We go live every other Thursday from 1–4 PM CT / 2–5 PM ET on Facebook.
To claim a crystal, comment the price and claim letter together (e.g., 44A).
The first person to comment correctly on our screen wins the crystal.
???? How do I pay for my crystals?
You’ll receive your invoice within 24–48 hours after the live.
Payments must be completed within 48 hours to secure your claim.
Invoices are posted on our Live Sale Invoice Page for easy checkout.
???? When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped out every Tuesday.
Once your invoice is paid, your crystals will be wrapped, cleared, and shipped the next Monday with love and tracking.
???? What are your shipping rates?
- U.S. Shipping: Flat rate of $9
- International Shipping (Canada, UK, etc.): Starting at $15, calculated at checkout
- All orders include tracking. High-value crystals may include insurance.
