In this episode, I’m diving into the full spectrum of emotions and why it’s so important to allow ourselves to feel all of them, not just the ones that feel good. I talk about how our bodies are designed to process energy and how honoring even the heavy emotions...

I’m so excited to share this heartfelt conversation with one of my dear friends, Happy Ali.
His energy is magnetic, and his connection to intuition runs deep.
I told him how excited I was that his new book was finally out and congratulated him.
He thanked me with so much sincerity.
You could feel how much this book meant to him.
It’s called The Intuition Bible: How and Why to Tap into Your Inner Wisdom—and I have to say, I absolutely love the title.
It’s bold.
It’s clear.
And it speaks straight to the soul.
So, of course, I had to ask him about the creative process.
How did this book come through?
✝️ The Creative Process Behind The Intuition Bible
He told me that he had actually been in the middle of writing a completely different book when he hit a wall.
That night, he sat in meditation and asked to be used as a vessel.
“Bring forth whatever humanity needs right now,” he said.
The next morning, he woke up with the full concept for what would become The Intuition Bible.
At first, it looked like it would be a 15-chapter book with a working title—something like How to Access Your Inner Wisdom.
But once he started writing, the book took on a life of its own.
Each chapter expanded.
New chapters revealed themselves.
The wisdom kept flowing.
Before he knew it, he had 29 chapters.
Just before he submitted it to publishers, the name The Intuition Bible dropped in—clear and strong.
He knew right away that it was the title.
And it turns out, he was right.
When his publisher received the email, they told him it was the title that made them open it.
It was such a full-circle moment.
As Happy said, the entire process was a real-time embodiment of what the book teaches—to follow your inner wisdom and trust your inner knowing.
🙇♀️ Surrendering to the Flow of Creativity
Happy shared that once the inspiration for The Intuition Bible came through, the process felt effortless.
Everything just flowed.
And I love that.
I love that he trusted it.
And how beautiful that the title—the one that came through so clearly—was the very thing that got the publisher to open the email.
Of course, that kind of surrender isn’t always easy.
Happy admitted that part was hard.
He had completely different plans.
People had told him he needed an agent to land a publishing deal.
He had already poured so much energy into a previous book, one that was 75% done.
It was a good book.
But as he put it, it’s lost in the ethers now.
I could feel the weight of that for him.
And yet there was something so powerful about what came next.
He said the message behind The Intuition Bible was so strong that he knew he had to stop everything and start fresh.
Even though it might’ve looked, from the outside, like he wasn’t finishing what he started.
He joked that his mother might say that, because he often starts new projects before finishing the old ones.
But sometimes, that’s exactly how the creative process works.
You have to follow the energy.
You have to go with the flow.
🪜 The Stepping Stones of Life and Creativity
I jumped in here because this is something I deeply believe.
Sometimes what looks like a detour is actually a stepping stone.
That earlier book might’ve been necessary to open the door for this one to come through.
And that’s something I think a lot of people forget—especially those of us who are neurodivergent or have ADHD.
It might not look like we’re finishing things in a straight line, but when we hyper-focus and something finally lands, it’s often because every seemingly unrelated step before it was part of the build.
A catalyst.
A necessary ingredient for completion.
Happy nodded and shared a conversation he’d just had with his aunt.
He told her how good he feels in his work right now, how successful he feels doing what he loves.
And she said something that really struck me—she told him it was a shame he had to spend so many years trying different things, learning different skills, and seemingly abandoning them before finally figuring it out in his 40s.
But Happy saw it differently.
And I loved what he said.
He told her that all those years were building his toolkit.
He’d learned to edit music, shoot and cut video, do makeup—so many creative and technical skills.
And now, as a one-man show, he rarely even needs to hire anyone.
He already has the tools.
They were gathered through lived experience.
When he said that, it landed so deeply for me.
He even mentioned he sometimes wonders if he has a little ADHD, but he doesn’t see it as a diagnosis.
He sees it as a superpower.
He doesn’t get hung up on the name.
And I said—absolutely.
For sure.
⏳ Timing and Following Your Own Energy
I was about to say something, and it struck me—if you look at the timeline of many wildly successful people, they often don’t make it big until their 50s.
Happy laughed and said, “That’s nice to know.”
And it really is, right?
There’s this pressure in society that tells us we need to have it all figured out by our 30s.
Be successful.
Be accomplished.
Be settled.
But that’s not the truth.
That’s just noise.
I shared with him that I believe it’s not about age or timelines—it’s about following the energy that life presents.
If something feels like a yes, lean into it.
If it feels like a no, step back.
Spirit will always lead you exactly where you’re meant to be—whether it’s to learn something or to flow with it.
The choice is ours.
And no matter what chapter we’re in, the tools we pick up along the way come with us.
Happy completely agreed.
He said something so honest—it really stuck with me.
He reminded me that we all start from different places.
For him, structure wasn’t something he grew up with.
He had to find it in his twenties and thirties.
He had his family before his career really took shape.
He did have a successful career as a makeup artist for many years.
But even with all that external success, he said he never felt fully satisfied.
The only part that felt truly fulfilling was when he was connecting with people one-on-one—those deeper, soul-centered conversations where he could feel he was making an impact.
There came a moment when he realized he didn’t want to just make people feel beautiful on the outside.
He wanted them to feel whole on the inside.
That was his real calling.
That’s when he shifted.
And ironically—or maybe perfectly—that’s become the theme of all his work.
His first book was The Charisma Within, focused on enhancing your inner magnetism.
Now with The Intuition Bible, the thread continues: everything you need is already within you.
💜 The Importance of Going Within
He said something that hit me so deeply:
“If you don’t go within, you’ll always be searching outside for something that’s not tailored to your needs.”
Yes. Yes. Yes.
Then he circled back to something I’d said earlier about stepping stones.
He told me he sees his work right now as just that—a stepping stone for humanity.
A way to bridge the gap between where people feel stuck and where they dream of being.
We live in a time where so many people want to be more intuitive, more connected, even telepathic.
And there are so many beautiful souls out there who are channeling, receiving downloads, and living fully in that space.
But for a lot of people, there’s a big gap between here and there.
And Happy’s work is the middle ground.
It’s the baby step.
It’s the invitation to shift your mindset and begin learning simple techniques.
To realize you are intuitive.
You are connected.
Even if it feels unfamiliar right now.
He’s offering people a way to go from “That’s too weird for me” to “Wait, I think I can actually do this.”
And that, to me, is a gift.

💭 The Power of Dreams
I told Happy how much I loved the section of his book that dives into dreams.
As prophetic dreamers ourselves, we both know how impactful—and sometimes life-changing—dreams can be.
So I asked him to share a bit about that.
He told me the stories people always ask him to talk about—two dreams that changed everything for him.
The first was when he was almost 30.
At the time, he was just living life—his “single gay party animal” era, as he joked—completely immersed in fun and freedom, not thinking much about parenthood.
Then one night, he had a dream that shook him. In it, he was told he was going to have a son.
Naturally, he thought it was absurd.
As a gay man, having a child wasn’t exactly something that felt within reach at that moment.
But in the dream, he was shown his best friend, nine months pregnant, and her wife.
Her wife reached in, pulled out the baby, handed him over, and said, “This is your son. His name is Cyrus.”
He said he fell in love with that baby instantly, even in the dream.
And when he woke up, he called his best friend and said, “Hey, we’re having a boy.”
Then he let it go.
Six months later, that same best friend and her wife approached him about having a child together.
And just like that—old-fashioned turkey baster style—they conceived a child.
Cyrus was born.
No struggle.
No delay.
Just divine alignment.
“Incredible,” I said.
But then, he shared the second dream—the one that changed him in a much deeper way.
Four years after Cyrus was born, Happy had another dream.
This time, it was about death.
He saw the death of another best friend and his father.
He was burying them in the dream.
He told his best friend afterward, “Two people are going to die.”
Then two months later, another dream came.
This time, he saw a car.
One person sat in the front.
One person sat in the back.
They both waved goodbye.
He tried to hug them, but they said, “We have to go.”
That very day, both his son and his best friend passed away in a tragic accident.
These weren’t just dreams.
They were soul messages—undeniable, deeply prophetic experiences that revealed just how much reality is energy before it ever becomes form.
That shifted everything for him.
✉️ Prophetic Dreams and Their Messages
He said something I deeply believe, too:
“Babies come when the soul is ready. Death comes when the soul is ready. It doesn’t matter whether it’s an accident, an illness, or whatever we try to label it as. The soul already knows.”
That’s the level of wisdom woven into Happy’s work—and the truth that so many people are waking up to right now.
So much of what we experience begins on an energetic level long before it becomes physical, and understanding that has completely changed the way I move through life.
Happy shared that after his son passed, he still communicated with him.
His son would show up in dreams and guide him through the grieving process.
He even told Happy that he’d have more kids—something that, at the time, felt completely impossible.
The person who had carried his first child was gone.
But his son kept guiding him.
Eventually, that guidance led him to surrogacy, which he hadn’t seriously considered before.
And somehow, all the pieces came together—including the $100,000 he needed to make it happen.
That’s how his twins, Cyrus and Dario, came into the world.
Ironically, the original baby’s name wasn’t Cyrus, even though that was the name given in the dream.
No one liked it at the time—his name ended up being Sky.
But when the twins came, Cyrus made his entrance after all.
🫧 Dreaming as a Tool for Guidance and Connection
We talked about how dreams are more than just our subconscious rehashing the week’s events.
Yes, some dreams are that—we’re working through emotional residue, stress, and things our mind hasn’t sorted out yet.
I call those “subconscious dreams.”
But then there are the other dreams—the powerful ones.
The ones that take us into different dimensions, different timelines.
The ones where we talk to loved ones who’ve passed or receive deep guidance.
Those dreams are something else entirely.
Happy said something I’ll never forget:
“Dreams are where we come from. Where we go when we sleep is where we go when we die. It’s a big playground where anything is possible.”
That might sound a little out there to some people.
And I get it—it can feel overwhelming or even scary.
Especially for those who don’t remember their dreams.
But just because you don’t remember them doesn’t mean you’re not dreaming.
Sometimes you’re simply not available to remember them… or maybe you’re not meant to just yet.
Happy followed his guidance—even when it didn’t make logical sense.
That’s one of the things I love about him.
I call it “timeline hopping”—when you receive a glimpse of something in a dream, and then it shows up in your waking life.
We’ve had so many conversations about dream symbolism, and I find his natural gift for interpreting dreams, especially around death and major life transitions, so comforting.
He brings so much wisdom to those moments.
And it’s not just death—he dreams about births, too.
He’s met all of his children before they were born.
He even saw his twins graduating from high school in one dream.
When someone in his family gets pregnant, he usually gets the advanced notice before they even tell anyone!
And they always deny it at first, which makes the eventual “told you so” even better.
He also used to be the go-to person in his circle for predicting baby genders.
He’s only been wrong once.
That kind of intuitive clarity is rare, but it’s also something we all have access to in our own way.
Happy explained that whether we remember dreams or access intuition at all depends on what our subconscious deems important.
At any given moment, we’re receiving millions of bits of data, but our brains can only consciously process a tiny fraction.
So the subconscious filters based on what it believes is most relevant or safe.
If you don’t believe that dreams or intuition are important, your mind will filter them out to protect your equilibrium.
It’s not because you’re not intuitive—it’s because your system is preserving bandwidth for what it thinks matters to you.
One of his sons didn’t dream—or at least didn’t remember dreams—while the others did.
But once he saw how much joy and connection the family shared by talking about dreams, he decided it mattered to him.
He made a conscious choice to value them.
And that shift?
It opened the door.
He started remembering.
That’s how it works.
What you value, your subconscious will make space for.
I do the same with my daughter.
Every morning, I ask her, “What did you dream about last night?”
Lately, it been a lot of dinosaurs.
So many dinosaurs!
But it’s beautiful to start that dialogue young.
I’ve remembered my dreams since I was two, and they’ve been a vital part of how I’ve navigated life, even healing childhood trauma.
I could talk about dreams for days.
They’ve been such a central thread throughout my entire life—and the same is true for Happy.
He shared a dream he had often as a child, he’d be in the car with his mom, dad, and sister, and the car would always go off a cliff.
It happened again and again in his dreams.
Not long after, his parents got divorced.
Until we were talking in this episode, he hadn’t put two and two together—that maybe his subconscious had been warning him about the family dissolving.
That’s the thing about dreams.
Sometimes we don’t even realize what they’re trying to show us until much later.
🤝 The Connection Between the Physical and Energetic Realms
Even now, over a decade after losing his son in an accident, Happy continues to dream about him.
In fact, just the night before we recorded this episode, he spent the entire night with him in a dream.
He said he kept thinking, “Please don’t let this be a dream. Please don’t let me wake up.”
And when he did wake up, it hit hard.
He called his other son right away and said, “I need hugs now.”
Of course, they came.
That anniversary is coming up—April 2014—and I truly believe his son came to visit to bring him comfort, to wrap him in love and support the way our ancestors do.
They know what we need even when we can’t say it aloud.
I shared with Happy how I walked into my house recently and could smell my grandpa.
He passed a while ago, but in that moment, I knew he was visiting.
My grandma’s been going through something tough, and it was his way of saying, “Hey, go check on her.”
That’s the magic of our ancestors.
They find ways to show up when it matters most.
I loved that Happy tried to hold on to that dream with his son for as long as he could.
That kind of connection never really ends—it just shifts form.
And when you cultivate a deep relationship with your inner world, those moments become more accessible.
Happy said something that really struck me: “Accessing your inner world is so important and powerful for living your best life.”
And it’s true.
The outer world can feel like total chaos sometimes—scrolling through the news, the constant stimulation, the overwhelm.
It’s easy to get swept up in all that noise and forget that there’s an inner voice inside us that’s always trying to guide us toward a better life.
But that voice?
It’s subtle.
It speaks in whispers, not shouts.
When we’re stuck in high beta brainwaves—what happens when we’re constantly plugged in, scrolling, watching, reacting—we can’t hear it.
That inner guidance operates on slower waves.
We have to slow down to access it.
That means getting quiet.
Closing your eyes.
Turning inward.
Giving your nervous system a chance to rest.
That’s when you can start to hear your own wisdom again.
🙏 Trusting the Process of Divine Guidance
Happy explained his process beautifully.
It starts with closing your eyes, because vision is the most stimulating of all the senses.
Once your eyes are closed, you’re already halfway there.
From there, he finds a quiet, comfortable place and minimizes stimulation from the other senses.
Then he asks a question.
Something simple like: What’s happening? Should I be worried about this? Should I go left or right?
He sets the intention first.
Then he quiets the senses.
And then… he waits.
Sometimes, what comes through feels like he’s just making it up, which is completely normal.
If you’ve ever meditated or tuned in and thought, “Am I imagining this?” you’re not alone.
That’s part of the process.
It doesn’t mean it’s not real.
It means you’re building the muscle to discern the difference between mental chatter and divine guidance.
In the conversation we had during this episode, Happy shared a powerful experience of channeling that I think resonates with a lot of us.
He’s claircognizant—meaning he gets these downloads of information that aren’t always easy to process.
But lately, he’s been practicing something truly amazing: just putting his hands on the keyboard and letting the words flow.
At first, it felt like his own voice, like something he was writing from his own mind.
But then, suddenly, something shifted.
The information coming through wasn’t quite what he was thinking about—it was bigger, broader, and more meaningful.
And the coolest part?
He didn’t have to force it.
It just started coming to him.
It’s a perfect example of how, when we trust the process, the channels to higher wisdom open up.
Happy’s been channeling in his sleep for years, and now he’s tapping into that same energy when he’s awake.
It’s all about trusting the information that comes through, even when it feels a little strange or unexpected.
✨ Channeling and the Power of Trust
He shared a powerful example with me.
Just a few days after his aunt passed away, he had a dream that gave him a warning—a heads-up about her passing.
Then, when he was speaking with her daughter on the phone, he felt his aunt’s energy and knew she was trying to communicate.
He couldn’t hear her words at first, but he felt her presence.
When he sat down to type, it came through in a language he hadn’t expected—Persian.
After a brief moment of confusion, his aunt switched to English, and Happy just let the words flow.
It’s a beautiful testament to how our loved ones on the other side find ways to connect with us, no matter what language or form it takes.
This moment is a reminder that we all have the ability to channel in different ways.
Sometimes it takes a little practice, but when you listen, when you trust, the guidance will come.
Happy took a leap of faith and sent the message from his aunt to his cousin.
At first, his cousin’s response was simple—“Thank you, I appreciate it.”
But then, something incredible happened.
She read it over and over, and the words began to make more sense.
Four hours later, she sent Happy a long message saying how much she needed to hear those words.
And the next day, she asked if she could share the message with the family.
But that’s not where it ended.
The very next day, Happy had a client who was going through something deeply emotional.
When he shared the message, his client started crying—“That was for me,” she said.
And Happy realized that spirit often works in mysterious ways, hitting many birds with one stone.
His best friend even felt that the message sounded like something her own mom would say.
The beauty of this experience is that Happy almost didn’t send the message at all.
It was vulnerable, and there was a part of him that worried about being perceived as “weird” or too out there.
But when he trusted the guidance and shared it, the impact was profound—not just for his cousin or client, but for a wider circle than he could have imagined.
This story is a powerful reminder of how we’re all interconnected, how our messages and gifts can reach more people than we realize when we step into our truth.
And as Happy so wisely put it, “Spirit will hit many birds with one stone.”
You never know who might need to hear the words you’re being guided to share.
💪 The Power of Vulnerability and Sharing Messages
One thing I always stress in my work and in my book is the importance of honesty.
I’m not here to present myself as someone who has it all figured out.
I share my journey, my successes, and my struggles.
I’m constantly working on myself, and that includes embracing my imperfections.
In fact, I’ve always been open about my shortcomings.
In my book, I tell readers, “Here’s where I’m at, and here’s where I still have room to grow.”
I never want to come across as a “know-it-all” telling you, “This is the way it’s done.”
No, we’re all just figuring it out together.
And that’s something that Happy and I really resonate with.
We talked about the pressure people often feel to be “perfect” or to have all the answers.
The truth is, none of us is perfect.
We’re all on this journey of growth, constantly working through stuff and evolving.
I think it’s so refreshing to hear someone speak openly about their process instead of pretending to have all the answers.
This is one of the reasons I value being open about my own struggles.
Take Chapter 2 of my book, for example.
It’s about making peace with your body.
I give a disclaimer right at the beginning that “I’m still working on this one.”
Just because I received the information through divine downloads doesn’t mean I’ve mastered it.
And that’s okay.
It’s about trusting the process and honoring where we’re at, while always striving for more.
This is something I’m also learning about intuition.
Even when we receive guidance, we don’t always listen to it.
How many times have you heard your inner voice say, “This person isn’t good for me,” and then ignored it because, well, they’re cute or convenient?
We all make those choices.
Sometimes the guidance you get isn’t the easiest path.
Sometimes it’s not even what you want to hear.
But that doesn’t mean it’s not leading you somewhere important.
The key is trusting that even the struggles, even the discomfort, are part of the journey.
Happy and I discussed how sometimes the universe doesn’t just show us the easy way.
Sometimes it leads us to a struggle on purpose—because we need to grow, we need to build the muscle to handle what’s coming next.
And so, just because we’re following our intuition doesn’t mean everything will be smooth sailing.
But it’s through these challenges that we find transformation.
And transformation is the key. We’re not here to “chill” and coast through life.
We’re here to experience the full range of emotions, to face challenges, to grow into the best versions of ourselves.
Transformation is about pushing through the hard stuff, learning, and evolving.
That’s what we’re here for.
Which brings me to another conversation we had about manifestation.
Happy’s journey with manifestation has evolved a lot over time.
He shared how, at first, he was very deliberate about what he wanted to manifest.
He would visualize, create vision boards, and set timelines.
He was determined, and sure enough, he started manifesting things—except, sometimes, they weren’t exactly what was best for him.
This is something a lot of us can relate to.
It’s easy to think we know exactly what we want, but sometimes the universe has a bigger plan.
And this is where things really shifted for Happy.
Instead of trying to force things, instead of bending the universe’s will to match his desires, he began to trust.
He let go and surrendered, trusting that the universe knew what he wanted and would bring it to him when the time was right.
This flow state worked for a while—until the launch of his book, when he discovered Neville Goddard’s teachings.
Neville Goddard is a powerful teacher from the ‘40s who connected Bible teachings to manifestation principles.
His teachings emphasized getting into the feeling of having what you want, mentally and emotionally.
By doing this, when you wake up and just before bed, you shift into the state of already having your desire.
During the day, any thoughts or actions that don’t align with that state will show up, and the key is to recognize them and gently walk yourself back into that frequency.
This approach really resonates with me because it emphasizes being in the state of already having, rather than trying to force or manipulate the outcome.
It’s a subtle but powerful shift in mindset.
When you act from the belief that what you want is already yours, everything starts to align in ways you may not have expected.
So, whether it’s manifestation, trusting your intuition, or navigating the struggles of life, it all comes down to this: trusting the process and knowing that every step, every challenge, is part of your transformation.
You’re not here to stay the same—you’re here to grow.
🌟 Becoming the Steward of Your Reality
As we dive deeper into manifestation, I’ve come to realize something crucial.
When you’re in a state of emotional regulation and peace, when you’re living authentically and in alignment, you actually get everything you need.
You don’t even have to stress about it.
The universe always has a way of providing for you.
However, what’s truly exciting is when you want more, more than just your basic needs.
That’s when active manifestation comes into play.
Active manifestation allows us to take a more intentional role in bringing what we desire into our lives.
It’s a bit different than passive manifestation, where we let go and trust that things will unfold in their own time.
With active manifestation, you’re still trusting the process, but you’re also being a visionary.
You start clarifying your desires and putting yourself in the driver’s seat of your own life.
But what does it really mean to be in the driver’s seat?
It’s about observing your thoughts with intention, making sure they align with your desires, and adjusting them when they don’t.
You become the steward of your thoughts and emotions, making sure that they reflect the future you’re working towards.
By becoming familiar with your subconscious mind, you begin to navigate your life with more clarity and confidence.
I like both passive and active manifestation because I believe they work in harmony.
Passive manifestation helps you stay aligned with the flow of life, without pushing or forcing anything.
It’s about being in a state of trust, knowing that things will work out as they should.
But, if you’re in a phase where you want to create something more specific—like a goal, a vision, or a change—active manifestation lets you direct your energy more purposefully.
It’s about being conscious of your choices and actions, but also respecting the natural timing of the universe.
That brings me to something I emphasize in my course, Subconscious Manifestation.
Manifestation isn’t just a one-step process.
It’s actually a three-parter.
First, there’s the subconscious—it’s running your life on autopilot.
The second part is understanding the universal laws, which are also working behind the scenes.
And third, it’s knowing when to act.
Being in touch with your intuition is absolutely essential in manifestation because taking the right action at the right time is often the missing piece.
Everything you manifest is filtered through the lense of your subconscious mind, making it essential to understand how it works.
Many people forget that manifestation isn’t just about wishing for something and hoping it shows up.
You need to be in the right frequency, make conscious choices, and take inspired action.
It’s that intuitive nudge that tells you when it’s time to make a move, to step into the next chapter of your life.
🔮 The Subconscious: Your Inner Powerhouse
Now, let’s dive a little deeper into the subconscious.
It’s a powerful force, and in many ways, it’s the gateway to everything we experience in this world.
Your subconscious is incredibly smart, even though we often don’t realize how much it’s shaping our lives.
It’s running your body, processing all your emotions, and storing all the memories that influence how you react to situations.
But here’s the interesting part—it’s also the gateway to your higher self, your inner wisdom, and the deeper realms of your being.
The subconscious mind is like a hidden blueprint that silently designs your outer world.
The language of the subconscious is unique to you, and it’s deeply influenced by your past programming.
For example, let’s say you’ve had negative experiences with roses.
Every time you touched a rose, you were pricked by its thorn (or, as I recently learned, it’s actually called a “prickle”—not a thorn).
Your subconscious might associate roses with pain or discomfort.
So, if you’re trying to connect with your subconscious for guidance, it might present roses as a symbol of something you need to be cautious of.
However, that same symbol might mean something completely different to someone else.
For them, roses could represent love, beauty, or joy.
It all depends on your personal subconscious programming.
That’s why understanding your subconscious mind is so important—it shapes how you interpret the world and how you interact with the universe’s messages.
When you work with the subconscious mind, you unlock the ability to reprogram old, limiting beliefs and replace them with new, empowering ones.
By doing so, you create the foundation for a life that reflects your highest desires and greatest potential.
As we wrap up our conversation, I want to emphasize just how important it is to understand the language of your subconscious.
Everyone’s subconscious speaks to them in its unique way, and it’s often revealed through dreams or visions.
This is something I’ve experienced firsthand, like the time I had my first true vision just hours before a significant event.
I saw a bird fall from the sky and die, which, as it turned out, was a subconscious symbol of my grandmother passing away at that exact moment.
It was a powerful experience that helped me recognize how the subconscious communicates using imagery specific to our individual life experiences.
I think one of the most transformative tools for connecting with your subconscious is hypnotherapy.
In my work, I guide people through a hypnotherapy session called Inner Self and Higher Self Activation, where I help them access deeper layers of their consciousness.
Training your subconscious mind to support your dreams can lead to lasting transformation.
During these sessions, people often ask four questions about their life, and through hypnosis, they tap into the wisdom of their subconscious, their higher self, and even their ancestors.
It’s incredible how, when people are deeply connected to these aspects of themselves, they often share the same answers to their questions, revealing universal truths.
This experience shows just how much wisdom lies within, waiting to be tapped into.
Mastering the art of aligning your goals with your subconscious mind increases your manifestation success.
What’s even more fascinating is the way the subconscious can guide us toward our future.
I take my clients through a process where we explore the future versions of themselves based on the advice they received from their higher self.
Then, we anchor that new energy into their bodies using NLP techniques.
The result is a tangible shift in their vibration, which can then be carried forward in their lives.
I’ve tested this process many times, and I can attest to how powerful it is.
In fact, when I tested my hypnotherapy method, the results were astonishing.
People who had never experienced anything like this before found deep shifts in their mindset, often leading to life-changing breakthroughs.
But interestingly, there were a few who had no response at all.
These were people with highly logical minds, and their subconscious and conscious minds seemed to be at odds.
It just goes to show how much the strength of one’s willingness to surrender can influence the outcome of such sessions.
It’s important to remember, though, that hypnotherapy isn’t about someone doing something to you. It’s about you allowing yourself to experience it and going deep into your subconscious on your own terms.
Hypnotherapists simply provide the guidance and suggestions, but you’re the one who leads the process.
As we concluded our session, we discussed something that I think is crucial: your intuition is always there, but it often speaks in whispers.
In a world where our five senses are loud and ever-present, it’s easy to miss the subtle messages from within.
But when you learn to quiet your mind and tune into your inner voice, you start to access the vast pool of wisdom that’s been waiting to guide you.
If you want to deepen your spiritual practice, exploring how to connect with your higher self is essential for receiving clear guidance and support.
If you’re curious to experience this firsthand, I offer my hypnotherapy sessions online through Zoom.
It’s an incredible way to uncover answers that may have been buried beneath the surface, and I’d love to guide you on that journey.
I’ve witnessed the life-changing power of hypnotherapy in my own life, and it’s been a tool I’ve used to work through some of the toughest challenges on my spiritual journey.
If you’re ready to take your personal growth to the next level, I highly recommend exploring it.
You might be surprised at just how much transformation can come from connecting with your subconscious mind and connecting to your inner self.
With love and blessings,

Hello, everyone. I’m so excited to have one of my really good friends here. Happy Ali. How are you doing today?
I am good. It’s early in the morning for me, so I’m just waking up.
I’m just slowly coming into this world.
Yeah, and I’m looking down at you. So it looks like my eyes are closed because I’m not looking into the camera, but I’m not completely asleep. So good morning.
Good morning, my friend. I’m super excited that you have your new book out. Congratulations.
Thank you so much.
And the book is called, Guys, the Intuition Bible: How and Why to Tap into your Inner Wisdom. And I love, love, love the name. What was your creative process to write it?
I want to take credit for it, and I want to take credit for the name, but I can’t. I did a little meditation the night before about what I need to write as I was in the middle of writing another book. I was having a little bit of writer’s block, and I said, Use me, bring forth whatever humanity needs at this moment. And then the next morning, I woke up with the book. I thought it was complete. It was 15 chapters, and it was called How to Access Your Inner Wisdom or something like that. As soon as I start writing it, every chapter would multiply, and then it ended up being 29 chapters. Right when I was about to submit it to my publishers to try to get a deal. The name the Intuition Bible just popped into my head, and I knew I had to use it. And then my publisher said, The name is what made us open the email. Yes. I feel like it was one of those journeys where I literally did what I say for people to do in the book, which is follow your inner wisdom and tap into your inner knowing.
And it made everything really effortless. So that was really cool.
I love that. And I love that you trusted it, and it got them to open the email, which is great.
That part’s hard. That part is really hard because I had such other plans. Everyone said, You need an agent to get a publisher, or I had so much invested in the previous book. It was already 75% done, and it was a good book, and I think it’s lost in the ethers. I know the feeling. It’s lost. I don’t know where it is, but it was It was one of those things where the message was so strong that I knew I had to stop everything and just restart. I know some people might look at that and say, Oh, he doesn’t start or finish what he starts like my mother, because I’ll start a new project in the middle of another one. But sometimes that’s just the way that it goes, and you just got to go with the flow.
But the thing is with that, sometimes that’s the actual stepping stone that needed to come in first in order for this to come in for to actually be in flow with it. I think that that sometimes gets lost on people, especially people that are neurodivergent or have ADHD, where they’re like, it doesn’t look like they’re finishing projects, but when they get hyper-focused into something and it’s finished, it’s because all those other things sometimes is the catalyst that is assisted in the completion of it.
My aunt and I were just having a conversation, and I was telling her about how I feel successful in what I’m doing right now. And she said, It was such a shame that you had to do so many different things for so many years and learn so many different things and abandon them and then finally figure it out when you were in your 40s. I said, You know what? No, those were all the tools that I needed right now to be the one-man show that I am. I learned how to edit music, film. I learned how to do makeup. I learned how to do so many things that now when it comes to hiring I’m telling people, a lot of times I don’t even need to hire someone because I have all the tools in my toolkit, and that was from my life experience. So it’s interesting that you say that because sometimes I do feel like I have a little bit of ADHD going on, but I don’t really feel like I have it. I always think of it as a superpower, and I don’t think of the name.
For sure.
Another thing you said… Go ahead.
No, I was going to say that it’s interesting because if you look at just a history of really successful people when they’ve made it big. They’ve been in their 50s.
That’s nice to know.
Yeah, they’re in their 50s. To me, I think there’s this pressure on society where you have to get everything. You need to be super successful in your 30s, and you don’t. I think that you follow the energy that presents itself to you. If you’re a yes, lean in. If it’s a no, back away from it. And spirit is going to lead you exactly where you’re meant to be, either to learn or to be in flow. And it’s up to you on which one you’re going to be tapping into in that exact moment in that exact chapter. But I think there is no rush. And all of the tools that you learn, you get to take with you no matter where you’re at in your life.
Absolutely. I think everyone else, well, everyone starts at a different starting point. So someone like me, for example, who didn’t have a lot of structure growing up and needed to I gained more structure in my 20s and in my 30s. I had my family before I had my career, although I was a successful makeup artist for many years, but I never felt fully satisfied. The only part I felt satisfied with was when I was talking to people, having the one-on-one and feeling like I was helping them on a deeper level. But there was a moment where I realized, I don’t want to just make people feel good because they look pretty on the outside. It was time for them to feel good on the inside because I’m working on the inside. Ironically, that’s the theme of all my work, how to tap into your inner wisdom, or my first book was The Charisma Within, how to enhance your inner magnetism, because I feel like ultimately, all your power is within. If you don’t go within, then you’re always going to be searching outside for something that’s not tailored to your needs. All that we need is really what’s inside of us.
Earlier, you mentioned the word stepping stone. I feel like my work right now is a stepping stone for humanity to get from where the baseline seems to be to where people want to be telepathic and have all these supernatural experiences. There are people like you and many others who channel information and receive and receive downloads all the time. There’s this gap between where where a lot of people feel that they are and a lot of people that they aspire to be. This book, I think, or my work in general, is the middle ground, the first baby step that will take you from just not even considering yourself intuitive or a channel or anything to just learning how to change your mindset and then learning the techniques and slowly getting yourself to where you can identify something that once upon a time you thought was too weird to identify as.
Hey, friend. Did you know that we started a new live Crystal Show? It’s called Crystal and Light Codes with Amy, and it’s every Thursday. Check out the link in the show notes and show description. The show is every Thursday, unless I’m traveling. Sometimes I have to travel, and then we’ll switch the show. All right, my friends, let’s jump back into the episode. I think the book is excellent. I love the part where you’re talking about dreams because you and I both are prophetic dreamers, and there’s different ways that people dream and how those come about. Let’s talk about that.
Absolutely. Well, Well, usually the dreams that people always want me to talk about are the two main dreams that really confirmed me as a prophetic dreamer with the family and friends and everything. One was when I was in my late or probably almost 30, and I was just like a party animal living my single gay life, having the usual what people do when they are in the world of rock and roll, although I was more into dancing. I’ll leave it to your imagination. I had a dream that I was told I was going to have a son, and I just thought it was ludicrous because I was gay and it wasn’t that easy to have a son or a child. Then I was shown my best friend who was nine months pregnant, and her wife, her lesbian wife, obviously, they’re lesbians, she came around and reached in and grabbed this baby and handed me this baby and said, This is your son. His name is Cyrus. I fell in love with that baby right away. I woke up and I called her up and said, Hey, this is what’s happening. We’re having a boy. I let it go.
And then six months later, they approached me to have a son. And then we ended up just using an old-fashioned, old-fashioned or new-fashioned, turkey baster style. We had a baby without even trying very hard.
Which is incredible.
I know people try all the time. I’m like, I can make babies like that. And four years later, I had another dream, and it was the death of another best friend and my father. And I remember burying them and telling my best friend, two people were going to die. And two months later, I had another dream of a car accident where there was a person in the front of the car, and there was a person in the back, and they waved goodbye. And I tried to give them hugs, but they’re like, We have to go. And that day, my son and my best friend died. Those were the big ones that really- The massive. The massive ones that really changed my understanding of how powerful dreams are and how reality is really energy first before it becomes manifest into reality. So there are people who try to become pregnant and they can’t have a baby. And I always tell them, the baby will come when the soul is ready to come. Don’t worry about it. For sure. And it’s the same thing with death. The soul will leave when it’s ready to leave. And it has nothing to do with whether it was a car accident or a illness or whatever you want to attribute the death to.
So it’s really good to understand the concept that things happen on an energetic level first.
Right.
And so that really helped. And also there was a lot of communication with my son after he died. He showed up. He guided me through the morning process. And I also told me I was going to have more kids, which seemed like another impossible task because the person who was having my kids died and guided me towards the surrogacy thing and somehow brought the hundred grand that I needed together for me to have my twin, Cyrus and Dario. We didn’t name the original baby Cyrus because no one liked it. His name was Sky. And the dreams, I think, are amazing because you tap into another world. I mean, there’s the surface layer, which you’re just regurgitating your week and processing.
Yeah, I call those subconscious streams where you’re working through your subconscious.
Those are the ones. And then there’s the ones where you tap into other dimensions, other timeline, other things. And you talk to your dead family, and they guide you, and there’s so much different stuff. Dreams, I think, is where we come from. So I think where we go when we sleep is where we’re going to go when we die. And it’s like a big playground that anything is possible.
I think that sometimes when people hear something like that, it can scare them. And then you hear people that are like, I don’t remember my dreams ever. And I go, you you’re just not available to remember them sometimes. And sometimes you’re just not meant to remember them at that moment in time. But I love that he came to you and that you followed through with whatever it is that you were being guided. I call those sometimes timeline hopping, where you’re able to view what’s happening on the timeline, and then it comes into fruition. I it’s really fascinating because you and I have talked a lot about dreams and the symbolism and everything like that. I think it’s really fascinating how you interpret your dreams and how there’s a lot of expertise, like natural expertise for you around death and what that looks like. And I think it’s really amazing because I think it brings comfort to people when they’re processing stuff.
Yes. And it’s not just death, it’s anything dramatic. So it could be a birth of a child. I mean, I I’ve met all my children before they were born. I’ve even met my twins as grownups graduating high school. Whenever someone in the family gets pregnant, I get the advanced notice, and I ask them if they’re pregnant, and they usually lie because it’s within their window before they tell people. And then I’m like, I told you. But it’s funny because I talk about intuition. And one of the things that I just remembered is that I used to be the gender person who people- The predictor. Predictor. And I’ve only had it wrong once in my entire life. I would be like, You’re having a boy, you’re having a girl. So I think a lot of stuff, including whether you remember your dreams or whether it’s happened to your intuition, has a lot to do with what your subconscious believes is important for you. Because we get a lot of data. We get about 11 million bits of data coming at us through and through us at each moment, but we can only process about 17 70, 167.
So the subconscious has to whittle it down to whatever is relevant for you and whatever is not going to rock your boat, shake your equilibrium, or throw your balance off. So it’s really important to know If you don’t believe that dreams or intuition or downloads are relevant or important in your life, then you’re not going to remember them because your subconscious will delete them because it will clear up your bandwidth for stuff that’s more important for you. I think that’s what… One of my sons never dreamt, and the other ones did. And when he realized how much we love talking about our dreams and really just exchanging notes, he made it something that he cared about, and now he remembers his dreams. So it was not until he had that mental shift that made it possible for him to remember it. And then in the morning, he would-Yeah. So it’s just a matter of whether we think something is relevant, important, and useful.
Yeah, I agree with that. And it’s funny because I always go like, Hey, to my daughter, Hey, what did you dream about last night? And a lot of times it’s about dinosaurs.
Same.
Lots of dinosaurs. But I think talking to kids early on, because I remember my dreams since I was two. And so to me, dreams have always been a really big part of my reality and how I would work through things and even trauma as a kid.
Same. I remember we were in a car with my mom, dad, and sister, and it would always fall off a cliff. And it was just all the time. And then they got their divorce a little bit after that. So this is the first time I actually remembered to mention that. I didn’t even put it together. So I think even back then, my dreams of some conscious were warning me about the dissolution of my family unit. So that’s very interesting. But yeah, I can talk about dreams all day long because they’re such a huge part of my life. And last night, I got to hang out with my dead son again. This has been 11 years since the accident, April of 2014. And I spent the whole night with him, but I kept holding on like, Please don’t let this be a dream, please. And I wouldn’t wake up from it. And then in the morning, I woke up and I was like, I’ll shoot. I called my other son. I’m like, I need hugs now. So they came over and gave me hugs. But he’s obviously visiting me still after that.
Yeah. And I think he’s visiting you right now just because the anniversary is coming up, too, just to bring you comfort and ease. And that’s the nice thing about our ancestors from the other side. They’re able to see things that even when we can’t articulate what we need, they’re able to see things in such a beautiful way. I walked into my house the other day and I’m like, I can smell my grandpa in my house because my grandma’s going through some stuff right now, and I could smell him. I’m like, Okay, thanks for coming. I know that I need to go check on her and things like that. The ancestor stuff is so amazing to me, and I love that you held as long onto the dream as you possibly could.
Yeah, it was sad when he left. I’m so sorry. But I think accessing your inner worlds is so important and so powerful when it comes to having the best version of your life, because sometimes life doesn’t seem to make sense from the outside. And the news and the information and everything that’s coming at us is so just chaotic. And when you learn to tap in and you go within, and I know this sounds easy for you because you do this, but a lot of people We get so caught up in the outside noise that we don’t realize that there’s an inner voice that’s always trying to improve our lives. Our brains go in beta mode, which is really fast, because when you see all the news and go through through social media, the brain waves are so quick that we cannot process the slow waves of information that come from within. And the only way to do that is either close your eyes or sit down or be quiet or shut up. And then our brain waves slow down, and then we can tap into our inner voice. And then our inner voice comes from everything you talk about, your ancestors, your higher self, your guides, your God source, your angelic realms.
For you, the Akashic records, there’s so much stuff that’s trying to come through. Then we’re so busy trying to figure out what the noise is on the outside that we don’t bother quieting our minds. I think that’s really important. The cool thing about the information that comes through us is that it does have an agenda just like our friends and family and politicians do, but its agenda is for your betterment and for you to have a better life. So it’s nice to have that other voice be amplified.
Absolutely. I’m hearing to ask you, what’s your slowing down process? What’s your meditation process?
Well, the first thing is if you have to Well, the first thing you have to do is close your eyes because the visual field is very intoxicating, and out of all our senses. So as soon as you close your eyes, it’s almost like you’re halfway there. You’re more than halfway there because the most distracting sense is gone. And then you want to be in a quieter place. You want to be in a comfortable place. You want to create a situation where your five senses are being used as little as possible. And when I do that is when I start receiving. And I ask a question before I shut down, because usually, if you want to just chill, you can chill and just have a quiet meditative experience and whatever comes comes. But usually I have a question like, What’s happening? What am I doing here? Should I be worried about this? Or should I make a left or a right? Tell me something. I want to know. So first I ask the question, then I mute the senses, and then I wait to see what comes up. And sometimes it feels like you’re just making stuff up.
So normal and common.
And especially if you’re clair cognizant, which is what I am, which is someone who just gets downloads. Me too. But the thing is, even if it’s not your ancestors talking, it’s from a very much broader perspective to where it can see the big picture. And that’s when you start. And then I just lately have just been putting my hands on my keyboard and letting it type away. And that’s something that I’ve been doing for a while, but I’m doing on a regular basis now. And then I noticed in the beginning, it just sounds like me. And then all of a sudden, And this array of information comes out that isn’t really necessarily what I was even thinking about.
Yeah, your channel is opening up and it’s shifting. And I love that.
That’s my favorite right now. Only because I’m really good at doing that at the moment. I had an aunt that died on the 24th, so about a week ago. So sorry. Thank you. I had the warning three weeks in advance in the dreams. Excuse me. And then I was talking to her daughter for an hour, and then we hung up, and then I felt her energy in my body. I couldn’t hear her. I felt her. Then I put my hand on the keyboard, and then I heard her, but it was in a different language because I’m from Iran, and it was in Persian. I said, Listen, I can’t type in Farsi, so you better switch. So then it switched to English, but in my own voice. I could hear my own voice. And then I just started typing away. And this is new to me.
I haven’t really been able to- I’m so excited for you happy because I think this is is a great way to channel. It’s a great way to tap in. And I know you’ve been wanting to do it for a while, and just I’m so happy you’re doing it and you’re seeing the results with it because it just takes time and practice. It’s as simple as it is. It takes time and practice, and the more you practice, the more it flows because you already channel. You’re channeling in your sleep. You can channel outside of the dream realms as well, which I think is pretty powerful.
Yeah. And it’s the trust part. It’s always the trust part that I think is a huge factor because in hindsight, I’ve always received information, but sometimes you just don’t trust it or I’m afraid to tell someone. I remember it was a while ago and someone’s dog died, and I clearly felt the dog, and I heard the message the dog was trying to tell me. But it took me maybe 24 hours to be able to get the courage to call them and tell them what their dog told me. And I was like, I’m channeling a dog. To me, it was like, Okay, what the heck is going on? This is so weird. And then now I’m going to be perceived even more weird than I already am perceived. But I have to trust it. So I had to know that I had to send that message.
And that’s the thing. I think that when it comes to our evolution in spirit and working together, we get these opportunities that present themselves to us. For example, the dog coming to you. And then you can sit on that information, or you not. And if you don’t use the information, you choose to sit on it, you’re just going to keep getting the same results, where when you actually put it into motion because you’re being guided to do something and you listen to that guidance, and it’s up to us, we have free will. But when you do, guess what happens? More opens up, more channeling opens up. And sometimes it doesn’t even matter if the person receives the information as good, bad, or indifferent, sometimes just the very act is the very thing that your higher self and your team wants you to go through and process and do. I think it’s fabulous.
I ended I ended up sending the message that my aunt sent me to my cousin, and it took me a minute. This is a few days ago, about a week ago. And at first, she just said, Thank you. I appreciate it. And I also I also sent it to my sister who always sees ghosts, and she has the most supernatural skills in our family, but she doesn’t nurture them because she’s afraid of them a little bit.
That’s a hard one when you’re seeing those.
She sees a lot stuff.
Yeah, that one’s a little harder, I think.
And then what happened was I was like, Okay, I sent it out. And then four hours later, I get a long message from my cousin. She’s like, I read this over and over and over, and it makes so much sense, and I really needed to hear this, and I didn’t realize it at first glance. And then the next day, she sends me an even longer voice message saying, Hey, can I share this with family? Because I think they would appreciate it. So it was one of those things. And then the next day, I had a client who was going through something, and I was telling her about what happened. And she’s like, Do you mind reading it to me? So I read it to her, and then she started crying. She said, That was for me. I said, Well, I don’t know if that was for you. She’s like, No, that was for me. And I figured that spirit will hit many birds with one stone. And then I told my best friend, and she’s like, That sounds like my mom. She’s telling me something. And I was like, Okay, this is so good. And I almost sat on that information because I’m very vulnerable.
As you read in my book, I always tell people my shortcomings. I teach people what I know and how far I’ve come. And then I tell them, This is where I have room for growth, and this is what I have success, and this is what I’m working on. So I don’t ever come across as this all-knowing person who is just teaching you this is the way to be.
I just think it’s so refreshing because none of us are perfect. We’re all working through stuff, and we’re all trying our best to get to the next level and understanding and empathy and all of it. And I think that’s amazing.
Thank you. And I think there are a lot of false prophets out there, and a lot of people who just say, Oh, you can just do this. It’s so easy. But I show my struggles. Even my last book, Chapter 2, was make peace with your Body. And I said, Disclaimer, I’m working on this one still. This is what the download was, what I was supposed to do, because I did receive the information. It doesn’t necessarily mean I follow it. And just like your intuition, once you master your intuition and you know exactly what is being told to you by the divine source within you, it doesn’t mean you’re going to listen. Sometimes our human self says, Hey, listen, I know that that person is not good for me, but that person is really cute. So I’m going to go that route, and I will suffer the consequences, and you will do it. Because just because a wise friend gives you advice, it doesn’t mean you’re going to follow it. Because some people say, What if I hear something that I don’t want to do? I said, Well, don’t do it.
Don’t do it. But then there’s this part. They get so excited because they heard something they’re supposed to do, and then they don’t ask another question. And so they assume they know everything that they’re supposed to be doing without the follow-up questions. And that’s the part where it can get you into trouble. And I’ve done that. I’ve done that before where it’s like, I’m so excited, and I just take off running. And then I’m like, Wait, hold on a second. I don’t think I understood that fully yet. But that’s the beautiful thing. Those are just the learning experiences that you get to have and you get to choose if you’re going to learn from it or not and how you’re going to choose to react from the situation as well.
Sometimes I’ve noticed the inner guidance will guide you towards a struggle on purpose because it doesn’t always take you to the easiest path of life. Because there is this misunderstanding that if you listen to your intuition, everything is always going to be easy. But sometimes you have to gain a muscle in life to have the best version of your life, and your intuition will guide you towards that pattern or something that you need to work through that might not be so comfortable. But it will tell you to go there just so you can overcome that because that’s your path. Because until you overcome that, you can’t get to where you need to go. I always give people a disclaimer. I say, just because you’re listening to your intuitive self doesn’t mean you’re always getting good news or you’re not always being guided to the best life that’s easy, because they’re just misunderstanding that life is supposed to be just chill. I said, If you wanted to just chill, why the heck did you come to this world of emotion and challenges? We’re here to transform, ultimately. Absolutely. If we’re human souls here to transform, and you can’t just transform chilling.
You have to go through stuff where you gain spiritual, mental, physical muscles.
Yeah. I know you love coaching people on manifesting. What’s your manifesting process?
It recently changed. So I went through multiple ones. First, it was very deliberate Visualizing, writing, doing the photos. What is it? The vision board, and really just doing it, going all out and giving it a timeline. And then I was getting stuff, but I was getting stuff that was… And this is before I even knew what manifestation was. I was getting stuff. I was really commanding the universe to give me what I wanted, not really putting into consideration whether that was good for me or not.
Right.
I was bending the universe’s will, almost, because I was strong. We’re strong creators. And then I came to the conclusion that, Oh, if you see multiple obstacles, don’t try to overcome them. If it’s really that you see Everything is a block. You’re trying to do something. Because I would try to do something and there would be a ton of blocks and I would bend it all. It was like bending iron. Then so I went to just trusting, just trusting, knowing that The universe knows what I want, and I’m just living in the flow of things. That’s where I was until October-ish when my book was coming out, and I was just trusting that everything’s going to go the way it’s supposed to. And it did. But then I discovered Neville Goddard, and he’s from the ’40s, and he took the Bible, basically, and took the passages and translated into manifestational terms and teaching about manifestation. His is just about getting into that state, which we know about, of getting into the state of already having whatever it is and really just looking at the evidence that you get when you have it, but doing it only when you wake up in the morning and when you go to bed, when you’re in theta states, and doing it so much that during the day, whenever you do or say or see something that doesn’t match those moments that you had in the morning and at night, you recognize it and you walk yourself back into that frequency.
That’s where I am now. Honestly, here’s the thing. When it comes to manifestation, if you’re a good person, if you’re happy, if you’re regulated, emotionally regulated, you always get what you need. You don’t even have to worry about it. What you need is always there. But it’s fun to play with stuff that you want. And that’s what active manifestation versus passive manifestation is. If you really just want more, more than what you just need, then it’s fun to have some fun with active manifestation. And that’s what I was talking about.
With the active manifestation, too, I feel like it puts you in the driver’s seat of responsibility of minding your mind, meaning you’re observing your thoughts in an active way to see if they’re a vibrational match for the desires in which you have.
And you’re also clarifying bigger desires and being more of a visionary. I think there’s a benefit to all of it, because passive manifestation, you still need to be in alignment. So you have to be in alignment. Let’s say that your money is not coming in or things aren’t working out, but you’re in this chill mode because you have to stay in alignment that you know everything is going to work out, you’re still being pretty mindful of your frequency. But at the same time, you’re not really trying to force things to happen or making it happen the way that you want it. I like it all. I think there’s a time where we have the will for one or we have the desire. It’s important also to understand your subconscious programming because my course, for example, is called Subconscious Manifestation because I believe it’s a three-parter. It used to be a two-parter. One part is managing the automated subconscious that is running your life and knowing if there are faulty programs that are preventing you from having something. The other one is managing the universal laws that are an autopilot and then really knowing how they work so you’re not sabotaging yourself there.
And the third part, which is really important, is being in touch with your intuition to know when to act. Because the act part is really important in manifestation as well. And it requires being in tune with your intuition to know when to take the action step. And so that, I think, is really, really important as well.
I think that’s There’s so much. I think that manifestation is a misused or misunderstood word sometimes because we have these words that become pop culture. But what does that actually mean? I think words are interesting in general, and they have a vibrational meaning to all of us in different ways because I can hear a word and it doesn’t trigger me, but you could hear a word and it triggers you. And it also depends on when you grew up and what was acceptable then and what’s not acceptable now. And it’s such a fascinating thing, but it does matter in terms of manifestation in the way that we’re doing things and the way that we’re interacting with things as well. I love that you teach that. Talk a little bit more about the subconscious in general.
Well, the subconscious It’s the gateway to everything. First of all, it’s the smartest version of you other than the ethereal aspects of you. It’s running your body as we speak. It can function. It’s very efficient, and it does things as fast as possible. It doesn’t take the long road to anything. It’s basically the part of you that’s running your entire system all at once, but it’s also the gateway to inner worlds, and it’s the gateway to your higher self. Then its language is very unique to you based on your subconscious programming. So for example, if you’re trying to communicate with your subconscious and you’ve had a very negative association with roses, because every time you’ve touched one, the thorn… Or actually, did you know it’s not a thorn? It’s a prick or something like that. I forget what it’s called. But the thorn, we’re going to call it that. It hurt you every single time or prickle. It’s a prickle. Sorry. Roses have prickles, not thorns. I just learned that. So every time you touched it, you ended up getting hurt. And somebody else got roses every time somebody loved them. When your subconscious speaks to you, tries to warn you or give you some positive information, it might show someone a rose, and it might show someone something completely different.
It’s really important to get acquainted with the language of your particular subconscious. Even when it comes to dreams or visions, what you see is very specific to your subconscious language. So I think that’s really important. For example, it was the first time you came over to my house, and 2 hours before I had my first true vision, and I saw this bird fall from the sky and die, and my grandmother died right then as you were- That was crazy. Yeah. I was like, hey, I’m leaving the key under the mat because my grandmother died. So you have to come to my house without me ever being there. And that was my first vision. And I saw a bird die, and it was struggling. It was bleeding. But that was my subconscious way of showing me that my grandmother died. So somebody else might have a complete different vision. And it was my first time really having a vision because I don’t consider myself a clairvoyant at all. Well, second time. I don’t really consider myself a clairvoyant. But it’s really good to understand the language of your subconscious and know that it has the answers because it’s been storing information and it has a broader perspective.
So I do this, not meditation. I do this hypnotherapy session called your Inner Self and Higher Self Activation. It’s my favorite thing that I do. People come to me with four questions, for example, that they want answers to, and I will take them as deep as they allow me to go through hypnosis to tap into their subconscious, which is linked to all the different aspects of them, the higher self, super-conscious, their ancestors. Then once I bring them online, I will ask them their own and they will answer their own questions from a greater perspective. Everybody has an answer if they let you go deep enough. Everybody almost has the same answer. Ironically, it’s so weird how everyone has the same answer to their questions. And then I take them to the future and show them what life would be if they followed their own advice. And we extract the energy and vibration of that, and then we anchor it using NLP techniques in the body so they have it. But it’s amazing what the subconscious has access to. And like I said, it’s crazy how everyone has the same answer. Because when you tap into your higher self, the message is always the same.
I think one of the things that I love about doing the work that we do is I love testing things. And when I tested, I got this massive download for this very particular activation. I’m like, You know what? I’m going to test this. I just threw out an offer to test it on 10 people. All 10 people had the exact same experience when it came to a certain part in the activation and how we were doing it and everything like that. I’m just like, You can’t make this stuff up. This is the coolest part because you’re not feeding them the information. They are sharing because their conscious mind is cloaked and their subconscious is speaking for them. It’s It’s such a cool thing to see and to witness. And it’s just like, I’m like, it’s so powerful. So, so powerful.
I know. I love that. I tested my hypnosession on people, too, because I had to come up with something that I wanted to do that I really loved. And I was like, this would be cool. I took elements from different hypnosessions like Dolores’ Cannons or other people. I just put it all together into one piece and tested it. And it was really amazing. There There were only a few people who had no response, and they were very, very logical people. And both of them got super dizzy because their subconscious and conscious were fighting each other.
Yeah, because they didn’t surrender to it.
They were like, I feel queezy. I feel dizzy. I said, All right, let’s come out, and I will continue the rest of the session with your conscious mind. So it was fascinating. I love experimenting on people’s brains. No, I’m just kidding. I just wanted to say that because it just sounded funny. But it is I get to pick in people’s minds. And just to clarify, hypnotherapy is not something people do to you. Hypnotherapy is something that we give suggestions as a hypnotherapist, and you allow yourself. And the stronger willed you are and the more powerful you are, the more you’re able to go deeper. And it’s something you do to yourself, and you can snap out of it at any second. There’s nothing at that stage. Hypnotherapy therapy thing that people see in movies and stuff, that’s all for show. It’s not real. It’s not what it is.
Yeah, it’s magic.
Yeah.
With the C. Magic with the C. Tell everybody how they can work with you and how they can find your book.
Okay, so my book’s everywhere. So you can go to Amazon or Barnes & Novel, wherever you go. And if you go to a bookstore and they don’t have it, you just ask for it and they’ll order it for you. And it comes in audio as well as as the Kindle version. You can go to my link tree, which is Happy Insights, or go to my website, which is happyinsights. Net, or go to my podcast, which is Happy Insights podcast, or I’m going to go to my Instagram, which is Happy Insights official. But it’s all Happy Insights. If you put in the name Happy Ali, which is my full name, you will see in Google, everything pop up. There’s so much stuff that pops up. But I do have Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, for my podcast, and it’s Apple everywhere. It’s everywhere.
Yeah. I’ll link everything in the show notes and in the show description. If anybody’s interested in checking out Happy’s work, his book, I listened to your book on Audible, and you did a really good job. I think it’s a really well-written book, and I’m so proud of you. I’m so excited for you.
Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. It means a lot to me coming from someone who does what I do because your peers’ opinions are sometimes feel a lot more important because they will catch you if there’s anything phony or if you’re full of shit. Yeah.
Well, I just love it, and I love you. So get his book, guys. Check out his work. It’s absolutely amazing. He has a podcast, too, and it’s lots of fun. So thank you. Happy. Anything else you want to share before we hop off?
No. Just remember that you have so much inner wisdom that’s dying to get out, just wait and get out. And also remember that your intuition can never be louder than your five senses because your five senses are here to make sure that you survive and you’re not falling into a ditch. So if you’re wanting your inner voice to be really loud and catch your attention, it doesn’t often do that. The loudest it gets is a whisper compared to our physical five senses. But know that you’re always supported and If you ever have a question about that, come do my hypnotherapy session. I do it on Zoom, so that’ll give you a whole new perspective on everything. But thank you so much, Amy.
Thank you. If you’ve never done hypnotherapy before, I think it’s so, so powerful. It’s one of the things that completely changed. I have many things that changed my life, but that is one of the tools that had changed my life when I was starting my spiritual journey. And then even after I did my yoga teacher training, I went and did a five-session series of hypnotherapy sessions to work through some stuff that I was having a really hard time working through. And so hypnotherapy is so, so powerful. I agree.
Awesome, friends. Thank you so much for having me.
