In this episode, we explore light language, a cosmic, multidimensional expression that activates deep soul alignment. I share my journey with it and discuss frequency awareness, intuition, and energetic boundaries.
Have you ever heard light language?
I remember the first time I did—I had no idea what it was!
No one explained it to me beforehand.
I was on the phone with someone who suddenly started speaking in what sounded like a foreign language.
Since I couldn’t see her, I assumed she was talking to someone else mid-session, and honestly, I thought it was pretty rude!
Confused, I finally asked, “Who are you talking to?”
That’s when she told me, “Oh, I’m speaking light language.”
That was my first encounter with light language as an adult.
But my very first experience?
That happened when I was a child.
As an adult, I was utterly confused by light language.
But now?
I absolutely love it!
If you’re new to me or new to light language, let me introduce you—it’s the cosmic language of the soul.
Every sound, movement, and symbol carries paragraphs of deep, multidimensional information.
Light language comes in different forms: spoken, written, movement, and signing.
Writing and signing are similar, though they can be expressed in unique ways.
The more I explored light language, the more fascinated I became.
I even discovered that a friend of mine spoke it, and for her, it started flowing spontaneously—just like it does for so many people.
I see this often with my Sacred Awakening students, whether in our Akashic Records course or other programs.
When they hear or see me using light language, something within them stirs.
Being around light language activates it because it’s an innate part of our spiritual awakening.
Light language is part of our soul’s evolution.
Sometimes, there are no human words to fully express what wants to be channeled and shared.
That’s where light language comes in—it helps break us out of the trance.
We experience all kinds of trances in life.
A trance is a state or vibration we get locked into until we break free from it.
Ever found yourself mindlessly scrolling on your phone or so absorbed in a TV show that you forget you’re even watching?
That’s a trance.
But trances go beyond screens—they are energetic states we slip into based on frequencies and experiences.
The thing is, many of these trances don’t align with our true vibration or authentic self.
They aren’t a true reflection of our soul’s signature.
Our soul, our essence, carries a unique frequency—a song, if you will.
And that song is meant to be broadcasted, fully expressed, and felt.
When we work with our ancient ancestors, Galactic friends, and spirit teams—those who support our highest good and evolution—we can use light language as a powerful tool for spiritual awakening.
At first, when my guides told me, “You’re going to speak light language. You’re going to love it,” my reaction was, “No way. That sounds really weird.”
But they insisted.
And if you’ve been on this path for a while, you know exactly what I mean—sometimes our guides nudge (or push) us toward something, and we’re just not on board.
And that’s okay!
You always have the right to say no.
But the urge kept coming, and, of course, my guides were right—I absolutely love it.
Light language is one of the most magical things I’ve ever experienced, both in performing it and receiving it.
That said, not all light language is the same.
You have to be mindful of your frequency and what you allow into your energy.
It’s not your job to be open to everything from everyone.
Protecting your energetic space is just as important as expanding it.
This is so important to understand—your frequency, your energy container, your auric field, and your quantum radius are special.
Not everything is meant to enter your space.
Not everything is meant to be part of your reality because it may not be a vibrational match.
Now, that doesn’t mean everything out there is bad or evil—far from it!
Some energies carry lower vibrations, while others are incredibly high-vibrational.
But even the most beautiful frequencies may not be aligned with you at a given time—or ever.
And that’s okay.
Some things are meant for a moment, while others simply aren’t meant for you at all.
The key is to honor and respect that as part of your spiritual awakening journey.
Lately, I’ve been in a phase of expansion and buying inventory for my crystals, and I cannot wait to share it with you all!
I’ve been collecting some incredible crystals and revamping my business—it’s been such an exciting process.
But as I dive into this, I’m constantly tuning in, using my intuition and accessing the Akashic Records to guide me.
Because trust me, I can get a little too excited about crystals!
I love crystals.
They light up my soul and are such a natural part of my vibrational frequency.
I want to share them because their healing powers are truly incredible.
But my guides have reminded me: If you get a no, trust the no.
Sometimes, I feel FOMO when I see a crystal I think I need—or one I want to share with others.
But not every crystal is a vibrational match for me, my tribe, or my work.
And that’s okay.
The same goes for light language—if you feel a no, trust it.
Your guides and your team are always leading you in a way that serves your highest good.
If you’re deeply tapped in, lean into that trust.
If you’re still learning to discern those intuitive nudges, meditation is one of the best ways to strengthen your connection.
The more you meditate, the more you’ll understand your intuition.
Other modalities—like light language, the Akashic Records, crystals, Reiki, and hands-on healing—can also help develop your intuitive gifts.

Okay, back to light language!
Light language is the cosmic language of your soul.
At first, I didn’t fully grasp what that meant.
Then, one day, I was reading a spiritual text (not scripture, but a deep spiritual teaching), and it mentioned something that stopped me in my tracks.
It said that one day, we would encounter beings with whom we would communicate in a way beyond words.
Every fiber of my being knew this truth.
I felt it in my soul.
That was the moment my fear of light language began to fade.
Once I started speaking and practicing light language, it flowed more and more effortlessly.
But the funny thing is, I had actually experienced this before—when I was a kid, my sister and I used to do something very similar without even realizing it.
That’s the beauty of the spiritual awakening process—we don’t just awaken once; we go through many awakenings.
Often, as we deepen our practices, we’re guided back to things we naturally did as children.
Back then, our channels were open.
We were divine little beings, effortlessly using our intuition without even thinking about it.
A big part of the human experience is remembering—not just from this lifetime but on a soul level.
It’s about rediscovering your essence, your truest expression, and embracing your authenticity.
And that authenticity is so important, especially during those moments when life feels like a never-ending train ride.
Sometimes, we wonder, will this ever slow down?
Or, how did I get myself into this mess?
Other times, we wish a magical phase would last forever.
Life moves in cycles—some areas flow beautifully, while others feel challenging.
That’s the nature of the human experience.
But we have tools to help us navigate, and language—especially light language—is one of the most powerful.
It anchors us in more light, helps break us out of trance, and most importantly, connects us to the cosmic language of our soul.
Because at the end of the day, everything is frequency, my friend. Everything.
I’m going to do a little transmission—energetically, it’s going to be big, but in length, it will be short.
Typically, I guide you through a meditation, but today, I’m being called to do something different.
This transmission is to connect you with your divinity and your holy trinity.
As you listen to the vibrations of the light language, allow them to land where they need to within you.
Some of it may come through in English, but most of it will be pure frequency.

Have you ever heard light language. I know for me, the first time I heard light language, I was like, what the heck is that? But honestly, no one even told me the name of it. I just had someone randomly start speaking light language, and we were on the phone, so I couldn’t see this person. And so I thought she was just talking to someone in a foreign language, and she was doing a session for me. And I’m like, That’s rude that she keeps speaking to someone while she’s doing a session with me because we were on the phone, so I couldn’t see her. And then I was like, Hey, who do you keep speaking to? I’m so confused. And so she’s like, Oh, I’m doing light language. And so my first experience with light language as an adult, and I’ll share my first experience as a kid with you in just a moment.
As an adult, I was so utterly confused by it. And if you’re new to me or you’re new to light language, I love light language. Light language is the cosmic language of your soul, and it holds paragraphs, like paragraphs of information in every movement, every sound, every symbol. And there’s different forms of light language that can come through, and those forms are spoken, written, and movement. And in signing, because written and signing are similar, but they can be done in different ways. So with light language, I just became fascinated once I started diving deeper into it because I found it really interesting. And one of my friends was actually speaking light language as well once I started diving deeper into this world, and her light language spontaneously just started coming out. And this is where a lot of people find their light language spontaneously starts to want to come out of them. I have a lot of Sacred Awakening students being in our Kashic Record course or other courses of mine where they’ve seen or heard me speak light language or do other forms of light language. And by being around other people that perform light language, it activates because it’s a part of our awakening.
It’s a part of our soul’s evolution path. And And there are no human words that can describe sometimes what wants to be channeled and wants to be shared. And what light language does is it breaks us out of trance. We are in all sorts of trances in our life. And transes are what keeps us locked in a state or a vibration for a certain period of time until we break that trans. If you’ve watched TV or you’ve scrolled on your phone and you’re like, all of a All of a sudden, you get sucked in and you forget that you’re watching TV, that’s a trance. We can go into trance just by scrolling on social media or watching TV. But we go into transes in other ways based on frequencies these vibrations, experiences, and we want to break out of them because they’re not truly our vibration. They’re not truly our authentic expression. They’re not truly our authentic expression of our frequency, of our soul’s signature, because our soul, our essence has a particular song. We’ll just say that for ease of example. We are a particular song that has a frequency that loves to be broadcasted out.
And when we are working with our ancient ancestors, our ancient Galactic friends, our spirit teams that are here to serve our highest good, that are here to support us in evolving, we can use light language. And at first, when my guides, my guides were like, You’re going to speak light language. You’re going to love it. And I’m like, I don’t want to do that. I think that’s really freaking weird. And they’re like, No, no, no, you’ll do it. I’m like,. Sometimes if you’ve been on this path for a while, you know what I’m talking about. Your guides will tell you things, and you’re like, I’m begrudgingly don’t really want to do it. And you have the right to say no. You always have the right to say no. But the urge kept coming, and my guides were right. I absolutely love it. I think it’s one of the most magical things ever. And there is something really magical about light language when it’s performed and when it’s received. And not all light language is the same. You want to be very careful about your frequency. You want to be really careful about what you’re letting in out of your frequency because it is not your job to put yourself out there to receive everything from everybody.
And that’s really important to know because your frequency your energy, your energy container, your Eric field, your quantum radius is special. And not everything is supposed to go in there. Not everything is meant to be experienced in your reality because it might not be a vibrational match. It doesn’t mean that everything’s out there is evil. I’m not saying that at all. Some things are lower vibrational frequencies, but some things are really beautiful high vibrational frequencies, but they’re not an energy match for you at that time, or they’re never going to be an energy match. Sometimes it’s just for a moment in time. Sometimes it’s just they’re not an energy match. And you got to honor that and respect it. I’ve been buying a lot of inventory lately. I’m so excited. I can’t wait to share this with you guys. I’ve been buying a lot of crystals. I’m revamping my whole business. I’m super excited about it. I can’t wait to share it. I’ve been buying a lot, and I’m always using my intuition. I’m always using the Akashic hurts. And one of the things that I kept getting was, hey, really, because I can get really excited about crystals.
I love crystals. They just light up my soul. I love them. They’re so a part of my vibrational frequency, and I want to share them because they have such amazing healing powers. And so my guys were like, if you get a no, trust the no. Because sometimes I get FOMO when I’m seeing crystals that I’m like, Oh, I want that, or I want other people to experience these crystals. But sometimes they’re just not a vibrational match for me, tribe, what have you. And so you have to listen to that. And that’s the thing, too, about light language is if you’re getting a no, listen to that because your guides, your team are guiding you in such a beautiful way. And if you’re super tapped in, trust that. If you’re still new to this and you’re still questioning it, meditate. The more you meditate, the more you will understand your intuition. Use other modalities to strengthen your intuition. And light language can be one of those ways that you strengthen your intuition. The Akashic records, crystals, Reiki, hands on healing, other modalities. There’s so many modalities out there, but meditation is one of the easiest, fastest ways to grow your intuition, and it’s absolutely free.

So back to light language. I digress, sorry. Back to light language. Light language is the cosmic language of your soul. And for me, I didn’t understand what that meant. And then one day I was reading some spiritual scripture, and one of the things that they said in this scripture was that… Spiritual text, I should say, not scripture, but spiritual text, was that we’re going to come across beings one day, and this is how we’re going to communicate. And every ounce of my body and soul was like, Yes, I can feel that. I understand it. And this is what got me out of my fear of doing light language. And so when I started speaking light language and practicing light language, it started coming in more and more and more and more and more We used to do this with my sister when I was a kid.
And that’s the cool thing about the awakening process. We go through many awakened. And when you’re doing these practices, sometimes we’re guided back towards things that we used to do when we were kids because our channels were open then. We were such divine little beings, and we would do things and use our intuition in such a way. And so part of the human experience is remembering And sometimes it’s not just remembering from this lifetime, but just remembering as a whole, everything about your soul, everything about your essence, what your truest expression is. And this authenticity is so important when we are going through these navigational periods where we are just like, Is this train ever going to stop? Or, Oh, my gosh, can I get myself out of this mess? Or, Oh, I never want this to stop. We go through different stages and different chapters, and some areas of our lives are amazing and others are not. That’s the thing about the human experience is we have these tools. And language is one of those tools that can really, really help you anchor in more light, break you out of trans. And most importantly, open yourself up to your cosmic language of your soul because everything is frequency, my friend, everything.
So I’m going to do a little transmission. This is going to be a big one. I’m going to do a little one. Typically, I will take you through a guided meditation, but today I’m not hearing to do that. We’re going to do a little transmission. And this transmission is specifically to connect with your divinity and your Holy Trinity, your divinity and your Holy Trinity. And when you’re hearing the words of the light language, the vibration of the light language, I want you to just allow it to penetrate in different spots. I might speak some English in between, But also, please don’t drive or operate heavy machinery. You want to always practice safety when it comes to these things because people do fall asleep. People do get into a trance because they go deeply into it. Yeah. So this is going to be a powerful mini transmission that’s to tap into that Holy Trinity. Close your eyes, receive a breath. And on the breath, on the exhale, allow yourself to anchor into Mother Earth. And then on the inhale, pull energy up into you, and you’re going to pull Gaia’s energy into you. I want you to just imagine you’re being held in rose quartz, held in rose quartz, held in loved, held in the divinity of Love.
And GEA, Creation, Mother Earth, God, Universe, whatever sacred title you give those sacred beings are just holding you. You have masculine, feminine, and you’re being held in this beautiful rose quartz energy. And then this light language transmission is going come in, and I want you to feel it in the third eye, and it’s going to move through all of the intelligence spaces in your body that it wants to move through. And it might feel like waves or it might feel like something else. And this is to assist with that Holy Trinity.
Receive a breath.
Exhale out. I want you to feel the light language or sense it moving down the spine.
Guys, I’m going to hand you a rose. You can hold on to that rose.
I want you to smell the rose, and as you’re smelling the rose, give that frequency permission to move intelligently through your body. And then Creation God universe is going to touch your heart space. Then you’re going to be handed a diamond, a diamond.
Then you can look at the diamond. It’s going to help bring in some more light codes. I want you to imagine those light codes moving through your third eye, moving intelligently through any other parts of your body and being. Then you’re going to receive a message or download a message. The message may not be received in this moment, but download it for you to receive at a later date.
Pink amethyst, black tourmaline, and smoky quartz are coming in, and then you receive one more breath.
And Dalmation Jasper. And whenever you’re ready, you can open your eyes. Blink your eyes open. Beautiful. Let me know how you’re feeling. I’d love to hear from you.
