year.
Write about what you manifested, what you overcame, how you evolved, and how you felt along the way.
Keep it playful.
Keep it expansive.
Let yourself dream without limits.
After you write the letter, read it out loud to yourself.
When you hear your own voice speaking these words, something powerful shifts inside.
Emotions begin to percolate as your body responds to what is already written in the field.
I also recommend sharing parts of this letter with at least one trusted person.
You don’t need to share everything.
Just the pieces that feel alive and exciting.
Speaking these intentions aloud tells your spiritual team that you are serious, and they begin reorganizing reality to match what your future self already knows is true.
☕ Ritual Three: The Magical Sip
The third ritual is one I call the magical sip.
You’re going to prepare a drink of your choice.
It can be cacao, tea, coffee, or even water.
As you hold the drink, choose three specific energies you want to embody in 2026.
This is a potent and quick intention setting ritual you can do every morning.
Speak these intentions out loud into your drink.
Stir the drink clockwise with a spoon, straw, or anything you like as you continue speaking your intentions.
When you take the first sip, imagine those energies infusing into every cell of your body.
See them awakening your DNA and shifting your frequency.
This sip becomes a living prayer for what you are stepping into.
🫙 Ritual Four: The Magic Adventure Jar (or Cards)
The fourth ritual is an adventure in itself.
The adventure jar is one of those new year’s rituals that invites joy and curiosity into your life all year long.
Grab a jar, bowl, or container, and write down fun experiences you want to have this year.
This intention setting ritual ensures you keep play at the forefront of your mind.
These can be small or big.
Visiting a park.
Calling an old friend.
Taking a day off.
Going on a vacation.
Starting something new.
You can write 10, 25, or even 52 adventures, depending on what feels right.
Once a week or every other week, pull one slip of paper and let it guide you.
Some adventures may happen immediately.
Others may require planning and intention over time.
You can also do this ritual with a deck of playing cards.
Write adventures directly on the cards or attach notes to them.
Shuffle the deck and pull a card whenever you want guidance.
Spirit loves play, and this ritual invites joy, curiosity, and movement into your year.
🎭 Ritual Five: Choosing Your Main Character for 2026
The fifth ritual is choosing the main character you want to play in 2026.
Ask yourself how you want to show up this year.
More adventurous.
More decisive.
More worthy.
Then find a character who embodies that energy.
For self-love, I love Elle Woods from Legally Blonde.
She is unapologetic, joyful, and deeply rooted in who she is.
For adventure and trust, Moana is a powerful guide.
She listens to the call within and follows it without needing proof.
For resilience, Rocky Balboa shows us the power of heart, discipline, and persistence.
And for compassion, Paddington Bear leads with kindness and assumes the best in everyone.
Let these characters inspire how you move through your year.
Which of these new year’s rituals are you going to try?
Are you feeling called to one or all of them?
If you have a ritual you already love, please share it.
The more we exchange these practices, the more joy, magic, and anticipation we create together.
Here’s to stepping into 2026 with intention, play, and trust.
With love and blessings,

Taking the time to decide what main character you want to play in 2026. Do you want to show up more adventurous? Do you want to show up more decisive? Do you want to show up more worthy? Noticing all of the debris from 2025 around you. The water is purifying your field. It’s cleansing you. It’s wiping the slate clean for 2026 for you. A percolation of emotions that comes up when you hear yourself speaking positively, speaking of what you’re doing what you’re desiring, what you’ve achieved, what you’ve accomplished. Those intentions are infusing into the cells of your body and being. They’re awakening DNA. They’re awakening you. They’re shifting your frequency with a new year on the horizon. There are new fun rituals that you can do to call in the new year and let go of the previous year. So today, I thought it would be fun to share five fun rituals that you can do on New Year’s Day or the week of New Year’s whenever you get to it. So let’s jump in. Hello, beautiful soul, and welcome to today’s episode. I’m so excited you are here. We are about to embark on 2026.
I can’t believe that. That’s so exciting. And with a new year on the horizon, there are new fun rituals that you can do to, one, call in the new year and let go of the previous year. So today I thought it would be fun to share five fun rituals that you can do on New Year’s Day or the week of New Year’s whenever you get to it. So let’s jump in. The first one is taking a shower first thing on New Year’s Day. And you might be going, why do I need to take a shower first thing on New Year’s Day? This is the ritual of cleaning the slate. Imagine jumping in the shower and noticing all of the debris from 2025 around you. It’s in your field, it’s in your auric field. And when you jump in the shower, you don’t have to physically jump in it. But when you jump in, you can set an intention that the water is purifying your field. It’s cleansing you. It’s wiping the slate clean for 2026 for you. The second ritual is writing a letter to yourself from your future self. In this letter, your future self is sharing all of the magical things that you accomplished in 2026.
And your future self wrote this letter on December 31st of 2026. You write it as if you’ve achieved all sorts of different fun things, different goals, what you’ve overcame, how you evolved, what you manifested, how you felt. Keep it playful, keep it fun, and share the letter with at least one person. You don’t have to share every detail. You don’t have to read the letter out loud. But certain things that you wrote in the letter, I highly recommend sharing because they’re more likely to come true. By doing this and reading it out loud to yourself, make sure you read it out loud to yourself, you will hear your future self guiding you through your words. Two, there’s a percolation of emotions that comes up when you hear yourself speaking positively, speaking of what you’re doing, what you’re desiring, what you’ve achieved, what you’ve accomplished. It’s really fun and it’s really powerful. It tells your team that you are serious about this and that they start reorganizing the universe and your reality to match your desires that are already coming true because according to your future self, they did. So it’ll be fun to see what it is that you write and journal.

I’d love to get back to you. All right, Let’s jump back into this episode. Third fun ritual that you can do is, I call this the magical sip. What you’re going to do is you’re going to make a potent drink. That drink can be cacao, it could be tea, it could be coffee, it could be water, whatever it is that you want to make. You’re going to make a drink, and then you’re going to put three specific energies that you are wanting to embody and bring in to your life. And so if it’s more peace, if it’s more fun, if it’s more adventure, whatever it is, and you can be very specific where it’s just love, love, love, or I experience love on a mind, body, soul level, and you just share it into your drink.
You speak it out loud and you stir the drink clockwise with any type of thing. It could be a straw, it could be a spoon, it could be whatever you want. Stir it clockwise as you speak the intentions in. And this beautiful magical sip, when you’re ready to drink it, you’re going to imagine Those intentions are infusing into the cells of your body and being. They’re awakening DNA. They’re awakening you. They’re shifting your frequency to manifest the things that you want, desire, and are going to embody. Number four. This ritual is fun because it is an adventure for sure. You can get a magic jar, and it could be any bowl, glass jar. Write down 25 things that you would consider fun, that you want to accomplish, that you want to do, that you want to take action on. Let’s say there’s a park that you’ve been wanting to visit in your town or neighboring town, right going to that park down. Let’s say it’s going to visit an old friend, put it in the jar. Let’s say it’s calling up an old friend, put it in the jar. Let’s say it’s going on vacation or exercising or doing whatever.
It could be taking the day off. Any little fun adventure that you want to put into this jar, you can put 25, you can also put 52. You can just put 10, depending on what it is that you’re putting in there. Once a week or once every other week, you can take out one of the pieces of paper, and it’s a surprise adventure that you’re going to go on. If you do 25, it gives you every other week, so you have time to plan, shift, organize. Some of them might be plans that you have to plan months later. So maybe you pull going on vacation and you’re like, oh, okay, how do I make this happen? Let me budget. Let me take daily actions or weekly actions to get to that. And it doesn’t have to be done that week. It just gets you thinking and spirits guiding you to pick which paper, which adventure to choose from as well. I’m also hearing you can do this with an old playing card deck as as well. You can choose five big things, and you can choose different cards that you want to put those five big things in there.
And then you can also write down what the adventure is. You can also put it on a post-it note and stick it on the card as well. They’re saying writing it on the card is actually super magical, and you can write it on the card, and then you can shuffle the deck, and then when you pull a card out, you choose the adventure. They can be very small, fun little things to do, and then you can put four or five big things to do, like vacation, going on a weekend adventure, starting something new, things like that. Those are your magical jar or your magical cards. Then the The fifth ritual is taking the time to decide what main character you want to play in 2022. 6. Do you want to show up more adventurous? Do you want to show up more decisive? Do you want to show up more worthy? What character do you want to play? And then decide what character possesses that attitude. Here is an example of someone that has undeniable self-love, and that is El Woods in Legally Blonde. She does not care what people think about her and how she shows up, how she talks, or what she likes.
She does not shrink her energy to meet societal norms. She’s very fun and playful, and she’s undeniable in the amount of self-love that she has for herself. So that would be one movie character in one movie that you can go and take a look at to embody more self-love. For adventure, Moana. Moana goes on an adventure to to save her people, to help her people, and she just trusts her calling towards the water. There’s a high level of trust that is occurring in that movie with herself. And so not only adventure, but trust on that one as well. For resilience, Rocky Balboa in Rocky. He is led by hard work, compassion, heart, desire. One more that I want to share with you guys is Paddington Paddington bear. Paddington leads with compassion. So if you’re wanting more compassion, he’s very kind. He assumes the best in everyone. All right, my friends, what ritual are you going to do? Are you going to do any of these five? Let me know in the comments. If you have a different ritual that you like to do, please share it with me in the comments. I would love to hear from you on different rituals that everybody likes doing because I think that the more that we share these types of rituals, the more that we can find different ones that bring us next level joy, fun, and anticipation of something wonderful and great.
Please like and share this with a friend, and I will see you soon. Take care. Bye.
