In this episode, I’m diving into the full spectrum of emotions and why it’s so important to allow ourselves to feel all of them, not just the ones that feel good. I talk about how our bodies are designed to process energy and how honoring even the heavy emotions...

Manifesting.
We hear about it all the time—and let’s be honest, we all want it to work, right?
But here’s the thing: manifesting is part of the journey.
When you’re desiring something deeply, it’s easy to get tunnel vision on the outcome.
Learning how to manifest something requires patience, awareness, and deep trust.
Yet the process—the unfolding of the desire—is just as sacred as the result.
It’s important to remember that surrender is part of manifestation.
That doesn’t mean you sit back and do nothing.
It means you follow the energy.
You stay open to the nudges, the synchronicities, the inspired actions that present themselves.
This is how you begin to align with your unique alignment energy—where intuition, trust, and divine timing meet.
Move with the energy, not with force, not with desperation—but with trust.
When you surrender to god, you allow divine orchestration to take the lead.
💪 The Power of Patience and Surrender
I think sometimes people get really desperate, for lack of a better word.
They want something to happen quickly, right away, and they don’t understand why it’s not happening.
But sometimes, part of the journey is about healing before it can happen.
Sometimes, it’s the universe aligning people and events—yours and theirs—so that everything can come together in the right way.
When it’s meant to happen, it will. That’s the lesson on how to manifest something by aligning yourself with divine timing.
That’s one of the beautiful things about manifestation.
And when it does happen, it’s so important to give thanks and express gratitude.
Manifestation also requires awareness—paying attention to your thoughts and where they lead.
In this episode, I’m sharing a few stories about why it’s essential to set the intention, surrender to it, follow the energy, and stay out of desperation.
That’s when the magic truly unfolds.
Patience matters, too, because time is part of the human experience—and sometimes, time is the very thing that has to pass before your manifestation arrives.
Understanding how to manifest something also involves understanding that time and healing are part of the equation.
Surrender to god during these waiting periods to build trust and deepen your spiritual connection.

🙌 A Magical Thank You
Back to the episode…
The first story I want to share with you is one of my absolute favorite manifestation stories, mainly because I didn’t really do much.
It wasn’t about manifesting a car or a specific goal.
What I wanted was simply to say thank you to a college professor who had made a big impact on my life.
When I first went to college right out of high school, I had this professor during my sophomore year.
And to be honest, I didn’t like her.
There was just something about her that rubbed me the wrong way.
I was young, a bit naive, and definitely had a “know-it-all” attitude.
I ended up taking a long break during my junior year.
Years later, while working as a finance manager, I decided to go back and finish my degree.
And wouldn’t you know it? I ended up having the same professor again.
But this time, it was totally different. She was amazing.
She helped me so much.
In fact, she helped shave an entire year off my degree by getting me organized and showing me what I needed to do to finish strong.
Thanks to her, I was able to complete my degree in a total of four years.
I absolutely fell in love with her energy, her support, and her guidance.
A few years ago, I started feeling this strong urge to thank her.
I just wanted to tell her how much of a difference she made in my life.
So I started searching.
I looked her up through my old college, which is now a university, but found out that she and her husband were no longer teaching there.
I spent several hours trying to find her online with no luck.
Eventually, I let it go.
I set the intention: “I’d love to thank her one day, in whatever way that comes. I’m open to it.”
And then I surrendered.
I wasn’t desperate.
I had done what I could, and I trusted that if it was meant to happen, it would.
That story is a real-life lesson in how to manifest something with ease and trust.
It also highlights what happens when you surrender to god and release control.
Fast forward a bit—I was flying home from a trip to Wisconsin.
My seat on the plane had been switched, and I sat down next to—you guessed it—my former professor and her husband.
I was in complete shock!
They don’t even live in Wisconsin.
They had just been visiting and were getting ready to run a marathon.
Not only did I get to thank her, but I also got to spend the entire flight talking with both of them.
It turned out so much better than an email ever could have.
I was able to express my gratitude in person and really share how much she impacted my life.
This story is such a powerful reminder about the art of surrender.
Sometimes we don’t know how something is going to happen—we just have to let it go and allow the universe to work its magic.
If it’s meant to happen, it will.
Don’t stress.
Take inspired action, and then trust.
✨ Manifesting through a Spark
If something nudges you to take action beyond surrender, follow it.
Wholeheartedly.
I want to share another story of how magical things can unfold when you surrender and take inspired action.
One day, an ad popped up in my news feed.
This man appeared joyful, radiant, and I felt an instant connection.
My heart lit up.
I didn’t know his name.
I didn’t know what he did.
But the feeling in my body was clear: I’m going to work with that man someday.
And then…I let it go.
I didn’t look him up.
I didn’t buy a course or a book.
I simply trusted the message, set the intention, and moved on.
This is a key part of how to manifest something—feeling the pull and then letting go.
When we surrender to god during moments like these, we trust in divine wisdom over our own.
Then, an opportunity landed on my desk: Would you like to be part of the Zero Limits documentary with Joe Vitale?
If you’re not familiar, Joe Vitale was featured in The Secret—the book and documentary that brought manifestation and the law of attraction to the mainstream in the early 2000s.
When I saw his name, something clicked.
It felt familiar.
That’s when I started researching him and realized—he was the man from the ad.
That’s when inspired action kicked in.
I had a choice: say yes or say no.
And yes was required.
So, I said yes.
I followed through on everything needed to make it happen.
I showed up, took the steps, and trusted the process.
That whole experience taught me more about how to manifest something from a place of soul alignment.
I got to meet Joe in person.
I got to film with him.
And now, I’m part of the Zero Limits documentary—coming out this September on Apple and Prime.
🆚 Right Timing vs. Missed Alignment
We’re also doing the official red carpet premiere this June in Sacramento!
And in September, on the 11th, we’ll be hosting another premiere in Nashville.
If you’re in the area and want to attend, we’ll drop the link in the show notes.
One of the other women featured in the documentary lives there, just 30 minutes from me.
How incredible is that?
The universe is always organizing things in such beautiful, unexpected ways.
Through this project, I’ve met some amazing people.
But more than anything, I fulfilled something my soul told me was coming.
All I did was surrender—and then take action when it was time.
It’s so beautiful to witness how things unfold when you’re truly in alignment.
Now, let me be clear: that particular manifestation took years.
Sometimes things move fast, like lightning.
Other times, it takes time because the pieces are still falling into place.
That’s how to manifest something with grace and patience.
It’s not that you’re doing anything wrong—it’s just divine timing at work.
But here’s the other side of that: sometimes we are in alignment with something, but we drag our feet.
We delay.
And by the time we’re ready, the energy has already moved on.
That opportunity isn’t aligned anymore, and we feel it.
The magic is gone.
In those moments, it’s important to surrender and say, “This isn’t it anymore.”
That’s not failure—it’s wisdom.
I’ve experienced that, too.
There was a membership I knew I was meant to create.
For a long time, I felt aligned with it.
But I kept putting it off.
I got busy.
I didn’t follow through.
And when I finally did try to build it, the spark was gone.
The synergy with the universe just wasn’t there anymore.
And that’s okay.
That was my lesson.
That was my growth.
There are so many things you are aligned with.
The key is surrendering to that truth.
Give yourself permission to be led by Spirit, by Source, by Creation.
That frequency—it is you.
You’re not separate from it.
Let me say that again: the frequency you’re calling in is you.
It’s not outside of you.
It’s within you.
It’s flowing through you.
This is the foundation of how to manifest something truly aligned.
When fear, ego, or old energy gets in the way—when we overthink, overcommit, or undercommit—we can miss the boat.
And when that happens, we can choose to surrender.
Or, if we’re in alignment, we can let that energy carry us.
That’s when flow happens.
That’s when success happens.
Because it’s not just you trying to “make it happen”—it’s a divine collaboration.
You are the universe.
The universe is you.
There is no separation.
To fully embrace this truth, surrender to god and allow your spirit to align with divine flow.
🧐 Intentions in Action
Back in February 2024, while I was at The Conscious Life Expo, I received a very clear download.
Two intentions came through strongly: I wanted to be on Coast to Coast, and I wanted to be on Beyond Belief with George Noory.
I could feel how aligned those desires were.
So I set the intentions, and then I took inspired action.
What did that look like? I told the right people.
Because here’s the thing: you’re more likely to bring a dream to life when you speak it out loud.
When you share your intention, you invite the universe—and others—to help make it happen.
The Coast to Coast opportunity came quickly, within about four months of setting that intention.
And exactly one year later, just as I was flying to the 2025 Conscious Life Expo, I got the email confirming Beyond Belief for Gaia TV.
That’s how divine timing works.
I’m not sharing this to say these should be your goals.
I’m sharing it to highlight something deeper: it’s not about goals—it’s about intentions.
Intentions are rooted in energy.
They’re about creating resonance.
Alignment.
A frequency match between you and what you desire.
When you set an intention, surrender to it.
Take inspired action.
And most importantly, release the timeline.
You don’t always know what needs to unfold before your manifestation arrives.
Sometimes, experiences have to happen first to prepare you.
And here’s something crucial: celebrate your wins.
Every single one.
It doesn’t have to be big.
Celebrate the fact that you wrote your intention in your journal.
Celebrate when you speak it out loud.
When you do a little research.
When you send that first email.
When you take any step, honor it.
Because when you celebrate, you shift into gratitude.
And when you’re in gratitude, your frequency rises.
That raised frequency brings you into alignment with the intentions you’re calling in.
And it naturally pulls you away from what no longer matches your energy.
So, my friend, surrender.
You’ve got this.
Manifest boldly. Surrender to god when you need strength beyond your own.
You’ve got this.
Set powerful, aligned intentions—and let the universe meet you in the magic.
You’ve absolutely got this.
With love and blessings,
Amy Robeson

Hey, Amy Robeson here. Thank you for joining me on this podcast where we talk about spirituality, the awakening process, mental health, and so much more. Join me weekly to get your weekly dose of spirituality and medicine. I look forward to seeing you on the inside. Hello, and welcome to today’s episode. I’m so excited you are here. Let’s talk about Manifest. Manifesting. Everybody hears about it. Everybody wants it to happen, right? And here’s the thing. Manifesting is a part of the journey. So when you’re wanting something, we have to remember that journey is a part of the manifestation itself. It’s important when it comes to certain things that you’re manifesting that you surrender to the manifestation and how it’s going to come about. It doesn’t mean don’t take action. It doesn’t mean that you don’t follow the energy. Absolutely follow the energy that presents itself to you. Follow where you’re being guided to go without force and without this desperate energy with it. I think that sometimes people get really, for lack of a better word, they get desperate. They really want this thing to happen, and they want it to happen quickly, and they want it to happen right away, and they just don’t understand why it’s not happening.
Sometimes part of the journey requires you to do some healing in order for it to happen. Sometimes it’s the universe organizing different people, different events with your different people in different events so that you can come together. I think that when this is supposed to happen, it will happen. And I think that part of the cool thing about manifestation, and when it does happen, is giving thanks and gratitude for it happening itself. And then also when it comes to manifesting is paying attention to your thoughts and where they lead you as well. And I’m going to share a couple stories about why it’s important to set the intention, surrender to it, follow the energy, but stay out of desperation because it’s going to become more magical than what you think. It’s also really important to have patience because time is a part of the human experience, and sometimes time is the necessary thing that has to happen before that thing happens. Hey, friend, did you know that we started a new live Crystal It’s called Crystal and Light Codes with Amy, and it’s every Thursday. You can check out my website for more information, and you can get beautiful crystals that have been activated and attuned in a very special way all through the Akashic records that are reading and ready to work with you.
They’re all high vibrational crystals, and each time you buy a new type of crystal, you will get a light language activation that’s included with your purchase as my gift to you. Check out the link in the show notes and show description. The show is every Thursday, unless I’m traveling. Sometimes I have to travel, and then we’ll switch the show. All right, my friends, let’s jump back into the episode. So the first story I want to share with you is a really cool story, and this is one of my favorite manifesting stories is because I didn’t really do much. I didn’t do much, and this thing happened. It wasn’t towards a goal or like, I want a car, I want this. What I wanted was to say thank you to a teacher of mine that I had when I went back to college. I went to school right out of high school. I went to college right out of high to get my four-year degree. I actually had this teacher my sophomore year. I did not like her. There was something about her I did not like. I also was naive. I had an attitude like, I think I knew everything.
I took a break. My junior year took a break for quite some time and then decided to go back to college and finish I finished my degree while I was doing my finance manager job because I wanted to have that degree to do other things. And so I ended up getting this teacher again, this professor, again. Her and her husband actually both worked there, and they were both amazing teachers. And the second time I had her, I fell in love with her. This woman helped me out so much, and she actually shaved an entire year off of my schooling and helped me get organized so I could graduate within a total of four years. So I went the first two years, and then I went back two years, and I killed it. And she helped me do this, and it was amazing. And so a few years ago, I was getting this really big urge to say hi to her, to thank her. I wanted to find her and reach out to her and I just tell her how much of a difference she made in my life. And I was just so appreciative of all the things that she did for me when I went back to school, and I just wanted to say thank you.
And so when I went to my The college that I went to, well, it’s now a university, the university that I went to, I went to look them up. They’re no longer teaching there, her and her husband. And I was just trying to find her, but I just couldn’t. And so I just let it go. I set an intention that I’d love to thank her one day in whatever way that comes about, I’m open to it. And so I just let it go. It wasn’t desperation. I did put some action into it. I did some research. I did several hours, if not more, of research, trying to find her. And then I just let it go. And I think that this is the surrender part. You got to surrender it to the universe knowing, I know one day I’m going to see this woman or I’m going connect with her online, and I’m going to say exactly what I wanted to say. And this was the cool part. I went home to Wisconsin, and I’m flying back home, and I’m on an airplane, and I sit down, and I don’t believe I was supposed to be sitting in that seat because my seat got switched.
I sit down, and who is sitting next to me? This teacher and her husband. So not only did I get to thank her, I got to spend the entire flight with her talking to her about what her and her husband are doing in retirement. They don’t even live in Wisconsin, and they were just there visiting, and they were preparing for a marathon. Very, very cool. And I was just so appreciative that that turned out way better than me sending her an email. And I was just so unbelievably grateful that I got to not only spend time with her, but to really, really say thank you because she made a huge impact in my life. And I really wanted to express my gratitude and thanks And it was really incredible. So the art of surrender comes up in manifestation, and sometimes we just don’t know how to do it. So it’s like just letting it go to the universe and allowing the universe, God creation, to To figure out how that’s going to happen. And if it’s meant to happen, it’s going to happen. So don’t stress about it. Do not stress, but take inspired action.
And so if you were to get something that encourages you to do something more than to surrender, absolutely do it. I’m going to give you another story of how cool things happen when you surrender to it and then you take inspired action. I had an ad come up in my news feed, and this man came up. He’s jolly. My heart was like, I could feel my heart attracted to him immediately. And I didn’t even know his name. I didn’t know what he did. And the immediate thought that came to my head and came to my entire body is, I’m going to work with that man one day, and then I let it go. I did not feel inspired to take any more action. I did not feel inspired to buy a book or to buy a course from him or to even look him up any further than just setting that intention out to the universe. And that was it. And then I had an opportunity come across my desk. And this opportunity was, hey, do you want to be a part of the Zero Limits documentary with Joe Vitale? And if you don’t know who Joe Vitale is, he was part of The Secret, the documentary in the book for The Secret.
It was huge in the early mid 2000s, all about manifestation, all about the law of attraction. He’s been around forever and ever. And when I actually saw his name, there was this residence that was like, I know who this is. Let me do some more research. Let me look it up. Then I started taking inspired action. Then I had to do the one thing that requires something to come into fruition, and that is to either say no or yes. In this case, I had to say yes. So it’s not going to come into fruition if I say no, but sometimes if you want to manifest something, it’s required, a no is required. But this one, a yes was required. Absolutely, yes, I’m going to do this. I’m going to put myself out there. I’m going to take inspired action. I’m going to get the ball rolling on this. And so I did. And I did all of the action steps that was necessary to say yes to that. And I got to meet him in person, and I got to film with him, and I got to be a part of the documentary. And it’s also coming out in September on Apple and Prime.
And we’re also doing the actual official red carpet premiere this June in Sacramento. So if you want tickets to that, if you’re in the Sacramento area, we’ll link that link in the show notes as well. And then if you want to come to the premiere in Nashville, we’re going to have one in September, September 11th of 2025, that one of the other girls that was here, she lives in Nashville. She’s also part of the documentary. This is how cool the universe works. How cool is it that somebody else that’s in this documentary lives within 30 minutes of me. I just think that’s incredible. And I’ve got to meet some really amazing people through this project. And most importantly, I got to fulfill something that my soul told me I was going to do. And all I did was surrender, and then I took action when it was required of me to take action. And it’s so neat to see how this comes about. Now, I will say this. That particular manifestation took years, years. So sometimes we have things that come up and they’re as fast as lightning. It goes and it goes really, really quickly.
And then there’s other things that take years. And it’s not that you’re not doing it. It’s just everything is organizing in the way it’s supposed to organize, and it all works on divine timing, which I think is incredible. Now, I also do think that sometimes we’re in alignment to do something, but we drag our feet And then that ship has already sailed, and it is no longer in alignment with you. And so you’re trying to manifest something that you’re not in alignment with, and all of the energy, all of the zest that was in it is gone. And so it’s not worth actually taking an action on. And it’s important to actually say no to it and surrender to this isn’t happening. I’m no longer in alignment with it, and that’s okay. And it It’s really important to lean into alignment, fear, because sometimes you might be going, well, is that fear? And sometimes it’s not. I know that I was in alignment to create a particular membership forever and ever and ever. And I drug my feet, drug my feet. I was just so busy, so busy, and I didn’t take action on it.
And so when I finally took action on it, there was no soul in it. And weird things were happening. And I was like, no, we’re good. We’re done. We’re not going to do this. There’s not fear of doing it. There’s no fear of success of it. It’s just there’s no synergistic collaboration with the universe to make it what it was supposed to be because that ship has sailed, and I’m okay with that. And that was my mistake, and I can live with that. And that is a part of my growth. That’s a part of my experience, and that’s a part of what I’m supposed to be doing. There are so many different things that you can manifest that you are in alignment with that is important for you to surrender to it. Give yourself permission to open yourself up to being led by spirit source creation because that code is you and you are that code. Let me say that slightly different. That frequency is you and you are that frequency. You are not separated from that frequency. And that is pure wholeness. And when our fears or when our ego or when a different aspect of our being that’s stuck in the past convolutes or overcomplicates or overcommits to something else or undercommits, however it is, there’s so many different infinite possibilities of what that could happen and what that could look like that you miss the boat, and it’s important to just say no to it.
Or if you are in alignment, you get to allow that energy to carry you and allow you to be in flow and allow you to have that success because it’s a synergistic relationship. It’s not outside of you, it’s within you. And that energy is flowing through you because you are the universe and the The universe is you, and you’re not separate from it. I just recently set an intention in February of 2024. I set two intentions, and that was I was at the Conscious Life Expo, and I got a really clear download. I wanted to be on Coast to Coast, very clear, wanted to be on Coast to Coast. And I want to be on Beyond Belief with George Nouria. I want to have a conversation conversation with him. And so I set two intentions, and then my inspired action was to tell the right people that I wanted this to happen because you’re more likely to accomplish goals by speaking them out loud and sharing them with other people. And with that being said, I got the Coast to Coast thing right away. That was like something that I got within four months, I believe, of setting that intention.
And then I got the beyond the belief thing for GEA TV, 12 months. I literally got the email as I was flying to The Conscious Life Expo in 2025 for that. And so it’s so cool how that works. And you got to be patient. And the reason why I’m sharing this, and it’s not to point out, Hey, you should be setting this goal or this goal or this goal or this goal. It is to realize that manifesting and goals and intentions, let’s even take out the word goal because I like intention because there is an intention behind something that it is that you are wanting to have a frequency match with, that you are wanting to be in residence with, that you are wanting to be in alignment with. And so there’s an intention that goes there, and there’s a lot of other things that go within that intention as well. And when you have an intention, and when you set it, and when you surrender to it, and when you take inspired action, and when you let go of time. And that’s really important because you don’t know what you don’t know, and you don’t know how long something is going to take because there are experiences sometimes you just have have before that other thing comes into play.
It’s also crucial, crucial to celebrate your wins. Celebrate them. Celebrate every little tiny win along the way. It doesn’t have to be monstrous. It doesn’t have to be gigantic. It doesn’t have to be a gigantic win. It could be a little win. It could be, I wrote down my intention in my journal today. The next win, I actually I shared that intention with someone. The next win, I did a little research. The next win, I emailed someone about that. The next win, I started planning. There are so many things that you can celebrate along the way. Then what happens is because you’re celebrating it, you’re in gratitude. And when you’re in gratitude, it raises your frequency. And when you raise your frequency, you become in higher alignment with those things. And you let go of the things that you are a current frequency match for that don’t match the new frequency codes that you’re trying to manifest. So my friends, surrender. You got this. Manifest. You got this. Set big, bold intentions. You got this. Share this with a friend, my friend. I hope you enjoyed this episode, and please make sure you like and subscribe, and we’ll see you soon.
Bye..
