Episode 218: My Experience Speaking at the Conscious Life Expo

I recently had the incredible opportunity to speak at the Conscious Life Expo Los Angeles in California.

It was truly a magical event!

If you were there, thank you for stopping by, saying hello, and attending my talks—I appreciate you so much.

If you weren’t able to attend, I still want to share my biggest takeaways and aha moments with you.

And even if you were there, it’s always fascinating to hear different perspectives on what people gained (or maybe didn’t gain) from the event.

The Conscious Life Expo is such a powerful experience, and I feel deeply honored to have been a part of it for the second time.

This year marked the 23rd anniversary of the Conscious Life Expo, making it a long-standing and significant event in the spiritual and conscious living community.

If all goes as planned, I’ll be back next year!

The Expo is always held during Super Bowl weekend, so if you missed me this time and want to join in next year, be sure to mark your calendar.

🪞 Reflections on Energy and Community

My first big takeaway from the Conscious Life Expo is that the energy is very different from year to year.

The first time I attended, I had no idea what to expect—I was going in completely blind.

I usually like to experience an event before speaking at it because it helps me understand what I’m getting into.

This time, having already attended the previous year, I had the opportunity to compare and contrast.

Each year is different because we, as individuals, are different.

The people attending change too—some return from previous years, while others are experiencing it for the first time.

There’s a buzz, an energy that runs through the entire collective community at the Conscious Life Expo.

It’s excitement—a lot of excitement.

But within that, there can also be mixed emotions, like fears around what people are letting go of or anxieties tied to the larger collective consciousness shifts happening in the world.

The energy of the Expo reflects both personal and global transformations, making each year a completely unique experience.

Looking at the collective consciousness and energy this year, the Expo felt different because of the massive fires in LA. You could feel it.

I could feel it, see it, and hear how it affected the community.

I don’t personally live in LA, but I have friends and clients who do.

Some were deeply impacted, while others weren’t directly affected but knew people who were.

It’s a major event that is still unfolding.

Anytime a disaster happens, we hope the community comes together, and at the Conscious Life Expo, there was a lot of discussion about how people are supporting each other and ways to help.

It was powerful to witness.

I’ve personally experienced different disasters—fires, hurricanes, tornadoes—and I know how devastating they can be.

Some people lose everything and have to rebuild from scratch.

At the Conscious Life Expo, there were conversations not just about the fires themselves but also about how they were handled—or mishandled.

It’s a heavy topic, but one that’s important to acknowledge.

🌱 Personal Growth and Support System

The biggest takeaway from this experience is that people truly want the community to come together, heal, and support the city’s recovery.

It was powerful to have an event like this where people had the opportunity to release some of their sorrow, stress, worries, and sadness—while also feeling supported in the process.

Another reason this year felt different was because the person showing up—me—was different.

Every day, we have the opportunity to grow, change, and evolve.

I’m not the same person I was last year.

My expectations were different, my approach to the event was different, and I had an incredible team supporting me.

A huge shoutout to my amazing Sacred Awakening students who came out to help!

They were a massive, pivotal part of this experience, both for me personally and for our community.

Thank you to all the beautiful ladies who volunteered, offered support, and gave readings to anyone at the Expo who wanted one.

Your presence made this event even more special!

🧘‍♀️ Physical Health Improvements

Over the past year, I’ve gone through a massive transformation, and one of the most glaring differences was how much better my physical body felt compared to last year.

I’ve been working on improving my physical health for quite some time.

I have autoimmune challenges and a connective tissue disorder, and for years, my body felt like it was deteriorating.

But in the last few years, I’ve felt better than ever.

I thought I felt good last year, but when I compare it to this year, my physical body feels freaking amazing.

I now have a new team helping me with my hypermobility—learning how to avoid putting strain on my joints, protecting my connective tissue, and stabilizing my body in a healthier way.

Because of this, I feel ten times stronger than I did the previous year.

It was really cool to witness just how much better I felt—even down to something as simple as getting good sleep.

If you ever have the opportunity to return to the same place a year later, it’s incredible to reflect on your experience—what excited you the previous year, what was happening in your life, and how you felt physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Events like this create powerful markers in our lives, but they don’t have to be big conferences.

It could be your birthday, a favorite hike, a yearly trip with friends, or anything that gives you a chance to take inventory of your growth.

While the new year is often seen as a time for reflection, we can do this at any point throughout the year.

For me, being at the Conscious Life Expo again allowed me to recognize how much better I slept, how much stronger I felt, and how far I’ve come physically.

It was amazing. Amazing, amazing, amazing!

I’m so grateful for all the work I’ve put in to get here.

And I say that because change can be challenging—it takes effort, and it can be scary.

Sometimes, fear holds us back from taking action because we’re afraid of what might happen.

But pushing through that fear is where transformation happens.

For a long time, I was afraid that if I did X, Y, or Z, I would injure myself or make things worse.

Working through those tough psychological blocks—my relationship with my physical health, my body, and the fears surrounding it—was a challenge.

But I am so grateful I pushed through because the difference in how I feel now is massive.

If someone had told me last year that the way I felt then was the best I would ever feel, I would have accepted it.

At the time, I already felt a million times better than I had before.

But now?

Now, it feels so spacious, so yummy—and I am beyond grateful for my physical body.

I am also deeply grateful for every single person, every modality, and every guide who has helped me along the way.

It has truly taken a village to get to this point, especially in managing my autoimmune challenges.

And for that, I am just so, so grateful.

🔮 Interdimensional Beings Panel and Light Language

Another big takeaway from the Expo is that magical, magnificent things are on the horizon.

I had the honor of being on an Interdimensional Beings Panel alongside incredible speakers, healers, and powerful women.

Each of us brought something unique to the conversation, and it was amazing to witness the different types of interdimensional and galactic beings—especially through Light Language—that wanted to come through.

I have been speaking and sharing Light Language openly since 2018, and it has always been received well.

Last year at the Expo, I kept receiving the message that I needed to share it in an even bigger way.

That realization is one of the reasons I started adding more Light Language content to my YouTube channel and podcast—to share it more expansively.

And this year, that message became even clearer.

The Light Language and these galactic channels we tap into are deeply important for our evolution and expansion of the collective consciousness.

Even if people don’t fully understand it yet, they can feel it.

They know it on a cellular level.

It’s part of our grand awakening as a collective consciousness, and it’s something we need to continue talking about.

I’m excited to be part of this community, sharing Light Language and galactic wisdom—or rather, higher-level consciousness.

That’s the best way to describe it because the information coming through exists beyond human words.

For anyone unfamiliar with Light Language, it’s the cosmic language of the soul.

It expresses frequencies and higher consciousness that can’t be fully explained in human terms—because we simply don’t have the words for it.

We are a frequency, and as we evolve, the collective consciousness grows together.

💫 Importance of Light Language and Color Frequency

Light Language is frequency.

And it’s coming through now in a massive way because it needs to.

One of the things I shared on the Interdimensional Beings Panel was the importance of frequency—specifically color frequency—and how crucial it is for us to work with it.

This is a message I’ve been receiving for a long time, but now it’s so loud that I can’t share it anymore.

I have been sharing it, but I know I need to amplify it even more.

And I will.

The message that keeps coming through loud and clear is about working with specific colors.

When you’re guided to absorb or engage with a particular color, do it—because that color carries a healing frequency that can support you and even transform the very fabric of your energy signature.

As energetic beings, we work with the full spectrum of light—the rainbow.

When we’re emotionally, spiritually, physically, or mentally dysregulated, color can be one of the most powerful tools for balance and healing.

And when I say color, I don’t just mean wearing a certain shade—I mean fully absorbing it into your energy field.

That could be through eating foods of that color, meditating with it, visualizing it, or intentionally bringing it into your space.

Color holds immense power in the healing journey.

This message has been so loud that I feel like I need to shout it from the rooftops.

It keeps coming through in so many ways—whether in conversations with fellow podcasters, or in channeled messages for individuals, collectives, and groups.

I may share even more about color frequency soon because it’s just too important not to.

That was a huge message that came through—so take it and run with it.

If you’re being guided to work with blue, ask yourself: what shade of blue?

If you’re drawn to red, but have a stigma or fear around it, I highly recommend working through that fear.

Sometimes, we carry misconceptions about what a color represents or what it can do for us.

But color has so much more power than the stories we’ve been told.

Trust your own inner guidance—not anyone else’s, my friend.

I have so many more takeaways, but before I share my last one, I want to remind you—if you missed the Expo or want to dive deeper into this work, the Soul Evolution Masterclass Series starts February 17th!

If you can’t join live, you’ll still get access to the replay.

I’ll be sharing so much Light Language, Akashic Records work, ancestral healing, and more—you won’t want to miss it!

❤️ Love and Self-Compassion

My final takeaway is this: love is always available to us.

I know you know that, but it’s something we can truly embody—something that can flow through us and become part of our collective consciousness.

So let it in.

Welcome it every single day.

Experience love on a cellular level.

Give yourself permission to love yourself deeply.

And if you haven’t already, start by looking in the mirror each day and telling yourself, “I love you.”

With love and blessings,

Amy Robeson

Hey, Amy Robeson here. Thank you for joining me on this podcast where we talk about spirituality, the awakening process, mental health, and so much more. Join me weekly to get your weekly dose of spirituality and medicine. I look forward to seeing you on the inside. Hello and welcome to today’s episode. I’m so excited you are here. I recently had the opportunity to speak at the Conscious Life Expo in Los Angeles, California. It was such a magical event. If you were there, thank you for saying hi. Thank you for coming to my talks. If you weren’t there, I wanted to share my takeaways, my ahas with you. Even if you were there, I still want to share them with you because I think it’s so It’s so neat to see everyone’s takeaways and what they gained or possibly didn’t gain from the event as well. And it’s such a powerful event. This is the 23rd year it has been going on. So it’s a very big event. And I feel so honored that I got to go there for the second time. I will be there again next year if everything goes the way that I plan it to, but I intend to again next year.

So if you missed me and you want to come next year, definitely come. It’s always during Super Bowl weekend. So my first big takeaway from the Conscious Life Expo is that the energy is very different from year to year. And the first year, I had never gone to it, so I was going in completely blind. And I usually like attending things before I go and talk at things just because it allows me to understand understand what I’m getting myself into. And so this time I had already done it the previous year, and so I had the opportunity to compare and contrast. And each year is going to be different because we’re different people and different people attend, and some people come that came from the previous years or a year, and some people it’s their first time coming. And there’s a buzz. There’s an energy that’s buzzing through the entire collective community at the Expo, and it’s excitement. And it’s a lot of excitement. There can be also some mixed fears in there, like fears of people, of whatever they’re letting go of, or fear fires around whatever is going on in the collective in general.

And I’m going to overall say the collective. So this year, the Expo was different because there was just Just all of the big massive fires in LA. And so you can feel, I could feel, and I could see, and I could hear how that has affected the community. I don’t personally live in LA. I have friends in LA. I have clients in LA. And so some were massively affected by it, and some were not affected by it at all, but they know people that were affected by it. And so it’s a really big thing that is happening and still happening. And anytime there is a disaster that happens, we wish for the community to pull together. And there was a lot of talks about how the community is pulling together and how people can support the community and pulling together. And so that was really neat to see and to witness. I have personally experienced different disasters from fires to hurricanes to tornadoes. And it’s bad. It’s not fun when something like that happens because some people lose everything and they have to rebuild and all of the way that the fires were handled or mishandled, people are talking about that.

And the biggest thing that I can say is that people are wanting community to come together and to heal and help the city heal. And so it was really nice to have something like this going on for an opportunity to release some of the sorrows, some of the stress, some of the worries, some of the sadness, but to also be supported while that is all happening as well. And so there was that component. And then the other reason why I said it’s different from the previous this year’s is because the person that’s showing up is different. Every day we have the opportunity to grow, to change, to evolve. And I’m a completely different person than I was the previous year before. One, my expectations were different. Two, the way I approach the event was different. And three, I had such an amazing team that was supporting me. So shout out to all of my lovely Sacred Awakening students that came out and helped because they were such a massive, pivotal part of this event for me personally and for our community as well. And So thank you to all the beautiful ladies that helped and volunteered and was able to give readings to anybody at the Expo that wanted to get a reading from us as well.

And so for me, there’s this massive change that I feel like I have gone through in the last year. And one of the things that was the biggest, most glaring thing in my face was how much better my physical body felt compared to last year. I have been working on physically feeling better for quite some time. I have autoimmune things. I have a connective tissue disorder. And so for years, my body has been feeling like it’s been deteriorating. And for the last few years, I have feel better than I have ever felt. And I thought I felt good last year, but compare and contrast from last year to this year, my physical body feels freaking amazing. And I have a new team in place that’s helping me with some of my hypermobility and how to not dump into my joints and hurt my connective tissue and to hurt my joints and to stabilize my joints that are hypermobile in a different way. And I feel 10 times stronger than I did the previous year. And so it was really cool for me to see and to witness how much better I felt just even sleeping.

If you ever have an opportunity to go somewhere, and then the next year you get the opportunity to go to that same place, it’s really neat to see what your excitement was from the previous year, what you had going on, and then also how you physically felt, how you emotionally felt, how you spiritually felt. Because there’s really big opportunities to earmark certain events in our life. And it doesn’t have to be this type of event. It can be any type of event. It could be your birthday. It could be going for a hike. It could be maybe you take a girls trip, or maybe you take a guys trip, or maybe there’s something that you have the tendency to do that allows you to take inventory. And I know that the new The year is always that opportunity, but we can do that all throughout the year. For me, having that opportunity to, one, see how much better I slept, to see and feel how much better my physical body felt, it was amazing. Amazing, amazing, amazing. I’m just so grateful for all of the work that I have pushed myself to do. And I’m saying that because sometimes when we want change, it’s really challenging and it’s very scary to actually put the effort in because you’re scared that something might happen.

So in my case, for a long time, I was scared that I would injure myself or I would hurt myself even more if I did X, Y, Z. And to to work through some of those challenging, tough, psychological problems that I was having in terms of my relationship with my physical health, my relationship with my physical body, and working through that. I’m so grateful that I worked through those fears because I can see a massive difference in how I feel. And let me tell you, if someone told me it was okay last year, that that was the best I would ever feel, I would have been okay with it because I felt a million times better than I did before. And so now I’m like, oh, this is so yummy. It’s so spacious. And I am so, so grateful for my physical body. I am so grateful for every single person and every single modality and every single guide that has helped me along the way because it has taken a village to make myself feel better in terms of the autoimmune stuff that I have going on in my body. And so I’m just so grateful.

The other takeaways that I had was that there are magical, magnificent things that are on the horizon. And being on this, I was on an interdimensional beings panel, and There was different beautiful, powerful speakers, healers, women on this panel, and we all do something a little different. And it was so cool to see and to witness the different types of, one, interdimensional being, Galactic beings, specifically light language that wants to come through. And for me, I have been speaking and sharing light language openly since 2018, and it has always been received really well. And last year when I was at the Expo, I kept getting that it’s more important for me to share that even in a bigger way, in a bigger way, in a bigger way. And that is one of the reasons why I actually started sharing and adding more to my YouTube channel and to the podcast is because I wanted to share more light language. And I’m still getting that message. And it’s coming even more clear and apparent that light language, these galactic channels that we tap into are so important for our evolution and that it’s so important to talk about, even if people don’t understand it quite yet, they can feel it or they know it on a cellular level that they’re connected to something like this, that it’s part of our grand awakening as a consciousness, as a collective consciousness.

And I’m excited to be a part of this community sharing light language and sharing these galactic knowledge. And that’s not the right word I want to use, but for lack of a better higher word. There’s some very high level consciousness. That’s a better one. I’ll use that. There’s some very high level consciousness that wants to come through. And for anybody that doesn’t know what light language is, it’s a cosmic language of your soul. And so by sharing these higher levels of consciousness that we can’t describe in human words. It can’t be described in human words because we don’t have the human words for it. We’re frequency, and light language is frequency, and it’s trying to come through, and it just needs to come through in a massive way. And one of the things that I ended up sharing on the interdimensional panel was that Frequency, color frequency, specifically, is crucial for us to play with. And I’ve been getting this message for quite some time, but it’s been like, it’s so loud that I can’t not share it anymore. And I have been sharing it, but it’s like, I need to share it more in this capacity, and I’ll probably continue to share it as well.

But they’re saying that working with specific colors, bringing in specific colors, and whenever you are being guided to absorb or to play with a particular color, do it. Do it because it it has the potential to have such a healing frequency for you, for others, that it can change the very fabric of your energy signature. And so how we work as a frequency is we work with the full spectrum of light. We work with the rainbow. Sometimes when we are emotionally, spiritually, physically, mentally dysregulated, color is the very thing that can support us. And color, when I say color, I’m not just talking about put a color T-shirt on. I’m talking about eating that color absorbing that color into your body, into your frequency. And it could be very, very, very powerful in your healing journey. And so maybe I’ll do more on that at a later date more on color frequency because it’s such a big message that it’s so loud. It’s so loud for me that I have to show it from the rooftop because it keeps just coming in. And it’s coming in various different ways for me, from speaking to different podcasters to different channel messages I’ve been doing for individuals, for collectives and groups.

And that was a really big message that came through. And so take it, run with it. If you’re being guided to work with blue, what shade of blue are you being guided to work with? If you’re being guided to work with red and you have a stigma or a fear around working with a particular color, but you’re being guided to work with it, I highly recommend working through that particular fear because sometimes there’s a misconception around what a color can do for someone, and it can do so much more than what you’ve been told, the story you have been fed. And it’s important to follow your own inner guidance and no one else’s, my friend. No one else’s. I have so many more takeaways, but before I share my last one, I do want to share. If you missed the Expo or you just want to join our special container, don’t forget the Soul Evolution Masterclass series starts February 17th. If you can’t join us live, you can catch the replay. I’m going to be doing so much light language, so much Akashic records, so much incestral healing, and so much more. You’re not going to want to miss it.

You can go to theamyrobeson.com/masterclass. theamyrobeson.com/masterclass, and join us. The link will be in the bio in the description. My last takeaway is love is always available to us. I know you know that, but it’s something that you can embody, something that can be a part of your flow, something that can be a part of your consciousness. So let it in, welcome it every day and experience it on a cellular level. Give yourself permission to love yourself on a cellular level. Tell yourself you love yourself in the mirror each and every day. All right, my friends, I hope you enjoyed this. Please like and subscribe and share with a friend. Take care. I’ll see you soon. I hope to see you in the masterclass. Bye.
