A CHANNELED MESSAGE FROM THE GUARDIANS OF THE AKASHIC RECORDS ON
HOW TO LIVE FROM THE HEART
A HEART-CENTERED LIFE
We live in a busy, fast-paced world where information is flying at us from all directions. Even when we are committed to living a spiritual existence, this collective consciousness can pressure us to perform to societal standards with which we are unaligned. You can get off balance rather quickly when you lead from the head rather than the heart.
When you live in the head or the lower chakras, you can be distracted by societal consciousness. When we live a heart-centered life, it’s easier to pinpoint where we are off balance and move towards correcting that. It’s so important to live a heart-centered life.
It may require a shift in perspective and actively examining your decisions, but as you commit to listening to your heart’s direction, you can find peace in the pause.
WHAT YOU FEED GROWS
To practice living from the heart, you must realize you are not just a body. You can ask yourself, “What can I make for dinner that will nourish my body and not just fill it?” But nourishment extends beyond the physical body to the soul. What are you feeding your body, mind, and soul? The physical and spiritual bodies can get confused when you feed them the wrong things.
As you succumb to cravings like junk food and violence on the screen, you teach your body what to crave. Whether the body is fed good, bad, or neutral, it desires more of the same. When you shift direction and give the body new nourishment, you optimize the human experience to create new realities and new ways of being and aligning with the desires that will allow you to optimize even more.
Living from the heart takes practice!
What are you feeding your body, mind, and soul?
OPTIMIZING YOUR EXPERIENCE
When you start living, speaking, and working from the heart, your body craves new fuel to optimize your experience. The optimization of self means:
✨Optimizing your capacity for humanness
✨Optimizing your capacity to live a spiritual life
✨Optimizing your ability to work with your physicality
✨Optimizing the way you work with all parts of your being
Your goal is not to create happiness 24/7. That’s not the human experience. The human experience includes accepting that you’ll get angry, sad, and have unfulfilled desires. While we don’t have to stew in our emotions, they are always an invitation to get curious about what is driving them.
Unprocessed emotions create a particular vibration that recreates experiences to release those emotions. When these emotions are not released, they are held hostage in the body and cause dis-ease. When you live from the heart, you can ask your body what it truly desires to have an optimal human experience.
Defining what the optimal experience means for you help separate yourself from the expectations unaligned with your life’s journey. Your friends, neighbors, and even family may have very different ideas about what it looks like to thrive in the human experience. When you stop paying attention to societal norms and start looking at your way of living from the heart, you will understand how to create and work in unison with your soul’s creation.
There’s a creation that wants to be birthed within you. Your soul is meant to create, and when you allow your soul to create from a place of true, pure heart alignment, you invite more joy, excitement, and love into your experience. You’re invited to hold multiple perspectives on any situation to experience a trifecta of love, compassion, and forgiveness. When you have that trifecta, you can optimize the human experience even more.
ALL THE FACTS
Humans often miss seeing other important perspectives in their daily encounters. In those blind spots, humans miss the opportunity to create that trifecta of compassion, love, and forgiveness that assists in making an informed and intelligent decision moving forward. When you live from the heart, you will view your life from multiple perspectives and welcome the opportunity to do so.
It starts by giving yourself permission to speak from the heart in a conversation or relationship. Speaking from the heart means speaking with compassion, forgiveness, understanding, and love. Even if your human brain cannot fully comprehend the whole situation, you can still invite more love, compassion, and forgiveness.
Inviting more compassion, love, and forgiveness into your heart isn’t inviting people to walk all over you or loosen your boundaries. Part of the optimal human experience is recognizing the capabilities and powers that you hold within the heart. By maintaining your boundaries and acknowledging your wholeness and light, you are showing the other person in the relationship, or even confrontation, their wholeness, and light.
ARE YOU READY TO LIVE FROM YOUR HEART?
Every part of your human experience is to be able to live from a place of wholeness.
The next time someone hurts you, or you see an injustice in your life, country, or world…
- Can you invite more love, forgiveness, and compassion into your perspective?
- Can you give yourself permission to live from the heart to create a trifecta of love, compassion, and forgiveness so that you can see and recognize your wholeness?
- How can you help where those injustices are?
- Are you ready to live from your heart?
- Are you going to give yourself permission to live from the heart?
- Can you begin speaking and living from the heart?
You deserve to be happy!

Full transcription of the episode:
Hello and welcome everyone to today’s show. I’m being guided to do a channeled Akashic Record message for today’s episode. And I love doing this because I get to witness what the message is alongside you all, which is really fun.
So, if you’re not familiar with the Akashic Records or familiar with my work, I’m an Akashic Records Master Teacher and I love teaching people how to open their records for themselves and for others so you can receive love and guidance, and support from the Guardians of the Records. From the moment your soul is incepted, every word, deed, and thought is recorded in the Akash. We can go into the Akashic Records to speak to the Guardians, also known as the Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones for guidance in any and all areas of our lives. The Akashic Records is also referred to as The Book of Life in the Bible. It is an amazing tool to have in your spiritual toolbox because you’re getting guidance that’s in alignment with your soul’s path, which is really important. So let’s tune in. Let’s see what the Guardians want to share with us today.
I would like you if you are in a safe place to close your eyes and to receive a breath. Go ahead and do that. If you are driving, just receive a breath. I just want you to get really centered in your heart, in your heart space. After you take a couple of breaths you can open your eyes, if you decided to close them. And the reason why I was suggesting you get centered in your heart space is because this is a space to live from and here’s why. This is what the Guardians of the Records are saying today.
When we choose to live a heart-centered life, it’s easier to understand where you are off balance. When you live in the head, or in the lower chakras, meaning in the sexual chakras, you can be distracted by societal consciousness. Societal consciousness is formed with the collective thoughts of society and there is pressure to perform, pressure to do x,y,z, and pressure to live up to unnecessary standards that the soul is not in alignment with. You start to get off balance really quickly, so it’s important to live a heart-centered life. So how do you do that?
First, you practice by living in the heart. When you have a conversation with someone can you speak from the heart? When you’re trying to figure out what you want to make for dinner can you stop and pause and make the decision from the heart and not the head? Can you pause and ask the body, the human body, the physical body what’s necessary for nourishment? There’s a lot of fads for diets and health care but what does the body need and require to function? And the human body can get confused by what it wants if it is fed the wrong things. And being fed does not necessarily mean food. Being fed could be violence on your screens. Being fed could be toxicity in the environment that you live in. And when the body is fed those things, good, bad, or neutral, it craves more of those things.
So when you decide, because it’s a conscious decision, and it simply starts with the conscious decision of living and speaking and working from the heart, the body will start to crave new experiences, crave new fuel, and the more fuel you feed it based on its desire for optimization of self, and optimization of self means, you’re optimizing your capacity of humanness, you’re optimizing your capacity to live a spiritual human life, you’re optimizing your ability to work with the physicality of who you are, but also you’re optimizing the way to work with all parts of your being. You are not simply a body. You are many things and those aspects of you are craving certain desires and when you optimize the human experience based on the desires that are allowing you to evolve and to grow, you’ll create new realities, new ways of being, and new ways of getting into alignment with the desires that will allow you to optimize even more.
Your goal is not to create happiness 24/7. That’s not the human experience. The human experience is being okay with when something makes you angry, when something makes you sad when something makes you crave more. And it’s not about stewing in anger and it’s not about stewing in sadness and it’s not about aggressively wanting to add more and more and more and more to your life. It’s about getting curious about the emotions that are driving and creating your reality. Those emotions, if they are left unprocessed, start to create a particular vibration to recreate experiences so that those emotions can be released. When these emotions are not released, it is harbored, it is held hostage in the human body. The human has to process it in a particular way, so the body creates dis-ease because it is not meant to live there. When you live from the heart you can get really honest with yourself and ask your body what it truly desires and needs to have an optimal human experience.
It’s really important that you also define what optimal means for you because your neighbor might have a different definition of what optimal looks like in terms of health, in terms of spirituality, in terms of thriving in this human experience. When you stop paying attention to what the societal norms are, and you start looking at what’s truly your way of optimizing your experience, and your way of living from the heart, you will start to understand how to create and how to work in unison with your soul’s creation. There’s a creation that wants to be birthed within you. Your soul is meant to create and sometimes the soul wants to create things that might make you sad. So those sad emotions that have been buried this lifetime or many lifetimes ago can be released from the cellular memory so you can free yourself from those cycles of repeating and recreating those scenarios.
When you allow your soul to create from a place of true, pure, heart alignment, those experiences of joy, excitement, and love, you’ll invite in more easily. You’ll observe suffering through a new lens of love. You’re not meant to be happy 100% of the time in this human experience. You’re being invited to hold many, many, many perspectives on any given situation so that you can have a trifecta of love, compassion, and forgiveness. And when you have that trifecta, you’re able to start optimizing the human experience even more.
So oftentimes, humans miss some of the most important perspectives of the situations that they find themselves in. And because they miss the many important perspectives that will create the trifecta of compassion, love, and forgiveness, they move forward or they stay frozen in time. They move forward with this skewed perception. It’s like not having all the data, not having all the facts for you to make an intelligent decision. So in order to start allowing those decisions to come forward and you can use all the data to make those decisions, you have to live from the heart. It starts again by giving yourself permission to speak from the heart when you’re in conversation or in a relationship. Speaking from the heart also means speaking with compassion, forgiveness, and understanding, and love. Even if your human brain cannot fully understand the whole situation, you can still invite more love in, more compassion, and more forgiveness. That does not mean you allow people to walk all over you. That does not mean that you do not hold boundaries, because part of the human experience is understanding your capabilities and your powers that you hold within the heart and being able to hold a boundary so that you can recognize your wholeness and your light and that that other person, that other being that you’re in a relationship with or in confrontation with can also recognize their power, their light.
Every part of your human experience is to be able to live from a place of wholeness. Are you going to give yourself permission to live from that place? Can you start speaking and living from the heart? Next time someone hurts you, next time someone says something to you that you don’t like, maybe there’s an injustice happening in your reality, your country, your world, how can you allow yourself to live, how can you invite yourself and how can you give yourself permission to live from the heart to create a trifecta of love, compassion, and forgiveness so that you can see and recognize your wholeness? And that you can possibly see how you can possibly help where those injustices are?
Take a breath. I’m hearing to share this one last piece. And it’s okay if you are driving. It’s okay if you’re not driving. I want you to give yourself permission to just be in your heart right now. And you can even physically imagine that you’re standing in your physical heart or in the center of your chest. The Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones are saying this: If it’s for you to start experiencing living from the heart and it’s a physicality perspective, imagine you’re standing in your heart, your physical heart or the center of your chest and there’s a little tiny beautiful magnificent lotus flower or x or something special that has special meaning for you. I want you to enter into that spot and I want you to just imagine right now as you’re listening to this podcast, that that space that’s sacred, special place that you are standing starts to glow with radiant light. And as you breathe, and again, if you’re driving, you can do this. I am prefacing that because living from the heart does not involve closing your eyes and getting centered in your heart. It’s a conscious decision with your eyes open as you’re navigating this world to live in the heart, to speak from the heart, to navigate this world from your heart. So I want you to imagine that you are in your heart and you’re going to simply say, “It’s going to be a great day! I’m going to have a great day! I am love. I am light. I am magnificent.”
Receive another breath and one last one. “I am safe to be me.” Say it again, “I am safe to be me.” Receive another breath. The Guardians of the Records love you. They are saying, “I love you. We love you. Trust your heart. Trust yourself. Trust your being. Live from the heart.”
Alright, everyone, I hope you enjoyed today’s channeled message. Please live from the heart. Allow yourself to optimize your human experience so your soul can optimize it as well.
