Hello, everyone. Welcome to Awakening with Amy Robeson, the live experience. I’m so excited you are here. If you’re joining us Live. Say hello. Let me know where you’re tuning in from and how you are doing. And if you’re watching or listening to the replay, welcome. I’m so excited you are here. And if you’re watching the replay on YouTube or wherever you’re watching it, do # briefly, just so I know if you’re watching it or not. So today, let’s talk about the age of Aquarius. This is a big, big deal. This has been something that has been talked about for quite some time in the spiritual community, and it is Pluto moving into Aquarius. And it’s a big deal because Pluto is going to hang out in Aquarius for 30 years. Now, I am not an astrologist. This is not my expertise. I just want to share a few spiritual messages that I’m getting to share from the Akashic Records about this because it is such a big energetic deal for us, and it’s a massive opportunity for growth and change. Let me clear my throat for just a second. It’s a massive opportunity for growth and change.
The reason why it’s a massive opportunity for growth and change is because it is an opportunity for you to bring the unconscious into the conscious. And so what this invitation is, is about giving yourself permission to go into the darkest, deepest crevice of your psyche, of your subconscious, and allowing your dark underworld and the things that are holding you back to come to the surface so that you can heal them. It’s also an invitation to know yourself in a different so that you can be the change that you seek so that you can move to higher levels of consciousness. Who here is excited about this new opportunity? I know for me, I am. I think that everything’s written in the stars and in the planets. And if you like to follow astrology, it’s fun. I also think that You don’t have to follow astrology to feel the energetic shifts and changes that are available to us. There are always shifts and changes that are available to us. Some people are going to take this invitation and run with it and do the spiritual work that they’re meant to do so that they can go and change, while others are going to stay blinded and stay in the dark and not do the work.
And that’s their journey, and that is their choice. Remember, you have free will, they have free will, and what you choose doesn’t mean everybody else has to choose that as well. And I think that for this planetary position where Pluto is in Aquarius, and you sit with these opportunities, you’re going to discover things about yourself self, where you get to go, I can take responsibility for that. Because everything in life comes down to our responsibility to choose to react to any given situation. And how we choose to react and how we choose to show up in the type of work that we are doing is so crucial for our spiritual growth and development. I’m going to read some comments here. Hi, Amy. Sending love, Joy. Thank you, my dear. I am doing great. Yes, yes, yes. There are some comments about that. Hello, Vicky from Canada. Is that good for all born in Aquarius? I think that it’s good for anybody that’s an Aquarius, and it’s good for everyone. I think that no matter where your sun sign is or where any of your signs are, I think that this positioning of these planets really important for our growth.
And let’s talk about the subconscious. Our subconscious holds so many beliefs, so many thoughts, so many patterns and perspectives. And when we start doing the deeper work that can sometimes be super, super scary to look at, the word I’m getting to use can feel unnerving at times. Because what happens is, is when you start to peel back these layers and when you start to look at these things, what has to happen sometimes is honest truth of what you want to do with the information that is being shared. And sometimes that means saying goodbye to old identities. Sometimes that means saying goodbye to old relationships old friendships old ways of being or old ways of doing and seeing things. And that can feel so unsettling and so unnerving because you’re stepping into a new way of living and a new way of perceiving and a new way of being. Also, this is a great time to step into new communities and communities that feel good and that are going to support you as well. Who’s excited about this? I know that I’m always interested in exploring my psyche and my subconscious. But when the energy is amped for it to go even deeper, it’s like getting an extra special helper to come in and to help you with doing this type of work anyway, even if you’re already doing it.
And some of you might be really amped for it, and some of you might be really scared. So let’s talk about if you are nervous or if you are scared and if you are not wanting to do this type of work, stop and pause and ask yourself, what and how can you benefit from doing the deeper work? What are your goals and dreams? And these can be questions you can also ask yourself if you are excited to do the work. But what are your goals and dreams? And by doing this work, what will you benefit from it? Because so often Sometimes we start to look at or move away from the opportunity when we get nervous because of the fears that are associated with doing the work. And that fear could be losing friends or losing friendships or a different way of life or a different way of being. And just so you know, the ego and your mental body or your other bodies sometimes play a role in these fears because they are familiar with the past. They are familiar with the past. And even if the past was not the greatest, they’re familiar with that type of energy that type of frequency, that type of chaos, that type of discord.
And they rather choose the discord, the chaos, then enter through the fear, go through the fear, and see the beauty at the end because what if it doesn’t work out? And the ego is here to evolve. You are here to evolve. These different aspects of you are here to evolve. And so if you give yourself permission to do this deeper work, you’re going to evolve. Now, we have these conscious and unconscious beliefs, patterns, and systems that we have. When we go through our subconscious, when we go through and it becomes conscious, we get to get down to the ugliness that we have been avoiding. Sometimes the ugliness brings up old traumas and old pains that we don’t want to look at or we don’t want them to resurface. And my comment and my suggestion to that is the only way through is through. And this is where subconscious patterns can come forward so that you can be conscious and you can heal them. And if you’re not giving yourself permission to do that, you’re going to stay in your blindness until you’re willing to do the work. And blindness to the fact of how you are hurting yourself.
When we stay blind to these patterns, we are truly hurting ourselves. You are truly the detriment to your own growth. And this is what the detriment is and how you’re hurting yourself. It all depends on what it For me, sometimes I know when I’m in such fear of looking at something that my ego and my mental body can create all of these different illusions of the what ifs that could possibly happen. And so there are these little games that these aspects of myself play with myself. And until I’m willing to look at, well, first off, this is a game. Second off, I’m being blinded to the fact that I am doing X, Y, and Z to myself, and this is how I’m hurting myself. Then once I am blinded to that I take a step back and ask myself, what if that wasn’t truly going to happen? Or what if it did happen? So what? I think that asking yourself questions that allow you to lean into the fear instead of away from the fear allows the fear to dissipate, and allows the fear to not be as big of a bogeyman as we may feel or sense it to be.
And it gets smaller and smaller the more that you actually face it head-on. How does this feel to you? Are you wanting to go into your deepest, darkest underworld to look at some of these things? And what do you think your reward will be? Go ahead and comment. Let me know, if are you willing to do this. If you are, type in yes. And then what are you excited about for the reward you will receive? Receive when you do this. And no, this is a 30-year thing. So it’s not a, let me hurry up. And I got to rush through this. I need to do this as fast as I possibly can because I know we live in this instant gratification world where we think that, okay, if I’m not doing it like this, and I’m not doing it as fast as I possibly can. It’s not working. And that is not the case. When we’re doing this type of work, it takes time to peel back the layers. It takes time to digest. It takes time to integrate. It takes time to shift and move out of one way of being and into a new way of being.
And sometimes our whole world has to crumble in order to do that. And while it’s all happening, you still have to manage being human. That sometimes can be the hardest part of it all. But everybody’s going through it, which is cool to witness and to see someone say, Having no fear. Awesome. Yes, I am an onion. Shana said, Yes, the reward is growth. Awesome. Yes, yes, yes. That’s amazing. Someone said, It already started because using a crystal grid for the first time, I had no anxiety when I wrote an exam for university. I was never like that before. That’s awesome. So we start tuning into frequencies. And again, this isn’t… Astrology is not my field of expertise. I like astronomy. I’ll read up on it. I like dabbling into it. So know that you can go out and do more research around what your chart is, and what that looks like. I’m also going to have Eric on for one of our SoulChat interviews. He’s an astrologist. He’s going to He’s going to talk about this topic and more about what’s coming up for the new year and things like that. So stay tuned for that SoulChat interview.
I’m really excited about it because I have lots of questions for him. And so if you have specific questions you’d like me to ask him, drop them in the comments and let me know because I’d love to hear from you about this. So another thing I want to share about this is when you are breaking up with these home aspects of yourself, there can feel like a little sadness, a little stickiness, or a lot of sadness, or a little uneasiness, or a lot of uneasiness. But remember that by breaking up with these aspects of yourself and breaking up, and looking at these old patterns, and these subconscious patterns, and they keeping you in a particular frequency, in a particular pattern, in a particular way of living, in a particular way of life, that when you break up with these parts of yourself, it’s going to feel like death. And when you do this, you are going to meet parts of yourself that you did not know existed. You are going to reclaim your sovereignty. You’re going to reclaim your wholeness. You’re going to find your uniqueness. And most importantly, you are going to vibrate at a different conscious level, and that’s neat.
For me, I think that that’s the biggest reward out of the whole thing is because if I’m vibrating at a higher frequency and I have a deeper understanding in a higher level of consciousness, I’m going to be able to connect with a higher level of consciousness friends or connect with a higher level of consciousness information where I can understand myself in a different way and give myself permission to go deeper into my life. Because guess what? You have an opportunity to live your life the way you want to live it and the terms that you want to live it. And when you’re doing the work and when you are living out your greatest life and you’re choosing how you want to spend your time, that’s amazing. Also keeping up with new ways of living and new ways of using technology, because this is also a part of this. Our technology is changing and we are We get to decide what we participate in, what we don’t participate in, what we resist, and what we want to resist so it persists. Because when we choose to resist something, it is going to persist until we do something about it.
Also, when it comes to that type of way of being and seeing and living, you are in the driver’s seat. Yes, you. And so you can choose how you want to be in the driver’s seat or if you want the collective consciousness, the And let me say that slightly different. We all participate in the collective consciousness. These are societal norms and not all societal norms you are supposed to participate in. And just because it’s a societal norm doesn’t mean it’s good for you. It doesn’t mean it’s good for your conscience. It doesn’t mean it’s good for your spiritual growth. And what you choose to participate in, what you choose not to participate in is crucial for the way that you live your life to its fullest. To its fullest, or not to its fullest. And it’s always the opportunity to be and to live. So let me say that slightly different. There are many, many, many, many, many societal norms, and I’m going to put that in quotations. And if you are on here live, let me know what a societal norm is. And if you’re watching the replay on YouTube, let me know what a societal norm is that you don’t like to participate in.
And let me know what a societal norm is that you would like to participate in. I’ll give you an example. I, a societal norm for For me, would be social media. I love social media. I know that if I were to allow it to ruin my life, it would ruin my life. But I’m on social media. I’m talking to you guys here on social media, on YouTube, on podcast streaming platforms. That’s a societal norm. We have that as a part of it. Now, societal norms that I might not want to participate in are certain things. I’ll give you an example. And this is a choice that I choose to consciously make. I know that there are a lot of people who like to post their children on social media. First off, just so you know, there’s nothing wrong with that. However, I choose not to post my child on social media because I don’t know what that’s going to look like 10 years from now, 15 years from now, 20 years from now, or 30 years from now. And I don’t know how it’s going to be used for or against her when she’s older, especially since I’m on social media and I have a public business on social media.
And so I choose not to participate in that societal norm because of that. Now, with that being said, do I want to post my child on social? I would love to. I think it would be so much fun. And did I do it in the beginning? Yeah, I shared a few pictures of my daughter right after I had her, and then I realized that it didn’t feel right for me to do that. And so know that you can break up with this societal norm that you are participating in at any moment in time if you choose to break I’m going to work with that as well. I’m going to read some of these comments. Let’s see. Vicky said, Yes, excited to learn what’s really holding my fears intact and how to work through them. That’s a big one. Zina, is there a way to reduce anxiety with all the changes that are in place? I think that having really beautiful grounding practices is going to be important. Having a meditation practice, any type of meditation practice that serves your highest good, because there are many different types of meditation practice is really key. I also think any form of journaling, so you can have an audio journal or a written journal, I think that’s really a great way.
Also having someone to talk to, and that could be a friend or a therapist a coach a healer or having a community, or anyone. There are many types of different people that you can talk to, which I think is really important and can help lessen the fear. I also feel that you can lessen the anxiety and the fear by choosing to live in a kind and friendly universe. I talked about this after the election. I think that that is a conscious choice place that it’s important for you to make or myself to make on a daily basis. Because if you just watch or listen to the news or watch your social media feed, depending on what your algorithm looks like, there’s all sorts of stuff out there that feels… It just feels icky and it feels dark and it feels strange. And it doesn’t mean that you turn a blind eye to things that are going on, If you are consciously choosing what you’re participating and consuming, I think that’s really important to be aware of. Okay. Marianne said, making space, healing myself within myself so that I can teach my children how I’m not going to do this.
I love that. Ellie said I’m afraid of both failure and success. Failure might make me feel incapable, and success might give me imposter syndrome. Who else can relate to that? I know that I can. I know that this is a normal thing for people to feel. So, Ellie, I think that’s amazing that you’re sharing this. It was a fluke, and I won’t be able to sustain it. And so there can be both ways of Feeling this failure for success, failure for fear of success, and fear of failure, and both don’t feel good, right? And so how can you move into those fears so that can relax into what the truth of the matter is, is because when we hold on to these fears, sometimes the truth is, if I fail, this will happen. If I win, this will happen. I feel that sometimes it’s like what Ellie just shared, this can just be the surface of the actual fear, and it goes so much deeper, and we can look at it from the subconscious world because there are more things there. I’m going to say that my ego, mental body, and inner child need more healing. Also, ancestral trauma and patterns.
Saying, How are you today? Is such a terrible question we ask each other. I think It’s a terrible question. This is just my opinion. I think that if you don’t really want to know the honest answer of how someone’s feeling, don’t ask the question. For me, it’s like, truly, I really want to know how you’re feeling because especially when I’m in class teaching and things like that, we can shift the energy and I can get a pulse on the collective in the group. And so when I’m asking this question, it’s a really true question I really want to know how you feel. Because most people, even when they are asked this question, just give a generic answer. They don’t really want to share how they’re really feeling. Or when the person is asking, they don’t really want to know how that person is truly feeling, and the person starts to actually share how they’re truly feeling that day. And they’re like, Wait, I didn’t want to actually know that. And so I feel that it’s interesting. And then Melissa said, People don’t want the true societal norm. Yes, I agree with that. So it’s just so interesting.
I find it all so very interesting. So with that being said, as you are entering into this beautiful phase and we’re entering into the holidays, I want to encourage you to be a detective in your life with great curiosity and to explore and to see and to witness what is truly going on in you and outside of you as well. But in you, you are going to get the deepest answer And when you do this work, you are going to unlock the secret codes to your ability to manifest the life that you truly want, because it is not outside of you. It’s within you. And when you start doing this work, can you give yourself permission to just let go of the junk? And you move into the upper realms of consciousness because as above and so below, when you start doing this deep work, you start to raise your frequency, you start to self-actualize. Another way of saying that is self-realization. And this is a way of living. This is a way of being. This is a way of participating in your life in such a grand way because no one else can participate in your life the way that you can.
And everyone else who chooses to be along for the ride with you and support you, and you support them, can be your biggest cheerleaders. And the people that want, want, want, want, want And they’re not giving anything back. Those are the types of people that it’s time to evaluate if they’re going with you to where you’re next going or where you want to go 10 years from now because this is a 30-year plan. So you got some time. And you also want to take this opportunity for deep spiritual growth by the reins. Take it, run with it, be with it, because it’s such a beautiful, beautiful thing. Melissa, I ask, what’s right today? This is a great question. That’s a great question to ask. I think that if you have the tendency to attract complainers who like to complain all day long, that’s a great question to ask. I really do. Okay, let’s see. What I want to share is one more thing. So this is the last message I’m going to share that the guardians want me to share. Everything is frequency, everything is energy. Where you choose to pour your energy into is where you will lie. And what they mean by that is if your thoughts are constantly worried, fearful, chaotic, overwhelmed, stressed, whatever that is, whatever the thought is, that is where your energy lies.
That is where you are being consumed. That’s where you are participating. And so if you choose to go into your dark world and you choose to do the work that you are meant to do, you are going to rise above those thoughts, those fears. You’re going to dismantle them. You’re going to transmute them, and you’re going to raise to You’re going to have new levels of understanding, new levels of realization, and you’re going to manifest on purpose. You’re going to manifest the life that you want. And the question is, do you feel worthy enough to do so? And are you willing to do the work? Two questions. Do you feel worthy enough to do so? And are you willing to do the work? And for me, the answer is going to be yes and yes, let’s do it. And we can do it together. And you deserve to have happiness. You deserve to live a life that you are proud of, that you love, that you enjoy and appreciate. The way you spend your time, what you spend your time thinking about, and what you spend your time on, is so crucial and important for your true happiness.
And if you’re spending your time being miserable, why? Why? Why? Why? Why do you want to do that? And if you feel stuck, can you give yourself permission to take a step back and see what other opportunities are available to you to get unstuck, to see what else is available to you? Life is way too short. Some of us are here for a very short period of time. Some of us are here for 80, 90, 100, a little bit over. But it’s really just a speck in your soul’s eternal essence, your eternalness. It’s just a speck. And you get to choose what that looks like. And so live it to its fullest. Do the work. Stop holding yourself back. Give yourself permission to lean into what’s available to you, to lean into what wants to be looked at so that you can heal it. And when you do so, you are going to grow beyond your wildest imagination, and you’re going to witness and experience things that you didn’t even think were possible. So stop holding yourself back, my friend. You deserve so much more. All right, my friends, I hope you enjoyed today’s live experience.
